Confirmed details

• During the 2025 meetup:
  • The episode is stated to release in September.
  • The origins of One and Three will be revealed in this episode, alongside the history of the Algebraliens and how they got their powers.
  • While the eliminated contestants will not show up in BFDI:TPOT 20, they will get more screentime in future episodes.
    • The eliminated contestants are needed to defeat One, meaning all of them will gain a relevant role in the One Storyline.
      • Snowball is currently the only contestant that still holds The Power of Two, meaning he could have a major role in taking down One in a future episode.
  • A rejoin is considered for this episode.
  • Whatever happened to Leafy after her deal with One will be revealed.

• Due to the dire situation of the planet, there is a chance this could be a non-competition episode.
• If the current pattern of One having a major role in odd episodes and having cameos in even episodes continues, One may only make cameos this episode.
  • However, BFDI:TPOT 20 could be the episode to break this pattern, due to One's origins potentially being explored this episode.
  • Pencil's whereabouts are currently unknown, either that One presumably sent her back to the past or just simply obliterated her out of spite. However, it's possible she might be stuck in the past with no way to return.
• If the merge happens in this episode:
  • TPOT would be the first season where the merge doesn't happen in an episode that is a multiple of six.
    • However, it would be the third season where the merge happens on an episode that is a multiple of four, making BFDIA the only season where the merge doesn't happen in an episode that is a multiple of four.
    • It would also mean that every merge happened in an episode that is an even number.
  • It would be the first time Golf Ball reaches the merge, and all Season 1 contestants would have merged at least once.
  • It would be the second time Pencil and Book reaches the merge.

    • Additionally, it would be the third time that Tennis Ball reaches the merge, the first instance of anyone ever doing so.

• If Black Hole is eliminated:
  • There would be no more black contestants left, following TV's elimination in "Last One Standing".
  • There would be no more flying contestants left, following Bell's elimination in "What's Up Bell's String?".
• If Fanny is eliminated:
  • There would be no female members left on Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again.
    • Additionally, it would continue the pattern of female members getting eliminated every time they are up for elimination, however, Fanny will be the last addition to that pattern.
• If Marker is eliminated:
  • There would be no more members on Free Food still competing, following Yellow Face's elimination in "Bottle For Dream Island".
  • There would be no more members left on Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again voiced by Cary Huang, following Pin's elimination in "The Power of Four".
• If Tree is eliminated:
  • Grassy would be the last nature related contestant left.
  • There would be no more contestants left that are voiced by Thomas Chick.
  • Black Hole would be the last member of the original Death P.A.C.T. left.
• If Tennis Ball is eliminated:
  • Book would be the only character left competing in both BFDIA and TPOT.
  • He would be the fourth member of A Better Name Than That to be eliminated in TPOT, following Robot Flower, Basketball, and TV.
  • Golf Ball would be the only former Team No-Name contestant left in TPOT.
