Total Fruit Island is a lost object show.
We only know it ever existed because one of the BFDI creators, Cary Huang mentioned it in a work call.
It had an Orange as one of the characters who was supposedly an Asian Stereotype.
The first episode was uploaded in December of 2010 making it one of the oldest object shows ever made.
The show came back into the limelight after a YouTuber named "Spartan Dash" uploaded a video discussing BFDI lore/mysteries:
On August 5th this year Cary made a video on the subject, he remembered that a fruit basket was involved in the elimination process.
The show was a slideshow made with MS Paint.
The fruits were simple colored spheres and the sky and ground were blue and green rectangles.
The orange had closed eyes and a stereotypical Asian mustache.
He also talked about how the series was quickly gaining traction, gaining around 40 votes.
Here is that video:
In the comments section of the video, an old fan of BFDI (Alexlion) mentioned he remembered the show, another old fan (Hayden Martin) Said they remembered a star fruit character also on the show, this character is confirmed to exist by a post on Twitter from December 2010, exactly when the show was released.
The same user who posted about starfruit named "Liam Clark" made another post saying "Avacadp" with a link to a video, the video is deleted but here is the link:

The video might very well be Total fruit island and "Liam Clark" was a voter.
They also mentioned in another post "I liked a YouTube video -- Episode 1: Race Up Death Mountain" with the same link pasted.
Meaning the name of the first episode was probably "Race up death mountain".
The "Avacadp" post might have been a misspelling of "Avocado" meaning there might have also been an Avocado on the show.
Cary also mentioned that people were discussing the show in the comments of the Jacknjellify channel (which only people w over 1K subs can see) and that there could be a way to find all the old comments from the video.
Another Tweet from "Liam Clark" also confirmed that the channel was called totalfruitisland but it was deleted.
The user also posted a link saying the video was called "Stuck Between Walls" and was probably the show's SECOND EPISODE.
Here is the link to that:
"Liam Clark" also mentioned something was canceled in three separate tweets with this link pasted in each of them:
The posts were all made in march 2011 implying TFI was canceled then.
Let me know what you all think in the comments :)
