This article lists the interactions between Barf Bag and Donut.
Ever since being placed on the same team, Barf Bag had befriended her fellow teammate Donut. The two of them seem to be rather close friends, following each other to Two's The Power of Two series and remaining by each other's side as they make new friends in their new team. Even as new teams were formed in "What's Up Bell's String?", they remain teammates. Most of their interactions so far have been positive that lasted until she was erased.

Barf Bag explains to Donut that she needs liquid in inside of her before losing consciousness. Donut then patches her up and tells Bomby to fill her with warm water. When she becomes conscious, Donut hugs her and she thanks Donut for caring about her. Donut is delighted when she claims she feels amazing, but starts to get annoyed every time she repeats how great she feels. When she realizes the water in the lake is way too warm, she explains to Donut that that shouldn't be possible unless they are around something with a lot of heat. She jokes that they could be near a volcano, which scares Donut, which turns out to be the case. When Golf Ball blames his poor leadership for Barf Bag's elimination, Donut is extremely offended.
In "Bottle For Dream Island", the first thing Donut notices when taken to One's room is the screen showing Barf Bag in the Equation Playground, and he exclaims her name. He refuses to sign One's deal, angry at her for trapping the contestants she kidnapped, Barf Bag among them. When thinking about how he always focuses on others, Donut has a memory of walking with Barf Bag during TPOT 1, where the two appear to be laughing about something.
