In "Meaty", they appear during the recommended characters crowd scene for that episode being recommended by ColeTheGeek. They appear getting shot with pink paint from the Paint Shooter being used by Ruby.

In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", t5hey appear during the recommended characters crowd scene for that episode being recommended by XanderDoesStuff. They are shown when Donut is flung backwards.
BFDI Mini Delicious[]
In "Balloon Toss", Chips is seen with Vomit as a part of "Pair #5". They are seen sitting down and they spit the balloon out of their mouth towards Vomit which then lands on Vomit and is able to stay on them causing them to be safe.
In "Survive The Desert", Chips is seen relaxing in the desert sitting underneath an umbrella while drinking some pink lemonade and eating a slice of key lime pie. They then look surprised when they notice Milkshake dead next to them.
In "Stay On The Balance Beam", Chips is seen happily sitting on the balance beam when Cake's Dad starts screaming causing Chips, Milkshake, and Vomit to look over him and notice that Popsicle and Jordan were heading straight towards them. Chips is then knocked into off the balance beam and into the air however they manage to avoid falling into the water and being up for elimination due to being stolen by a seagull.
In "Screaming Contest", Chips is sitting with Popcorn watching the "No More Advertisements Foundation" advertisement on TV when Popcorn is knocked into and starts screaming, Chips however has no reaction and ends up being up for elimination due to not screaming.
In "Hide and Seek", the votes between Chips and Cereal Box are revealed and Chips is eliminated and Chips seems rather sad at this however instead of being removed in some way Chips notices red text that appears on their forehead reading "Seeker". Cereal Box and the other contestants also notice this and begin running away from Chips as Chips takes up the role of the seeker for the challenge. Chips starts looking around but a blue liquid drips onto them causing them to look up and notice Popsicle putting Popsicle up for elimination. Chips then walks around and notices Vomit peaking out from behind a brick wall however Chips remembers that they used to be a team in the first challenge of the season and so instead they decide to ignore Vomit and walk past the brick wall. Instead they end up walking into Jordan who they spot and also put up for elimination.
In "Red Light, Green Light", Chips is seen standing and smile when Jordan, who is being dragged away for elimination by Gelatin, grabs Chips causing Chips to go with Gelatin as well.
In "Last to Leave the Circle", after the elimination Chips seen with all the other previously eliminated contestants from this season inside of a red circle on the ground competing for a chance to rejoin the season. Chips is seen sitting when they suddenly smell something, that being a giant sandwich truck, so they decide to stretch their legs so that they can get their body over to where the truck is and eat it causing their body to take on the shape of the truck. Then as they unstretch back into the circle they accidentally knock Raisin out of the circle leaving just Chips and Sandwichy to be up for rejoin voting.
In "Musical Chairs", the rejoin votes between Chips and Sandwichy are revealed and Chips doesn't rejoin the game. Chips is annoyed at this reveal but then Sandwichy kicks Chips into the sky.
In "Don't Die", Chips is seen watching the final challenge along with all the other previously eliminated contestants. When Cereal Box wins the season and is awarded their prize Chips is seen smiling.

Trivia[]
- Chips was recommended by Xander Archibald, under the name XanderDoesStuff, who would later be the voice actor for Zero and an animator for the show.
- A chip bag called "Chips" that looks very similar to Chips is also his character in TROC 4 and 5.
- Chips is the second character to be recommended by a later Jacknjellify staff member, the first being Nonexisty.
- Chips is the 7th BFDI Mini series contestant to be one of the recommended characters that were recommended on Reddit for IDFB 2, but were instead put in BFB 2.
- Ironically, only 1 of the recommended characters was meant to have a chance at being a contestant in the BFDI series.
