Chocolate balls are a recurring food in the Battle for Dream Island series, appearing in Battle for Dream Island and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. They have the unique property of rolling indefinitely.

Battle for Dream Island[]
In "Sweet Tooth", the second challenge was to eat one-hundred chocolate balls as instructed by the Announcer. As both teams started to eat the chocolate balls, the Squashy Grapes finished first shortly before the Squishy Cherries, leading to a tie between the two teams.
BFDI Mini[]
In the BFDI Mini episode "Eating Contest", the challenge was to eat 100 chocolate balls.
Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", Teardrop steals a box of one-hundred chocolate balls from Gelatin's Steakhouse and attempts to give them to Two, only for her to trip and lose four of the chocolate balls. When she does give them, Two points out about the missing balls and gives her a sub-challenge to find those missing four, otherwise, they would rate a low score on her food. Since the chocolate balls roll indefinitely, this leads to them being scattered across many different places:
- One chocolate ball rolls into the Evil Forest, where a Dragon swallows it, before Bomby gets it out and uses it as decoration on Cake's remains. Later, as Snowball gets launched into Pillow, the chocolate ball is shot out from Cake's remains and found by Teardrop.
- Another one rolls into a crack of Golf Ball's Underground Factory, where it is found by Are You Okay. As they get the chocolate ball, they climb into Tree's leaves and find another ball.
- A third one causes Tree to trip and get it through his leaves, leaving him uncomfortable. As he starts to feel more uncomfortable as Are You Okay also enters through his leaves, he expels them out along with the two chocolate balls that Teardrop soon retrieves.
- The fourth ball rolls near Rocky, and is about to be used for The S!'s dinner, only for Rocky to slip on it and barf in the team's bowl. Winner then instructs Bottle to run after it, as it would dilute the barf mixture, only for her to fall into a trap set up by Team8s, before she launches the chocolate ball out. Teardrop then chases it through the Hotel and then onto the rooftop, where X gives it to her.
By the end, Teardrop manages to retrieve the four missing chocolate balls, and give them to Two, who comments on how some are dirty, but nonetheless gives her a 7/10 for her food.
In "Bottle For Dream Island", chocolate balls are served as the second dish in the eating contest. Winner absorbs his, Black Hole sucks his up, and Price Tag sells theirs to PDA. Liy eats one but shudders due to the gasoline she drank earlier. She starts crushing the chocolate balls on her wooden switch instead. Black Hole tries to help by holding the plate, but the yellow token had accidentally fallen onto it. Liy places it on her switch along with the last of the chocolate balls, and when she flips, the token gets stuck inside.
Trivia[]
- Before the 100 chocolate balls were fully mentioned in "Sweet Tooth", they appeared as 100 question marks, 100 pieces of chalk, and 100 chocolate bars as the words were said.
- Team8s and The Strongest Team on Earth. are the only teams to not interact with the chocolate balls in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off".
- It is the last chronological recommended character in the series, but not anymore actually.
- The chocolate balls are significantly smaller in "Bottle For Dream Island".
