IN (+) - Elimination Challenge: This contestant received the most likes for the reward.
IN - Elimination Challenge: This contestant had their named called at Cake at Stake and was safe but did not receive the reward.
RISK - This contestant was declared safe last.
OUT - This contestant received the most dislikes for elimination and therefore is eliminated.
OUT (+) - This contestant received a prize, but had the most dislikes. As their prize was not immunity or any other means of avoiding elimination, they were eliminated.
HIGH - This contestant was declared safe first.
HIGH (+) - This contestant received a prize and was declared safe first.
MID - This contestant was in second place, or was on the team that placed second in the previous challenge, and was safe.
UFE/OUT - This contestant got the most dislikes and was eliminated the following episode.
UFE - This contestant is at stake (up for elimination).
PZN- This person will get the prize once the next episode is released.
Notes
- Teardrop won a prize in her elimination episode but also received the most elimination votes. Because she opted to receive a Hand-powered Recovery Center, instead of Immunity to the Final 15, she was eliminated.
- According to her alliance, Bubble was supposed to be in Team No-Name in episode 4, which was the losing team. However, due to not being considered an official contestant, Bubble was not up for elimination.
- Match wasn't officially in FreeSmart since she was eliminated before the team even existed. However, thanks to Pencil's "elimination prevention plan", she was considered a member before being flung to the TLC inside the LOL seven months later.
- The contestants are sorted like this:

- If a contestant switched to the team, they are sorted in the order they switched.
