In "Are You Smarter Than a Snowball?", at Cake at Stake, Blocky is standing when everyone else is sitting. When the Announcer is about to say who else is safe, Pen says "It's got to be Blocky!" to which the Announcer replies "Uh, yeah, sure." During the challenge, Blocky steals the test answers. In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", as a part of Blocky's Funny Doings International, Blocky recommends that the viewer place the Announcer recovery center next to a trampoline, throw Spongy onto the trampoline, and kill the announcer, causing him to be squashed by Spongy endlessly.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", after greeting Taco, the Announcer also greets Spongy and Blocky, calling them you other two.
In "Chapter Complete", when the Announcer asks the contestants who they want to win, Blocky votes for himself. The Announcer says that he isn't one of the possible choices, which Blocky says he was aware of. The Announcer then asks why he thought he would an acceptable answer. Blocky tries to explain, but the Announcer cuts him off and tells him to stop talking, making Blocky frown. When giving his actual answer, he whispers to the Announcer that he's locking his vote in for Flower over Gelatin so Taco doesn't know. The Announcer then loudly announces that Blocky's vote is for Flower, annoying Blocky.
Status: Enemies (in BFDI), better terms (BFB)

In "Puzzling Mysteries", Announcer lands on Bubble, popping her, to announce Cake at Stake.

The Announcer says that it was renovated while they were gone.

When Bubble finds out that the Announcer was responsible for making the bugs, the Announcer pops her to keep his secret. However, somehow, this death was faked. Later, when the Announcer is granting wishes, he refuses to give Bubble her wish of yoylecake, because it doesn't fit in his budget. The Announcer then reveals he only bought recovery centers so he could pop her more. At the killing party that night, Bubble only kills the Announcer, by putting him in the Metal Furnace and also eating him.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", Bubble says that the Grand Cake is seriously a hideous cake. Announcer asks her when he said she was allowed to speak. Bubble seems perturbed by the sight of Flower biting a chunk out of Announcer. Later, Bubble demands that they hurry up the Cake at Stake ceremony already. When it's revealed that Bubble didn't win Dream Island, Bubble frowns but the Announcer notes that she played a great game and tells her that she was a wonderful ontestant. The Announcer tries to give her an ashew, but can't pronounce it. Bubble thinks he must be allergic to something. Through a contrived series of events, it ends up in her hands anyway. When Bubble asks Announcer who he sold Dream Island to, he can't tell her, even after Bubble threatens to cry acid. Announcer tries to call Bubble unning, lever, and rafty, but is again unable to pronounce the words due to being unable to say the K sound.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", when Bubble is trying to congratulate Teardrop for reaching the final three, the Announcer tells her she isn't supposed to be talking and to just say her catchphrase. Bubble later asks where the Announcer is getting all of his medals and in response gives her a platinum medal.
In "Chapter Complete", the Announcer asks Bubble what she thinks about the new grand cake. Bubble says that it might look even worse than the first one. The Announcer just says she's in denial.

Status: Possible friends
Eraser is the first person to meet the Announcer, who randomly falls from the sky and tells him he's in luck, because they're building the island of luxury called "Dream Island" which includes a 5 star hotel, 6 restaurants, robot servants, a casino, and the winner gets to decide who gets to come and who doesn't. Then Eraser asked how much the island cost, and the Announcer responded "not even a penny".
Eraser wanted to take the island for himself, but the Announcer didn't allow him because other people would want to win it to, and thus the Battle for Dream Island begun.
In "Barriers and Pitfalls", when the Announcer says he has to tell the Cherries one more thing before the contest starts, Eraser says "Boooooooooooorrrrrrrring".
In "Sweet Tooth", when the Announcer gives his cake a seven, Eraser gets mad.
In "Power of Three", Eraser is in the bottom three and is then forced to solve a math problem to find out how many votes he got. The Announcer falsely tells him that the answer is 9, making him think that he was eliminated for a second. The real answer was actually 2, Eraser gets mad, but then the cupcake gets thrown at him.
In "Cycle of Life", when the Announcer says that the winners get a prize, when Eraser says "Which is?", the Announcer says he'll find out later, which makes Eraser angry.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare", Eraser once again asks the Announcer what the challenge is. The Announcer remains silent, probably because he was annoyed with Eraser constantly asking what the challenge was. This is followed by Eraser frowning.
In "A Leg Up in the Race", Eraser is knocked off his ladder by a water balloon the Announcer dropped.
In "Don't Lose Your Marbles", Eraser asks what the challenge is again, and the Announcer calls him impatient or "imp" for short. For the challenge, Eraser hands over a ball to the Announcer thinking it was red. However, it was actually a maroon ball, which causes Eraser to lose points. Eraser finally finds a red ball, but it is already night time and the Announcer can't tell if it's red or maroon. Eraser proceeds to hold up Firey to light up the area, but he lights the ball on fire. Nonetheless, the Announcer ends up counting the ball anyway.
In "The Glistening", when the Announcer says that he and Pen only got 2 to the fifth votes, Eraser angrily says "Which is!".

In "Power of Three", when the Announcer mocks the Squishy Cherries for being up for voting four times in a row, Firey angrily tells the Announcer to get on with it. For no reason whatsoever, the Announcer specifically calls out Firey to tell him he wasn't the one who got zero votes, which makes Firey upset.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare", Announcer cites Coiny and Firey as an example of people with arch-enemies.
In "Lofty", Firey chooses not to use his Win Token. When the Announcer performs his "magic trick", Firey is the only one who screams since he's afraid of heights.
In "A Leg Up in the Race", as a twist, Announcer threw a water balloon, which popped Bubble and killed Firey. Firey randomly asks if he tastes peanut butter, the Announcer stares at him blankly, so Firey says "Okay, maybe not".
In "Half a Loaf Is Better Than None", Firey is angry that the prize is just half a pair of scissors.
In "Vomitaco", when the Announcer asks if the four up for elimination are ready for Cake at Stake, Firey awkwardly says "Yeah?" When the contestants still in the game are given another half of a pair of scissors, Firey happily puts both of his halves together. The Announcer then says "Nice scissors, huh?" and Firey replies "Yeah!" Firey somehow correctly guessed the two items the Announcer was hiding under a blanket.
In "Rescission", Firey told the Announcer that he likes his "cake" and licks it. The Announcer laughed at Firey's fail in the unicycle race. After Firey finishes the challenge, the Announcer asks if he'd like to see a magic trick. Firey, remembering the Announcer's last trick, angrily answers no, but the Announcer does it anyway.
In "Gardening Hero", when everyone is taken into space, Firey asks "Radio" why they are in space, the Announcer replies budget cuts. The Announcer wanted to include himself in Firey and Leafy's friendship, but Firey refused claiming only good people get to be friends. Later he sold Firey's vehicle because of budget cuts.
In "Hurtful!", he was devastated with Announcer slicing Cheese Orb, saying that Cheese Orb was his friend. Later, Announcer ordered Firey to hold the "VOTE ME OUT!" sign. Firey tells Leafy that since the Announcer has a recovery center, they could kill him as much as they want and he'd still come back to give them Dream Island. Everyone does just that.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", Firey argues with the Announcer because he didn't believe he actually sold the recovery centers and bets his life's earnings on it. The Announcer wins because he indeed sold the recovery centers and Firey complains saying he wants Leafy back. Firey wishes for his life's earnings back, but the Announcer spent it on everyone's new recovery centers. Firey is happy at first but then quickly realizes that he didn't do it because he cares about them and he guesses right because the Announcer just wanted to be able to kill them.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", Firey tells the Announcer that he shouldn't release the eliminated contestants because after years of seclusion they would have gone insane. Firey sarcastically thanks Flower for messing up the Announcer. The Announcer tells Firey not to drool of he'll destroy himself. When the Announcer gives thanks to the 6,816 voters, Firey tells him to hurry up so he can get the island. Firey screams when he learns that the Announcer sold his island.
In "Chapter Complete", when the Announcer gets the BFB back, Firey kicks him away in order to take it.
In "Barriers and Pitfalls", Flower threatens to crush the Announcer with her Announcer crusher if she is eliminated. She is eliminated and as a response she uses it, only to fail because it hits Golf Ball instead, causing the crusher to explode, sending Flower away.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare", Flower threatens to crush the Announcer with her recently refurbished Announcer crusher if she doesn't rejoin. She doesn't and attempts to use it but is flung before she can.
In "Reveal Novum", when TV shows the Announcer being crushed, Flower says she likes that show.
In "The Glistening", when Flower rejoins, she seems to be angry about her cake being a pizza.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", she gets angry at the Announcer for canceling BFDI, calling it unacceptable. The Announcer asks how so and Flower says because she wants Dream Island. The Announcer says too bad and that he thinks she doesn't deserve it anyway. This makes her throw bug eggs at him. When she learns that she's been eliminated she repeatedly deflects the Announcer attempts to teleport her into the TLC. She is caught eventually.
In "Return of the Hanglider", when she is released from the TLC, she bites off a bit of the Announcer rendering him unable to say the K sound. Flower also destroys his recovery center.
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", despite how badly things left off between them, Flower is happy to see the Announcer when he comes back. Even coming to his defense when Four threw him and says he's fragile, as she would know since she's bitten him before. Flower then asks if they wanna see her do it again and Announcer tells her not to. When Flower is in the bottom 2, she threatens to bite him if he's out. He says "Eep" in response, and that it's good for him that she's safe. In the challenge, Flower always managed to correctly answer the Announcer's favorite number, even after he changes it. He congratulates Flower for winning immunity into the final 2, to her disappointment as she thought it would be the final 3 again. At the end of the episode, he gives Flower $50,000 just to show huge the budget now is.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", the Announcer says he wanted to top the last episodes prize, a gold medal, and shows that he's doing so with a silver medal. In "Chapter Complete", the Announcer repeatedly talks over Flower and Gelatin as they try to explain what happened in the desert. After giving the BFB to Gelatin, Flower tries to get the BFDI from the Announcer. The Announcer reluctantly hands her the BFDI, but doesn't let go as she tries to accept it. Purple Face then comes in and takes it. Later, while on the dangling bus, Flower is surprised when the Announcer says that the BFDI is the only actual archive of the show. Just when the Announcer is about to allow Flower to have the prize, Flower decides to let the Announcer keep the BFDI and they both climb out of the bus just as it's about to fall.

The Announcer says that they're wrong and takes back his hosting privileges. Four gets angry when he tries to host Cake at Stake and throws him away. He is brought back by a Slingshot and tells Four not to do that again. After flinging Purple Face away, Announcer turns to Four to point out how easy it was to get rid of him. Four insists he'll come back, and then says he can't replace them because the contestants have grown attached to them. However, they are proven wrong as everyone prefers the Announcer. Four still argues that the show belongs to them and that the Announcer can't make the show without them. Announcer asks "Wanna bet?" and Four decides to sink into the earth in order to become a constant presence.
In "Chapter Complete", Four thanks the Announcer for finishing the rest of the season. The Announcer starts to say that it is his season, but Four cuts him, already knowing that. Four then apologizes for taking the show from him. The Announcer accepts his apology and adds that if it weren't for him, they wouldn't have had another season of the show and he wouldn't have an archive of the show backed up. The Announcer, not knowing what else to say, says that Four is cool. Announcer also tells Four that Purple Face saved the show and apologizes for almost getting it cancelled. In one of the last shots of the episode, the Announcer can be seen planning a possible 6th season with Four, X, and Purple Face.
Status: Good terms
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", after the Announcer flings Purple Face, Gelatin asks where he sent him. The Announcer replies I.D.K. Gelatin laughs and figures it must be some box that he named after an acronym, like the TLC and LOL, but the Announcer says that he really just doesn't know where Purple Face went. Being the only newbie, the Announcer greets Gelatin when he reaches the quiz contest. He then gives him a hard time with the contest, as his favorite number keeps changing. After numerous guesses, Gelatin asks for a new question. The Announcer allows it, and asks if he's gray, which Gelatin answers correctly. To his mild annoyance as he got such an easy question after struggling for so long on the first one, but he thanks the Announcer regardless. The Announcer gives Gelatin one moment to tell the viewers why he should stay, and cuts him off right before he could start, as he used up his moment.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", Announcer cancels BFB and claims that it's unfortunate that no one will win the BFDI. At the end of the episode, he sarcastically congratulates Gelatin and Flower for saving the show.
In "Chapter Complete", the Announcer repeatedly talks over Flower and Gelatin as they try to explain what happened in the desert. When revealing the votes for the winner of BFB, the Announcer puts a sheet of paper over Gelatin's votes, which has a number that's one vote short of Flower's. Gelatin notices this and the Announcer explains that he was trying to preserve his feelings by making it seem like the vote was closer than it actually was.
In "Sweet Tooth", the Announcer allows Golf Ball to say what her percent chances of winning are after Blocky is eliminated. In the contest, the Announcer says he tastes dirt in Golf Ball's chocolate cake. Golf Ball says she didn't put in any dirt and is given a zero for using dirt and lying. The die gives her a zero as well, making Golf Ball protest that a die doesn't have a blank space but the Announcer shushes her.
In "Cycle of Life", Golf Ball tells the Announcer that a relay race would be unfair for her much larger team.
