Mutilation is one of Four's many special abilities in Battle for BFDI. It turns its victim into a scribbled mess in which only their color palette is intact. This deforms, dismembers, and kills them. A twinkling sound effect (which can be found here) is heard while someone is being mutilated.

In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", Pin was the first victim of Four's mutilation.
It was used on Foldy in "Four Goes Too Far", when she told Four to stop screeching.
The Mutilation was accidentally used when Donut tried to recover Naily in "Enter the Exit", only to mutilate her in the process.
In "A Taste of Space", it was used on Blocky after he tells a joke Four didn't like.
In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", it was used on multiple contestants who tried to steal Four and X's food.

- It is the first of Four's special abilities to appear.
- Donut is the only character other than Four to (accidentally) mutilate someone.
- Blocky is the first male to be mutilated, as well as to be mutilated in a different style.
- He is the only BFB contestant to be mutilated after the split.
- When Four mutilates Pillow in The Great Goikian Bake-Off, her outline and limbs remain untouched.
