The two go back and forth between being on good terms and bad terms, with Book often striving to help Pillow make positive changes to herself, and Pillow being unresponsive to these efforts.
Despite being separated because of their new teams, Team 2 and CloudYAY respectively, they were implied to still be friendly off-screen.

Pillow responds not to worry and that she wasn't reading her, which Book tries to ask what she was doing, but Pillow cuts her off and tells her that she was only looking at the pictures. Later, during the challenge, after their team is announced up for elimination, Two offers to teleport the team out of Book's dream, however Pillow immediately discards this to see if Book's suggested method of getting good luck would work. Pillow then approaches Price Tag, and explains Book's nightmare sympathetically, telling them that she lost all of her friends and that her nightmare is about being alone. She then instructs Price Tag to talk to Book, but they try to talk themself out of it, to which Pillow makes them talk to her anyways.
