The Brain Wave is a contraption created by Golf Ball in TPOT 3. It was mainly used to generate Are You Okay's rollercoaster in the Atwosement Park.

In "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters", Golf Ball introduces her team to what she says is her latest creation, the brain wave. A device that can turn thoughts into a reality in just an hour. She places it on Puffball's head and then draws a picture of a simple rollercoaster for her to look at. Golf Ball specifies that Puffball should not think of bad things or it will ruin the rollercoaster. Despite this warning, Puffball intentionally thinks about a chaotic rollercoaster when she isn't getting as much praise for her contributions like TV. Golf Ball eventually checks on Puffball's progress and the readings indicate that Puffball created something dangerous. There isn't enough time to start over so the team decides that they're just gonna have to work with what they have. Once they're at the park, Golf Ball pushes a button on the brain wave to upload the rollercoaster into the amusement park. The result comes out looking very dangerous as Golf Ball was afraid it would.
In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", since Just Not needs to fix Puffball's rollercoaster to win the challenge, Golf Ball and Puffball sabotage them by generating a fake rollercoaster part, trading it with them and then destroying it as they add it to the rollercoaster causing them to be up for elimination.
