In "Take the Plunge: Part 2" Bubble notices that Pin's sharp point is dangerously close to popping her. She asks Pin to slow down, but Pin does not respond, and ends up popping Bubble anyway.
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", Pin pushes Match and Pencil out of the way, popping Bubble.
In "PointyPointyPointy ♫", on Puffball's island, Bubble justifies Book and Ruby going to sing before Pin as "Rules are rules". Then when Pin is fed up with FreeSmart and electrocutes them, Pin insults Book and Ruby but doesn't acknowledge Bubble having popped from the electricity or on her speech.

In "Take the Plunge: Part 1" Bubble is miffed that Pin nearly popped her, which immediately blames Blocky for.
In "Take the Plunge: Part 2", when picking the teams, Pencil tells Pin to choose Bubble, which Pin does without question. Pin later uses Bubble as an example that Woody is afraid of everything.
In "Barriers and Pitfalls", Match directs Bubble and Pencil to throw Tennis Ball over the wall that Pin is stuck in. When the wall snaps, flinging Pen off somewhere, Bubble remarks that it was convenient.
In "Get in the Van", Bubble is swinging when Pin walks up to her and starts swinging as well. Bubble keeps switching swings to get farther away from Pin, but Pin keeps moving closer. Bubble asks Pin what she wants. Pin says that she thinks they should set aside their differences and become acquaintances. Bubble is unsure because Pin's a pin and Bubble's a bubble, but Pin insists, repeating that she wanted to set aside their differences. Pin lists off a bunch of her supposed positive qualities, but when Bubble replies that she's part of an alliance a second time, Pin reminds Bubble that her alliance is dead. After Pin throws a knife at Leafy, Leafy dodges the knife, requiring Bubble and the others to jump and dodge it.

In "Get in the Van", Pin thinks they have a lot in common, and when Bubble challenges that, Pin brings up the fact that they both hate Leafy. The two of them bond over that briefly before Leafy suddenly shows up, causing them both to freak out. When Leafy is gone,it appears that Pin and Bubble had set aside their differences, and are enjoying swinging together, but Bubble remembers that she has to go to Match's dance party, and takes off.
In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", when Four mutilates Pin, Bubble is one of the shocked characters.
