Example Characters has never been given an official name stated either in the Battle for Dream Island series, or by Jacknjellify; the current one is unofficial.

Example Contestants are Faces, or Objects, that show off how challenges are supposed to be played out, and sometimes used to show some other non-challenge related things.

Appearance[]

Battle for Dream Island[]

In BFDI, they were green or white armless balls with no features that have a strong resemblance to Golf Ball. They were first seen in "Cycle of Life" to show off the challenge.

Battle for Dream Island Again[]

In BFDIA, they gained normal black limbs and eyes, but lack a mouth. They made their first appearance in "Catch These Hands" to demonstrate the challenge. They also have a triangle variant, likely to convey the idea that there are 2 characters.

Battle For BFDI[]

In "Four Goes Too Far", instead of being objects, they are Faces, but are noticeably more expressive and have more movements. They are typically yellow, but as seen in "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", they can be purple, lime or cyan.

In "Let's Raid The Warehouse", where they are considerably cruder in style. However, in "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", they are changed to look like an object, and were dark grey circles with white eyes and black limbs.

Battle for Dream Island: The Power Of Two[]

In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Example contestants are once again, Faces, but this time they are translucent, and mirror the color of the yellow background. They also look flatter compared to other faces.

In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", they are objects again. They look like a light-blue version of Ruby, however, the top of their head is not as flat as Ruby.

In "Fishes and Dishes", they are like the ones in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", except they are now green.

Coverage[]

They were seen again in "What Do You Think of Roleplay?" with differently colored variants.

They returned with their circle design in "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", but this time with eyes and arms.
