Dropping Pin on Earth in REAL LIFE — BFDI is a video uploaded by jacknjellify on June 1, 2025. It features the Pin plush skydiving down towards Earth to simulate what dropping a pin on Google Earth would look like. The video took place during late 2023 at the Lompoc City Airport in California.

Plot

The video begins with Pin explaining the concept of dropping a pin on Google Earth and that she's experienced this many times. The scene then transitions to real life, where Cary Huang is with a Pin plush and other plushes of X, Four, Leafy, Pen, Firey, and Firey Jr. at a skydiving facility watching a tutorial on how to skydive. Pin (voiced by Cary through the plush) expresses fear about skydiving, despite her heroic leader persona, and initially wants to back out, then plushes of Coiny, Bubble, Teardrop, Fanny, Woody, and Pen convince her to do it, cutting to black as they get close to her.

The scene then cuts to Cary taking the Pin plush to the check-in desk. Pin presents a hand-drawn ID. The receptionist informs Pin that her waiver needs to be completed. Pin fills out the waiver, humorously stating her age as "ageless", writing infinity for it, and that she weighs "1 ounce". For the address, Pin writes "Goiky". The receptionist says that she's checked in and that she'll need to move onto the hangar. She shows off her waiver and ID to the camera before the video transitions to black again.

In the hangar, a staff member prepares the Pin plush for the jump by cutting small slits in its back in order to secure it on the skydiver she was going to be restrained to. Pin expresses extreme pain during this process, while also stating that her "insides are coming out". The plush is then strapped to a skydiver's gear, with the skydiver patting her head and walking around the hangar. Cary, along with Emily Pitcher and other participants, get ready for their jump by strapping on their gear and taking pictures with Cary holding a plush of X, Emily holding a plush of Two (as the One plush wasn't made at the time), and the two other skydivers holding a plush of Pin and Four respectively.

The skydiver (with Pin attached) boards the plane along with the other participants. The plane takes off and ascends to 13,000 feet, shown from multiple angles from inside and outside the plane during the ascension. When they get to 13,000 feet, the skydiver with the Pin plush attached to them opens the door. The skydiver then hangs on the outside of the plane, then jumps out of it with Pin audibly screaming. Shots of Pin and the skydiver in freefall are shown, with the skydiver performing some aerial maneuvers, including dives, backflips and front flips. The parachute deploys, and they glide down to the ground, with Bubble in awe at Pin's accomplishment. The Pin plush detaches from the skydiver, popping Bubble.

After landing, Pin (the plush) is shown a "SKYDIVE" certificate, which states that she experienced the "adrenaline rush of a lifetime" from 13,000 feet at 120 mph. The video ends with an animated sequence where Pin lands on Earth (specifically Dream Island, near her Pin Factory), then cutting to another real life plush scene, being ecstatic about winning the lottery (thinking that Dream Island was the prize). She then dissolves her alliance with Leafy due to her prize.

Trivia

• Pin's ID card (Y2763) lists her name as "Pin Pin", DOB as 01/01/2010, EXP as 02/07/63, Eyes: Black, Sex: F, Height: 3' 11", Hair: Point, and address as 27 Goiky St, Yoyleland, EA.
• Although she did state her age was ageless (infinity) and that she weighs one ounce, they were not written on the waiver when Pin showed it to the viewer.
• Pin sounds a bit like X during the process of the staff member using a knife to cut into the Pin plush's back.
• Pin landed on Montana, which actually has an island named Dream Island. You can find it here.
• Bubble's "Oh my bubble blower" line at 3:40 is reused from "PointyPointyPointy ♫".
• This video uses footage from a series of Humany/Peter Ruette videos from December 2023/January 2024. The series includes some unseen/edited parts such as:
  • Early sightings of Pin's certificate, ID (or Driver's License as stated in this video's title), and full name.
  • Alternate angles of the room where the skydiving video was watched, including other plushes that weren't on screen, such as Pin and Marker, sitting on their own chairs, and Cary sitting in the back.
  • An unedited cut of the moment the Pin plush gets slits in its back.
  • A semi-cut/edited version of If Pin was on the Boeing Airplane that lost its door plug....
