8-Ball is a calm contestant who often tells other characters that he doesn't have a favorite number. He's generally nice to anyone as long as they are honest and respectful to his friends.

Blocky[]
8-Ball and Blocky appear to be good acquaintances. After Golf Ball died in "Getting Teardrop to Talk", 8-Ball figured out how their team could win and Blocky supported him.
In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", he calls out Blocky for killing Golf Ball and Tennis Ball in "Getting Teardrop to Talk".
In "The Liar Ball You Don't Want", he, Blocky and the rest of A Better Name Than That and work together in order to defend their goals.
Cloudy[]
In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", Cloudy tells 8-Ball that he has 37 favorite numbers.
Donut[]
In "Questions Answered", 8-Ball got mad at Donut for saying that 8 is his favorite number. Afterwards, Donut switched the gravity back on. This resulted in the moon on top of 8-Ball to crush him into nothing but fumes.
Dora[]
In "Outbreak At Stake", him, Firey Jr., and Dora all go deeper into The Fourest.
In "Out Of The Blue", Dora tries to get wood from a tree for the stack. 8-Ball tells her that that's a good idea and he calls Dora his favorite. Four then materializes from the trees, and gets mad at the bunch for trying to get materials to escape. Four, as a tree, grabs 8-Ball. 8-Ball cries for help. Dora immediately throws Firey Jr. onto Four, as an attempt to save 8-Ball. Four gets fire on his hands, he shakes them and pushes all 3 of them deeper into the forest. They fall onto a half-sunken ship. 8-Ball says he and Dora will look for stack materials on the ship, and Firey Jr. says he will be on lookout for Four. As Dora and 8-Ball walk down the stairs of the ship, Dora gets startled by a map and starts craving islands to eat. She accidentally dropped 8-Ball into the water. Dora then caught him, and called him "buddy". Dora then discovers some treasure chests underwater. Dora uses 8-Ball to help pull the treasure chests, until a kraken version of four busts the wall of the ship with a tentacle. Firey Jr. then comes back, startled by the tentacle. Firey.Jr jumps onto it and burns Four, again. All 3 of them stand on top of the ship to see kraken-Four underneath it. Firey Jr. panicks, so 8-Ball says they will take the ship down. He then orders Dora to throw him. He lands onto the ship's already burning mast, and capsizes the ship onto Fours face, burning him. Firey Jr. panicks due to the loss of the ship with the potential stack materials. Dora then pulls out the treasure chests she saved from the ship. 8-Ball compliments her for her great work, he then re-instates that she is his favorite. They hurry over to the other Exitors with the chests. Four then starts chasing after them. They run up the now built stack and exit Four. When they get trapped in the hotel kitchen, Dora cracks a window, inspiring the others to start breaking them with her. 8-Ball is seen breaking the window next to Dora, when he wasn't previously next to Dora.
Four[]
In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", 8-Ball yells at Four, demanding Tennis Ball and Golf Ball to be revived.
In "Enter the Exit", 8-Ball is screeched by Four for saying four times two is the most important number.

Golf Ball[]

Grassy[]
It's because of Grassy being "disrespected" that 8-Ball became the new leader of A Better Name Than That, meaning 8-Ball likely sees Grassy as a friend.
Leafy[]
In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", Leafy asks if he, Cloudy, Nickel, and Gaty want to be friends and assumes they do because they are awesome.
In "Enter the Exit", Leafy says it's so good to see him, Roboty, David, and Stapy when they enter the EXIT.
Liy[]
In "Get to the Top in 500 Steps", he asks Liy if she's sad that she didn't rejoin.
In "The Escape from Four", he is shocked when Liy says she's not happy about being in the EXIT together with Loser, but is on board with her idea of being together outside.
Loser[]
Like everyone else, 8-Ball was a fan of Loser, but due to his lie in "The Liar Ball You Don't Want", 8-Ball hated him.
However, in "The Escape from Four", he along with everyone else had forgiven Loser. He claims he loves him eight times more than Winner.
Pencil[]
In "Enter the Exit", when Pencil says she's been dying to leave the EXIT, 8-Ball and Stapy agree with her.
In "The Escape from Four", when Pencil tries to talk to Loser, 8-Ball tells her that he can't hear her.
Robot Flower[]
In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", Robot Flower says that 8-Ball is a better leader than Golf Ball.
Stapy[]
The two spend most of their interactions together in "Enter the Exit", where they are the only eliminated males who are sucked up by Four and are able to talk normally (not counting Loser, since he was in the liar ball) and both end up catching the eliminated females up on everything that's happened in the game.
Tennis Ball[]
In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", he yells at Four to bring Tennis Ball back. When Four does this, he continues to yell, likely cause Golf Ball is still dead.
In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset" and "Today's Very Special Episode", Tennis Ball does everything 8-Ball tells him to.
TV[]
In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset" and "Today's Very Special Episode", TV does everything 8-Ball tells him to.
Winner[]
In "The Escape from Four", 8-Ball says he loves Loser 8 times more than Winner.
Teams[]
Bleh[]
In "Four Goes Too Far", 8-Ball and the rest of his team stand off against Bleh on the moon, waiting for the contest to end with the twinkle on either of their teams.
In "The Liar Ball You Don't Want", 8-Ball and the rest of his team work together to prevent both of their teams from losing. Saw, Ice Cube, and Lollipop all try to direct A Better Name Than That in the directions they want Remote to go in. 8-Ball informs them that they're doing their best and that the situation is very difficult.
