However, despite her cynical, spiteful, and short-tempered nature, she isn't evil nor arrogant. She is also honest, sincere, caring, and mature to those who need help, especially to the emotionally abused, like Bubble, and the physically ill, like Tree. She is also outspoken, as shown in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?" where she explained how she felt they shouldn't switch back to BFB for the prize because Four would just keep changing the prize again and again, and "The Escape From Four" where she convinced the contestants to switch to TPOT after Four upgraded the prize to a BFB by saying that she joined the show with the intention of winning a BFDI, not a BFB. This is also shown in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" where, after Lightning is eliminated, she explains how preventing death will only make them lose more, as they lost almost half of their members, and how even preventing death will result in death anyway, leaving none of the members left to prevent it.

Despite Fanny's apparent hatred of the pact in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", she understands the value of life and is compliant when Black Hole wishes for her to help in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare". In the same episode, she criticizes Black Hole's value of death prevention and wishes for him to realize that there are consequences to his actions - she genuinely seems to want to save life, but believes that Black Hole's extreme focus on the prevention of death is problematic, showing that she does care about others' lives, but also wants those who are wronging others to see the consequences of their actions. This can also be seen with Loser in "The Liar Ball You Don't Want". She also can be seen to genuinely care for Tree, who was stuck in a canal, despite murdering him.

Official Character Guide biography[]

Fanny is an electric fan who, it seems, doesn't need electricity to work. No one is sure how she runs.[note 1] It's impossible to mention Fanny without talking about her catchphrase, saying that she "hates" everything from fulcrums to jumping.

Fanny's negative attitude causes her to get into arguments, especially with Match. One thing that makes her happy, though, is turning on her fan blades and blowing things in people's faces.

Did You Know?: Fanny hates when people read random trivia facts about her.

In "The Reveal", Fanny was one of the 30 recommended characters who had a chance to join, with the campaign statement "I hate you."

In "Reveal Novum", Fanny brags that she'll be the one joining the game. When Bell and Cloudy got eliminated, Fanny blew them away. Fanny only received 10 of the 450 votes (2.2% of all of the votes) and she was sent flying into the Locker of Losers.

Battle for Dream Island Again[]

In "Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know", Fanny once again had the chance to join BFDIA, but with only 153 votes, she placed 30th, and was flung into the Locker of Losers.

In "Get in the Van", Fanny was seen in the 3rd anniversary wheel.

Battle for BFDI[]

Fanny in Battle for BFDI

In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", Fanny is first seen saying "I hate you", not to Bracelety, but to Clock. Fanny justifies this by saying that our own actions are worthy of hate. Bracelety defends Ice Cube, who Fanny also states is worthy of hate. Bracelety tells Fanny she is worthy of hate, which Fanny agrees with. Bracelety is surprised, and thanks Fanny for "opening [her] eyes". Fanny later tells Fries she hates him. However, Leafy pops up and says she loves Fanny. Fanny isn't seen until sometime after Four's appearance and Pin's mutilation. Fanny, sitting on Cake, says that she hates living in a world without recovery. Lightning tells Snowball to pick Fanny for his team. Snowball is discontent with Fanny's lack of arms, but he accepts her for her aggressive attitude. When the members of iance suggest naming their team "the alliance", Fanny suggests taking "the all" from "alliance", naming their team iance.

During the challenge, Fanny says that she hates jumping. This upsets Pencil, who orders Lightning to zap Fanny. Bubble tries to stop Lightning, but after being reminded of her bembership by Pencil, Bubble releases Lightning, who zaps Fanny. Throughout the rest of the episode, Fanny is lying down. iance ends up losing the challenge, which puts Fanny and the rest of the team up for elimination.

In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", Pencil initially assumes that Fanny would be eliminated and that she would be safe, but X corrects her, saying that Fanny is safe and throwing a piece of cake at her. Which gets shredded by her propeller onto Flower's face. During the challenge, Fanny can be seen licking the jawbreaker along with the rest of her teammates, and her team gets 2nd place.

In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", Match uses Fanny as a motor for their swing, propelling iance to a quick 50 out of 50 swings.

In "Four Goes Too Far", Fanny has a horrified expression when Donut injects the Twinkle of Contagion in himself.

In "The Liar Ball You Don't Want", Fanny points out the error in Loser's claim that he used to play with the poppers, saying that he couldn't have played with them, as they didn't exist an hour beforehand.

In "Questions Answered", Fanny appears in the stinger, criticizing Match for being a hypocrite, as she got mad at Bubble earlier in the episode for not knowing the quiz answers, yet she herself didn't know the answers. Bubble thanks Fanny for telling her, and Fanny proclaims she hates Match.

In "Enter the Exit", when Match wants Bubble recovered, Fanny tells her to stop pretending to care for her. Match starts to argue with her until being interrupted by Cloudy.

In "Get to the Top in 500 Steps", Fanny first appeared when Flower said she was going. She agreed with everybody else in her team. Snowball exclaims that they wanted to do it, and Fanny explains to him that it is safer to let Flower do whatever she wants. In response, Snowball grabs her by the leg and slams her on the ground, breaking her. Snowball then throws her body which hits Match.

Fanny dragging her head to Four, BFB 12

In "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", Fanny walks up to Bubble and sits next to her for Cake at Stake, and angrily looks over at Snowball. It is revealed that Fanny survived her decapitation, only because her cord connecting the two body parts was still intact. Because of this, she has to drag her head around. She is safe with 2,768 votes. The burger slice is flung at her, knocking her over. When Bubble is distraught over Match's elimination, she tells Bubble that she doesn't need Match. When Bubble is killed, Fanny walks to "Four", and yells at them to recover Bubble. Fanny ends up winning for her team in the challenge, explaining to Fries how she figured out "Lightning" was the impostor.

In "Return of the Rocket Ship", Fanny is first seen when Grassy says that he loves measles, mumps, and rubella, to which she responds that she hates them. Robot Flower then tells Fanny that she's on another team and flings her over to the rest of iance, which also puts her parts back together once she lands. Later, Ruby tries to get the rest of iance to dig, and after Fanny says that she hates digging, she realizes that she also hates hating digging. As they jump into the hole Lightning started, Fanny says that she hates that X's emeralds are down the hole, which causes Team Ice Cube! and Beep to follow them. Fanny helps rest of iance save Bubble from being crushed by two teams, only to be shocked when Flower pops her anyway.

In "Don't Dig Straight Down", when Fanny's team is close to finding an emerald, Ruby says that Golf Ball is right above them. Fanny says they must turn around and that she hates "bossy bot" Golf Ball. Her team finds another emerald and is then chased around by underground lava. When they are about to reach the surface, they turn around again due to Golf Ball being in the way. They proceed to do this over 2,763 times until Golf Ball is distracted by an alarm coming from her Underground Factory. iance finally emerges from the ground exhausted and are safe from elimination. Fanny ends up killed when lava shoots out of the tunnel her team was digging through.

In "The Four is Lava", Fanny is mentioned in Book's happy thought that she received as a prize for being safe at Cake at Stake, where the events of "Reveal Novum"'s debut with Book being the winner. In it, Fanny is mentioned in Book's dictionary with the same definition as "Reveal Novum".

In "The Escape from Four", Fanny is recovered and later follows everyone to watch Four struggle at sucking Spongy into the E.X.I.T. After Four upgrades the BFDI to a BFB, she interrupts everyone's excitement and tells them that when she initially joined the competition, she was battling for a BFDI, and now that the prize had been replaced, the BFDI was being denied from not just her, but everyone competing. This causes a lot of the BFB contestants to switch over to Two's show, including herself.

Battle for BFB[]

In "X Marks the Spot", Fanny tells the Four Colored Team to "stick to [their] own lame host's show" as they drive away without X, the host she actually prefers. They ended up lassoing him however, making Fanny yell that she hates lassos.

In "SOS (Save Our Show)", a poorly drawn Fanny appears in a made up scenario where BFB didn't split after episode 16, where she expresses her anger at Four for allowing Spongy and Loser to rejoin just because he couldn't catch them.

Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]

Archivo:TPOT1-5.png

Fanny in Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two

In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", the contestants who quit BFB because of the prize change learn through TV that Four brought the BFDI back. Fanny isn't tempted to go back since she feels Four has betrayed their trust and for all any of them know, could continue changing the prize over and over, and everyone else agrees. Fries compliments her for her leader-like spirit but argues, while leaning on her, that Two isn't doing better since they've kept everyone waiting to compete. Two then appears out of nowhere, scaring Fanny and everyone else. When Two is upset with there being a prime number of contestants due to Winner joining, Marker doesn't understand the problem, so Fanny tells him that prime numbers are impossible to divide equally.

She joins Death P.A.C.T. after hearing Pen call them haters. They become Death P.A.C.T. Again. During the challenge, Marker tells the team that they can't use the elevator, making Fanny say that she hates broken elevators. Marker suggests using Fanny to propel everyone to the top, but Pie says she isn't powerful enough. Fanny is then shown blowing at Tree, who finds the breeze very comfy. Remote comes up with an idea involving them taking the stairs, which makes Fanny exclaim that she hates stairs. Her team eventually follows through with Remote's plan and run up many flights of stairs until they're high enough to use Black Hole's gravity. Everyone, except Fanny, is exhausted after going through so many flights. Remote collapses from exhaustion, so Fanny removes her old battery and replaces it with a new, blue one from herself. This gives Remote the energy she needs to continue walking up the last few flights of stairs, and while carrying everyone. After Tree drops a megaphone into Black Hole, Fanny exclaims that they should throw something else to get his attention and Remote pulls out the battery Fanny gave her, killing herself in the process. Tree manages to get Black Hole's attention with it, but he flies too slowly up and they lose the contest. Lightning blames himself for their loss, and Fanny reminds him that none of them heard Two say the extra rule. Fanny yells at Two for their bad directions as everyone else attacks them.

In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", Fanny is the fifth one safe at elimination, receiving 6,733 votes to remain in the game. She jumps over her cake slice, stating that she hates cake, and it lands on Needle, removing her photorealism. She expresses anger when Teardrop is allowed to join the game before the challenge starts. During the challenge, Fanny suggests that Black Hole could help with his suction ability, this backfires, as he accidentally sucks up all of his team's blocks. Fanny and Marker take Rocky from The S! after discovering that he can regurgitate a seemingly infinite supply of blocks, and that his team doesn't need any more. She suggests that the team doesn't appreciate him enough, which upsets Yellow Face. After the team reconvenes, Fanny revives Remote with a battery from the pile and informs her of what happened. After Black Hole remarks that their block stack needs to at least not be the shortest, Fanny suggests that they shorten other teams' stacks. After Teardrop ruins the team's stack, she, along with Lightning, Marker, and Black Hole target her. Fanny notices Teardrop hiding in a bush with her disintegration gun and alerts her team, before she is vaporized. She (along with Marker and Lightning) is recovered by Tree before the challenge ends. Fanny's team is safe is with five blocks stacked.

In "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters", Fanny's team decides to take a backseat to the challenge in order to focus on preventing death. When Two can't figure out why their amusement park hasn't been making a profit, Fanny deduces that it's because nobody knew it existed, there's no entertainment, and adds that they all hate it. During the challenge, the Death P.A.C.T. Again members overhear Are You Okay going into Golf Ball's potentially dangerous factory, so they decide to follow them inside. After realizing that they're only building a rollercoaster, Fanny says she hates them since someone could fall and die. This inspires the team to build a landing pad in case anyone fall's off Are You Okay's ride. Their landing pad ends up getting Death P.A.C.T. Again safe with the highest score, 10/10. Fanny is last seen getting obliterated by a laser shot by Eraser.

In "Gardening Zero", Fanny gets angry when the Funny Plant is killed, as she initially thought it was the last of its species. Two corrects her, saying there’s still seven plants alive, but they’re all down to their last lives. So the challenge is to pick a biome and protect the plants. Fanny’s team is sent to the jungle. When Lightning accidentally electrocutes their plant, Fanny says that she hates having him in the jungle. The team agrees that they'd be better off without Lightning and send him back.

Later, Puffball shows up with Lightning’s bracelet, intent on killing Death P.A.C.T. Again’s plant. Fanny’s team took precautions and built a castle around the plant meant to thwart all dangers to it. However, Puffball simply flies over the castle walls, gaining access to plant. Puffball is then reminded that her team would lose, even if she killed another team’s plant, and she leaves. She arrives back with Ice Cube and puts Fanny’s team in a tough position of having to choose if they should kill their plant and lose or allow the plant to slowly absorb Ice Cube until she dies. After all attempts at saving Ice Cube and the plant fail, the team decides they should save Ice Cube. Using scissors that Marker grabbed, they snip the plant, saving Ice Cube, while also putting their team up for elimination. The team is then incinerated when Marker’s burning body causes a jungle fire.

In "Fishes and Dishes", during Cake at Stake, Fanny and Remote are in the bottom two. Two starts swapping them both to build suspense over who's leaving and Fanny yells at them to hurry up and say who's safe. After Two announces that Fanny is safe with 5,038 votes, Pillow throws her off the hotel roof, and then the noodle "rope" that Two throws ties around her foot. Pillow cuts the noodle off, causing Fanny and the other contestants that are safe to fall into the swimming pool.

Archivo:TPOT 5 - Yoyledance 2.png

After the challenge starts, Fanny yells that she hates water and questions her team's strategy. Marker tells her to read his Yoyle Dance Class book, she yells that she hates reading but she reads it anyway and gives it to Tree. After Tree tells the team to dive in through "dance language", Fanny responds with swinging her foot, stating that she hates dancing. Fanny, along with Tree and Marker, get into the water. Fanny and Marker are shown underwater. After he asked how his teammates are holding up using his dance, Fanny responds again with her foot swinging, saying that she hates dancing. When Tree came to "talk," she interrupts his dance, stating that she didn't get a word of his ramble. Fanny suddenly starts screaming and Marker claps his hands, asking her what is wrong. She gestures to the dead bodies of the FreeSmarters and then drowns. Fanny's team is safe as Marker and Tree found plates to give to Two.

Archivo:Death pact finds the steakhouse 15.png

In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", Fanny follows her team into Gelatin's Steakhouse to make a meal for Two. They were going to turn in a box of 100 Chocolate Balls, but Teardrop stole it from them. The team then decides to honour a dead fish's memory by making it into a fish roll. When they're done, they decide to revive the fish and head to Golf Ball's Underground Factory to find something to bring the fish back to life. However, because the fish is now alive, it ends up eating Two, twice. This gets a 2/10 score, putting them up for elimination. In the stinger, Fanny gets mutilated by Four after attempting to steal their food.

In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Fanny is first seen with her team at the Yoyle Pit when Two calls them for Cake at Stake. Fanny is then in the bottom two with Lightning. When Lightning says that he hates being in the bottom two, Fanny yells at him and says that it's her line, but when Lightning explains how they jumped from Iance to this team, Fanny looks less upset. Fanny narrowly escapes elimination, with 6,473 votes. After Lightning criticizes his team for preventing death instead of just doing the challenges and zaps Two, Yellow Face, Rocky, Ice Cube, Marker, Winner and Tree, Fanny yells at Two to put a stop to this. Fanny tells Lightning to calm down when he destroys 7 Goiky landmarks. She says that she knows that he is frustrated, but that it wasn't like him to get that upset. Lightning knows this and tells that he just wanted to do well. Lightning tells Fanny to turn this around while she has the chance, and not let this mess her game up too. She thanks Lightning and wishes he could stay, and say's that she'll try to turn things around here, and that she will avenge him.

Later, Fanny is seen again with her team, and her team is assigned to fix The World's Largest Oven's broken glass panel. Marker comments on the oven's heat and declares it's time to smash it. Black Hole agrees, saying that this could kill them in seconds and should be dismantled immediately. Fanny objects to their plan, as it could make them lose again; however, Black Hole shuts her off and tells her it's for the greater good.

Archivo:Fannyhatesthepact (10).png

Right when her team is walking, she says no and stops them in their tracks. She says that Lightning and Remote got out for the greater good. She then says "Pie just got out, not PACT related, but 2/3 is telling!" When Tree says that it's their mission and their identity and that they must strive to continue it even in strife, she says that there is only 4 of them left, and that if they keep this up, they'll all disappear and the death will occur anyway, and they won't be here to stop it either. When Black Hole argues that it's the PACT, Fanny declares her hatred for it, surprising her team.

Black Hole, upset at what Fanny said, furiously tells her to take her words. She argues back that focusing it on it could risk her elimination. To prevent any further arguments, Marker says that he thinks what she means is that she loves the PACT, she yells at him saying that that's the exact opposite of what she's saying. Marker then says he just misread the situation. She says she thinks we need inspiration from a former Death P.A.C.T. member. She then calls up Pillow on her flip phone, and says she needs help killing people. Pillow accepts and says that she's on her way. Book tries to stop her, but then lets her do what she wants.

Pillow then arrives at the desert, greets "Death PACT" and says she's here to teach them about the positives of death. Tree corrects her to say that it's Death PACT Again, and tells her to get out of here, but Fanny tells Tree to listen to her. Pillow then says it's simple science, and says that in her studies, she's noticed that those who revolve themselves around death are far luckier and more likely to succeed, while those who disrupt and ignore it are doomed to bad luck. Black Hole then says that doesn't explain their huge immunity run in BFB, and tells her that he has "heard enough, off you go."

Fanny then says, "If Pillow thinks [they] need to kill someone, then [she doesn't] see any harm in it, if it means [she doesn't] go home, then all the better." Marker then shouts at Fanny to stop it, but to no use. She and Pillow then grab Tree, and tells him that she and Pillow are gonna chop him up for the greater good, as he says. Tree screams for help, and begs for Black Hole to suck him up.

Archivo:Tpot7killtree (11).png

Black Hole says that if he sucks Tree up, he'll die anyway, but Tree says to just stop when he's about to suck him up, and to just pull him away from the murderers. Black Hole is conflicted on what to do, as if he doesn't help, he will contribute to death, but if he does, he's risking death. He says fine and decides to help Tree, with Fanny telling Black Hole to not make this any harder than it is. Fanny and Pillow then let go of Tree as his head gradually detached from his branch, causing Black Hole to suck him up, killing him in the process.

Pillow laughs and says Black Hole killed him. Black Hole is in disbelief, while Pillow then says that her work here is done, and walks off saying goodbye. Black Hole says how dare you to Fanny, but she says it's not her fault because she was gonna chop him up elsewhere, and it's not her fault he ripped him up. Black Hole then tells Fanny to explain how Tree's dead body is going to help them complete this oven fixing challenge at all. She then says she was trying her best to fix up their strategy because Black Hole wasn't doing anything. Black Hole ignores her and tells her that she betrayed his trust, betrayed their trust.

Just Not arrives at the desert, with Book greeting Fanny, Marker and Black Hole. She and Black Hole shout at Just Not asking what they want. Price Tag says that they got this glass panel and asking if they have any use for it, with Marker quietly telling Black Hole that's exactly what they need for the oven. Black Hole then says they'll take it, but Bomby tells them that it's not for free, and they have to give them something. She says that they have Tree's dead body. Book tells them that they love dead bodies, and that the glass panel is theirs.

With Just Not running off, Marker realizes that they got exactly what they needed solely because of the dead body. Black Hole hesitates to answer, but Fanny interrupts him and says that Pillow was right, and that the death made them win, and that they won because they killed Tree.

Archivo:Tpot7dpawins (16).png

Black Hole gulps and gets nervous again, but she yells out and tells Two that they have what is needed for the oven. Two arrives and asks why didn't they say so, questioning why yell it, and that they can hear them either way. They then excitedly ask them if they've fixed the oven. Fanny then grabs the glass panel and says they got it to fix the old one. Two then takes it and says to check whether it fits. They then slide the glass panel onto the oven using their powers, with it fitting perfectly. Two then says it's a perfect fit, and thanks them for getting that. Fanny's team wins immunity first, and Two says they don't know if they have a new team strategy, but tells them whatever it is it's clearly working, and waves goodbye. Black Hole growls and says that he hates the new strategy, with Fanny laughing.

Archivo:TPOT 8 Recovering Tree 5.png

Fanny attempting to recover Tree.

In "Balancing P.A.C.T.", Fanny is first seen being yelled at by Black Hole to recover Tree after killing him in the last episode. Fanny snaps back, telling him to give her a break. Fanny recovers Tree, but he does not appear from the recovery center, leading Black Hole to believe that Fanny has killed Tree forever.

Later, they are seen on the balance beam. Since Black Hole can fly and Tree is "who knows where", there are only two participants. Black Hole angrily tries to argue that it wouldn't have happened had Fanny not killed Tree, but Fanny argues back, letting him know that the more he tells her that, the happier she is that she did it. She also argues that it wouldn't have happened if they hadn't lost so much in the first place. Their argument is cut off by Marker, who says that they can win and prevent death at the same time, pleading them to stop fighting. Donut interrupts, asking Fanny to make a pact because Team8s currently has two members on different sides of the beam, and Death P.A.C.T. Again only has two members that can compete. Fanny is seen staring at something in the distance, much to Donut's confusion. She apologizes and says she thinks she just found out what happened to Tree.

When Marker jumps off the beam, Fanny remains the only member of Death P.A.C.T. Again, to which she yells "I hate Tree death prevention! I'm the only competitor left!". Black Hole tells her not to worry as Donut and Pin would keep her safe, but stutters as she realizes Donut and Pin's fiendish grin. She yells that she hates when people betray a pact (within reason - she says she's "complicated").

Later, she attempts to leave, but Pin blocks her way. She says she hates their team and yells "Hasn't Death P.A.C.T. Again been through enough today?!". Donut tells her that he lost his arms, so it hasn't been easy for anyone, and tells her to stop complaining. She tells Pin to silence her, which she does literally, by removing Fanny's mouth. Her mouth lands on Winner, which causes them to fall off the beam. She complains that she "hates her mouth being left over here". Black Hole tells Pin and Donut that they made a pact and that they should swear by it, but they argue that neither him or Fanny agreed. Pin proceeds to push Fanny off the balance beam, to her dismay. Two announces that Death P.A.C.T. Again loses once again.

As the contest seems to come to an end, Marker cuts off Two when the voting screen shows up, telling them that Fanny should still be counted as being on the balance beam since she's still moving around independently as a mouth (which she hates). Two tells him it seems more like a technicality, but gives in when Black Hole and Marker complain.

When the contest resumes, Yellow Face throws Fanny's mouth towards Donut, causing him to lose balance and fall. Her team is safe, as Fanny is still technically on the beam.

Archivo:Afterbsvomitpoured.png

In "Outbreak At Stake", Fanny is initially seen with the rest of her team at the start of the episode, as Golf Ball explains how they are trying their best to help Barf Bag.

Fanny is later seen on top of Tree in the canal where Teardrop placed his body, when Two explains the challenge. She is again seen when the zombies are chasing Bell. Some of the zombies attempt to come after Tree. Tree demands Black Hole to suck them up, but since he is still sworn to the pact, he can't. Fanny is seen trembling in anger in response to this, to which Marker mocks her. Marker proposes the idea of simply moving Tree. Black Hole does not believe this is possible due to Tree's immense size. Marker asks him if he has any other ideas, and tells Fanny to dig.

When Tree demands Black Hole to stop "that snowball", Fanny can be seen still digging with Marker. At the end of the episode, Fanny is seen with her team. Her team is announced to be safe, as all of their members lived.

In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", Fanny is first seen in Black Hole's nightmare, with her mouth back. She is seen with Tree and Marker outside of the hotel at night.

Black Hole's nightmare begins when he is told by Two to begin killing everything. He reluctantly does so, starting with Two themself, then Marker, realizing how freeing it feels to him. Fanny and Tree don't hold back, though, and begin running. They enter the repainted SuperVan and flee Black Hole, who mocks Fanny's betrayal of the pact. Tree and Fanny use Black Hole's gravity to cross the Evil Canyon, which angers him and pushes him to start destroying the world.

Archivo:Screenshot 2024-03-13 235402.png

Fanny and Tree abandon the SuperVan, jumping across several remnants of Goiky from BFDIA 5 along the way, including a Hand-powered Recovery Center, which they use to recover Marker. Black Hole, behind them, simply kills Marker, enraging Fanny. Out of ideas, they use a rocket ship among the debris. Black Hole enlarges, no longer playing games with the two. Black Hole sucks up the solar system in the process, and then his own friend, Tree. Fanny, still determined to hold onto her life yells at Black Hole, before it all stops.

Black Hole tells Fanny that that will happen if he betrays the pact. He says that for her, it’s funny, and that she can have her little jokes with Pillow, and that there’s no consequences, but if he does it, the universe and everything ends. Fanny mentions about consequences being his fault, as Snowball is a batch of snow, her mouth is stuck in a canal because he couldn’t suck up Pin and Donut.

She says that his strict rules to protect Tree left him stuck in a canal for months. Black Hole says that she’s right and that he clearly doesn’t want that either. He says that in his dream, both Fanny and Tree are normal, and he says that he wishes things were normal and work out, and that he doesn’t want these things to happen. Fanny says that she doesn’t want Black Hole to become a killing machine. Black Hole says that she wants him to be sometimes, but sometimes might lead to oftentimes, then this. Fanny says that she’s just trying to save herself .

She says that she understands the pact, but her friend got eliminated because of it, and that Black Hole’s obsessive nature caused an outbreak. She says that everything has consequences. Black Hole says something about betraying the pact, but Fanny cuts him off, saying that she doesn’t want to force him to do anything at all if he doesn’t want to, since she would respect it. She then reminds him that their mission is to focus on life, but he has been too focused on the death part of it. Black Hole says he understands and says that they’re here to do the best by people, and that she’s right, but he says that if they can prevent death, and it’s reasonable to ask her to help, she’ll do it for the pact, finishing his sentence. Black Hole says that he won’t do the whole new life pact thing, but he says that it’s probably best for Tree’s life if he gets out of that canal. Fanny is seen later chopping down a hugely overgrown Tree with Marker watching.

In "What's Up Bell's String?", Fanny assists Marker in chopping down Tree, who is still trapped in the canal. Once Tree is fully cut down, he falls and dies. Later, during the team phase, Tree, now recovered, is happy to be on the same team as Fanny, Marker, and Black Hole, and pulls them close. He also comments that the new team could use better management. Fanny shows an angry expression, though she cannot voice her feelings due to lacking a mouth. They later name their team Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again.

Later, during the challenge, Pin, now the team leader, directs Fanny and Tree to sabotage the other teams, prompting them to split up and execute their plans. As Fanny sets off, she is suddenly grabbed from behind a bush by One, who suggests they relocate to a more secluded spot before teleporting them away to an unspecified meeting place. Despite One's friendly greeting, Fanny appears uneasy, but One reassures her not to worry. She reveals they have been observing them for a while and proposes a deal, however Fanny refuses and turns the other way. One attempts to tempt her by offering a mouth but conditions it on a favor from Fanny first.

Reluctantly, Fanny eventually agrees to One's terms and signs a contract to regain her mouth. Once the transaction is completed, she expresses her disdain for One's deals and dismissively tells them to leave, which One complies with. One teleports Fanny back to the grasslands, where she resumes her original plan of sabotaging other teams. She approaches CloudYAY, who have a massive stash, and swiftly swoops in to seize it. Sarcastically thanking them for the stash, she quickly makes her escape.

She returns the stash to their pit and together with Pin and Gaty, they toss all the items inside just as Winner approaches them. Winner soon confronts them, claiming that the stash belonged to them, but Pin insists it's now in their pit and refuses to return it. Fanny supports Pin's decision, sarcastically suggesting that Winner should go find their own stolen items. Later, after Marker helps settle a dispute between Needle and Pen, Fanny becomes upset with him for intervening, reminding him that Pen and Needle are on different teams. Marker promptly apologizes for his actions, but eventually end up placing first with the most items in their pit, meaning Fanny is safe.

Trivia[]

Comparisons[]

  • Fanny is one of the six contestants whose names are actual human names, the others are Ruby, Rocky, David, Dora, and Woody.
    • In her case, Fanny is a feminine given name that has origins in the French name Frances meaning “free one” and the Spanish version of Stephanie, Estefania, meaning "crown".
  • Fanny is one of the three contestants with a blue and white color scheme, the others are Clock and Pen.
  • She and Clock are similar in many ways.

    • Both were formerly voiced by Michael Huang.
    • Both are self-working machines that aren't counted as mechanical minds.
    • Both have something spinning in their faces.
    • Both were originally recommended characters who had the chance to join BFDI.
    • Both are probably battery powered because Clock is a wall clock, and Fanny was confirmed to run on batteries in TPOT, although she apparently doesn't need batteries to survive.
    • Both compete in The Power of Two.
    • Both also switched from BFB to TPOT specifically after the BFDI was replaced with A BFB.
    • Both of their names are five letters long.
    • Fanny turns into Clock in "UNREAL BFDI".
    • Both are on the two teams in TPOT that lost 3 members first.
  • Fanny is one of the four contestants who received a change in limbs after already debuting as a potential contestant (in Fanny's case she gained legs in IDFB 1). The other three are Tree, Nickel, and Lightning.
    • She is also the only female character to do this.
  • Fanny is one of the four characters who own a phone. The others are Coiny, Two, and Pillow. Also, she is the only armless contestant to own a phone.

Competition[]

  • Fanny is the first newbie to be in the bottom two in a Cake at Stake in BFB.

  • As of "Fishes and Dishes", Fanny is the highest ranking female on Death P.A.C.T. Again.

General[]

  • Fanny's personality may be a pun due to her name having "fan" in it while being the complete opposite. However, it may also be a reference to her audition tape in “The Reveal”, as she says “I hate you!” before cutting to Fries.
  • She is the only person in the TLC to be moving in the IDFB intro, as her blades are spinning.
  • Fanny believes she is worthy of hate.
  • In the storyboard of "Getting Teardrop to Talk", she was planned to have arms very early on.
    • This was likely a mistake or joke, as she is only depicted with arms in one panel.
  • She has the most negative relationships in Battle for BFDI and The Power of Two.
  • In "Outbreak At Stake", Fanny became the first and only contestant to appear in a TPOT episode and not speak a single line (ignoring Teardrop and Rocky).
  • Fanny is the only contestant to have this happen while they were still in the game in both BFB and TPOT.
  • Fanny is the fifth character to appear in the TPOT intro.
