Dream Island was the grand prize for the winner of Battle for Dream Island.
It is located next to Goiky, the main area where the (season 1/2) characters reside. Dream Island is described as a "square mile of paradise". It has a 5-star hotel, a casino, 6 restaurants, robot servants, and the winner can even choose who is allowed to visit Dream Island and who is not. It was won by Firey but then illegally bought by Leafy in 2012 using $1,000,000,000,000 USD generated by Yellow Face Incorporated's counterfeit Box of Paper Slips.
Two versions of it were "rebuilt" in "Zeeky Boogy Doog" as part of the contest, but only one was not destroyed. It has become the prize for Battle for Dream Island Again. The real Dream Island was then thought to be crushed for not getting enough votes to host in "We're Not Friends". Despite crushing being heard, it still existed for Leafy and Tennis Ball to visit it in "I'm the Main Character".

In "Take the Plunge: Part 1", the Announcer tells the contestants about Dream Island and offers them a chance to win it in a contest.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", Firey won Dream Island, beating Leafy and Bubble in votes. Firey let everyone except Leafy in; Leafy rejected Firey's Ferris wheel because it poured lava, which would melt her; Firey saw this differently. Angry about this, Leafy illegally bought Dream Island from the Announcer and this was considered stealing by the other contestants.
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", Ruby asks the contestants about why they're battling for Dream Island if Firey had won it in Season 1. This sends everyone into a panic, reminding them that Leafy had bought it in Return of the Hang Glider. Luckily, the Challenge Wheel lands on "Build Dream Island", resolving the issue.
It was later "rebuilt" in the same episode by Team No-Name, but soon destroyed by Bomby, causing W.O.A.H. Bunch to win by making a poorly-made farm-themed island with animals made out of cardboard, paper, tape rulers, dice, etc. The island is now the current prize for Battle for Dream Island Again.
In "We're Not Friends", Dream Island was one of over 600 characters nominated for hosting. When Glue was voted out, he wanted a different way to be eliminated instead of being chopped by the Locker of Losers' fan, in which Eraser responded by making elimination method being crushed. Coinidentally, next in line was Dream Island which got 16 votes, with a distant crushing sound playing in the background.
In "I'm the Main Character", Leafy presumably visits the original Dream Island with Tennis Ball, with Tennis Ball describing it as "the most Dream-Island experience he's ever had".
While the old island's whereabouts are still unknown, the gates reappear below the Goiky Canal in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", only for them to be destroyed by Are You Okay and reused as pieces to cover up the cracks of the Volcano.
In "Seasonal Shift", the original island makes a brief reappearance when CloudYAY accidentally time-traveled back to the events of "Return of the Hang Glider". A fight between present-day Pencil and Pillow caused past-day Leafy to be kicked onto the gates of the island. Past-day Firey sees the commotion and decides to let Leafy onto Dream Island, altering the timeline and causing the near-destruction of the BFDI universe as a whole.

In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", Team No-Name made an island that could have become the 1st place prize for Battle for Dream Island Again, but the island failed due to getting destroyed by W.O.A.H. Bunch from Bomby's explosion. It was made with dream sauce, and fused with Book due to landing inside the container. Whether Book enhanced the island's appearance or not is uncertain.
W.O.A.H. Bunch's island[]

W.O.A.H. Bunch's island
W.O.A.H. Bunch's island has a blue, presumably made of water outline and has various farm animals made of junk and other materials, such as a "hors", a chicken, cattle, and what is supposedly labeled as a pig. It is not really an island. The idea was brought up when Pin said that everybody liked farms, and that Yellow Face and others agreed.
Technically, it is the new Dream Island, and therefore the 1st place prize for Battle for Dream Island Again. One BFDIA contestant will receive it in the last episode.
Most of it was painted pink during "Meaty" due to Ruby shooting it.
In "Launch Party", most of the island's objects were used to fill up Pin's basket, as well as the ground below it. When Pin tried selling it to get out of the danger zone, no one wanted it, as everyone hates farms, confirmed by Puffball Speaker Box in Zeeky Boogy Doog.

- In "Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know", the Yoylemap said "Dream Island", meaning that if Pin had not ripped up the Yoylemap into pieces, they could possibly have found Dream Island again.
- However, it might possibly be in a different location since Leafy bought it.
- In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Pen's map of Goiky had Dream Island crossed out, meaning it's no longer there.
- Additionally, according to Golf Ball's imagination, 99.8% of all islands are destroyed after being sold for 2 hours, so it is most likely Dream Island was destroyed. However, this is disproven in "I'm the Main Character", where Leafy presumably visits Dream Island with Tennis Ball.
- It would be true by the time of "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" when the gates of Dream Island were discovered underneath the Goiky Canal by Teardrop.
- However, it might possibly be in a different location since Leafy bought it.
- Dream Island is worth (at most) $1,000,000,000,000.
- Since the Earth is worth (around) $5,000,000,000,000,000, Dream Island's value is about 1/5000 of the Earth.
- Dream Island also appeared as a recommended character in "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2". It's seen with three tall buildings and a lake.
- In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", when Golf Ball made Dream Island, it looked far different than the one in BFDI's Intro. It had a big glowing sign, palm trees, and more tall buildings, and it looked much smaller in size than the one in BFDI.
- In the intro and the first episode, Dream Island has no walls. But in "Return of the Hang Glider", the (soundproof) walls and the gate were added.
- Some areas on Dream Island that the Announcer didn't mention are a pool with a large slide (presumably a water park) and a skate park.
- In real life, there are islands called Dream Island in Antarctica, Ontario, Canada, Montana, as well as an artificial island in Tokyo, named Yumenoshima ("Dream Island" in Japanese), and an attraction in Moscow, Russia. As a result, this has led to fans using this as a way to mention Dream Island on Wikipedia by gaming the system on the page for "Dream Island (disambiguation.)"
- It is unknown what Leafy did with it after the events of the season 1 finale. She may still own it, as she presumably visited it with Tennis Ball in "I'm the Main Character", making the two likely the only contestants to ever actually be on Dream Island.
- The population of the island was 2,940.
