Bomby is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island Again, IDFB, Battle for BFDI, and The Power of Two.
He was the first recommended character ever shown in BFDI, first seen in "Insectophobe's Nightmare", as well as one of the 30 recommended characters that could've joined BFDI in "The Reveal" and "Reveal Novum", but lost to David, becoming the runner-up of the debut. His most prominent recommenders were jaysillyboy, luigifan00001 and Englishcreamcakes.
In BFDIA, Bomby was a member of Team No-Name but later switched to W.O.A.H. Bunch in "Zeeky Boogy Doog" after being threatened to be ignited. After seeing Ice Cube's beautiful face, he switched to The Beautiful Face Devotion Institute, before reforming back into W.O.A.H. Bunch, and survived season 2 long enough to appear in IDFB, starting outside the TLC.
Bomby returned in BFB and competed on Team Ice Cube!. He later quit BFB in The Escape from Four to join Two's show.
He is currently competing in TPOT on Just Not.
Appearance[]
Bomby appears to be a simplified fuse bomb with a round black-grayish body and a beige string. The beige string is usually unaffected by gravity. In IDFB and later seasons, his shading was a slightly different shade of grey.
He was partially wrapped in white bandages to cover the damage he had in "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", all the way until "Don't Dig Straight Down".
He gained a bright purple hue from his prize at Cake at Stake in "Intruder Alert". He was promptly killed by Yellow Face in the same episode and turned into grape flavoring (suggesting the paint is made out of grapes), but he retains the purple hue upon being recovered.
Like Pie, he has a puffy cheek whenever he is eating his banana and cake, but later seasons show him eating food less frequently, or not at all.

Personality[]
Bomby's personality fluctuates between seasons.
In late BFDI, early BFDIA and BFB, Bomby is quite jumpy and gets scared very easily, as often seen when his fuse is lit, because it causes him to blow up. This is a regular occurrance as other contestants, some belonging to his own team, use him as a weapon before he can interact with them. His voice is pitched up considerably, and sped up (though his voice lines can be understood if slowed down). He is also quite gluttonous, and he is often seen snacking on a banana or cake slice, one time weighing the former more valuable than his life to Black Hole. He eventually gets used to his purpose as a weapon, and at one point willingly ignites himself to save his team in Don't Dig Straight Down.
In post-hiatus BFDIA and TPOT, Bomby undergoes a mild shift in personality, becoming more brave, joyful and independent (as he mentions to Fries in BFDIA 10). He now tries retaliating if other contestants attempt to kill him (though still to mostly no avail), and he makes an effort to keep his own survival in check. On occasion, he's even learned to strategically leverage his own destruction in emergencies, such as when he destroyed Pillow to stop her killing spree in Outbreak At Stake. Due to this, he has many more opportunities to engage with other contestants, and generally leads a happier lifestyle. His voice is also slower and a lot easier to understand, suggesting he's learned to control his frantic demeanor.
Official Character Guide biography[]
Bomby looks like an old-fashioned cartoon bomb. He's a lot like Woody, but his primary fear is exploding. Bomby always seems to be holding a slice of cake and a banana. Don't mess with his banana, because he will get angry. Bomby doesn't speak much, and when he does, he's hard to understand because he talks quickly and his voice is very high-pitched. You could say he has a short fuse.
Did You Know?: Bomby's greatest fear is bowls.
Abilities[]
- Explosion: As he is a bomb, Bomby's fuse can be ignited by any sources of extreme heat and fire for him to explode or would do so instantly the moment he touches them or gets struck in high speeds and in great heights. The force of his explosions are very powerful and akin to nuclear weapons, being powerful enough to blow people away, destroy entire structures effortlessly, and kill anything without a trace. Even partial explosions from him are powerful enough to destroy the likes of an entire swing set. However, also due to his physiology, Bomby instantly dies when he explodes, making it very detrimental or suicidal for himself and others when he is used in high-risk situations in which there isn't a recovery center or other means of revival nearby.

Battle for Dream Island[]
Bomby lit by Firey in Battle for Dream Island
Bomby makes his debut as a cameo in "Insectophobe's Nightmare". He was recommended by jaysillyboy in that episode. He was seen eating a banana and a piece of cake, and Pin was on top of him.
"Lofty" was the first episode that Bomby had a major appearance in; he was sitting on the ground when Firey fell down after his balloon got popped and accidentally ignited Bomby's string. Bomby then freaks out and explodes later on.
In "Vomitaco", Bomby is in the crowd of recommended characters at Cake at Stake.
In "Bowling, Now with Explosions!", Bomby appears in a crowd of recommended characters who are watching the Cake at Stake. They are all sealed in a metal box by the Announcer, which randomly sets on fire in the stinger ending.
In "The Reveal", Bomby was one of the 30 recommended characters who had a chance to enter the game. He was recommended by englishcreamcakes, jaysillyboy, jmarston123, DylanMultiProduction, Luigifan00001, simondomino and Voxezi. Other names for him included TNT, Teh Boom, Nuclear Bomb, and Bob-omb.
In "Reveal Novum", Bomby placed 2nd in voting with 73 votes, only losing to David, who received 29 more votes (102). However, he does not get sent to the Locker of Losers because he blew up almost instantly after being flung away.
In "Gardening Hero", Bomby, as Bomb, is in the group of gasping recommended characters.
In "Don't Pierce My Flesh", Firey lit up Bomby's string (again), causing him to explode. As a result, Spongy fell and crushed the Announcer, thus causing Firey and Flower to make replacement speaker boxes.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", Bomby sits by himself on the bleachers among the many recommended characters who are watching the final Cake at Stake.
Battle for Dream Island Again[]

In "Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know", Bomby was one of the characters that could join the game. He got 582 votes, placing 6th place. Bomby initially was on the "newbies" team but switched to the stronger team after Firey read that they can switch teams. His team won the challenge, so he was safe from elimination.
In "Get Digging", numerous clones of Bomby (alongside other characters on the opposing teams) laugh at W.O.A.H. Bunch as they walk to the Cake at Stake area. Bomby wasn't seen much in the challenge, as Bomby was told by Fries to dig underground like the others from their team, due to the prospect of "ingredients" down there.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 3", Bomby received only 237 likes, placing 4th for the prize. He got 60 dislikes, the 3rd fewest, receiving a slice of cake. In the challenge, he followed his team into their glass box to help kill the bugs. Later on, Nickel suggested that they should ignite Bomby to kill all of their bugs. Firey follows suit by using his body to burn his string, and he explodes, as a sacrifice for winning the challenge for Team No-Name.
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", Bomby was revived from Teardrop's new Hand-powered Recovery Center. Coiny realized that they needed to recruit more team members, so he asked Bomby to join W.O.A.H. Bunch. Bomby angrily refused, but Coiny threatened to ignite Bomby with Firey. Fearful, Bomby agrees and ran over to Coiny's team. In the challenge, Coiny noted that No-Name's Dream Island was much better than theirs. To destroy it, he threw Bomby into Golf Ball's Underground Factory. He lands in the incinerator and explodes, destroying Dream Island, and all members of No-Name, along with Yellow Face.
In "Get in the Van", Bomby is revived by Leafy and Bubble. Bomby's team was safe from elimination, and his team began walking to Yoyle Mountain.
In "No More Snow!", Bomby and Coiny tried to lift Pin out of some glue, but ran away when a tree falls. Later, Bomby ran away and panicked because a random bowl of petunias fell. Coiny then told Bomby to stop panicking and Bomby comes back to walk with the rest of W.O.A.H. Bunch. Bomby falls into the Evil Canyon with his teammates, but is saved when Spongy is impaled on the spikes. Bomby says "Needy" and gets slapped out of the canyon by Needle. Bomby was one of the few contestants who didn't die in the episode and operated the HPHPRCC at the end.
In "It's a Monster", Bomby goes through the entire 78 days cranking the HPHPRCC until an HPRC drops out. Bomby later helps with recovering Puffball so that they could threaten her into taking them to Yoyleland, but she ends up getting his team frozen by Gelatin.
In "The Long-lost Yoyle City", Bomby tries to lift Yellow Face out of the glue he's stuck in but it's no use. When Pin asks Bomby to throw a stick across the Goiky Canal, he screams "NO!" His team eventually reaches the summit of Yoyle Mountain and places 2nd.
In "Well Rested", Bomby continues falling with everyone from the summit of Yoyle Mountain. Bomby and Nickel play a prank on Book and Coiny. Once everyone falls back down to Yoyleland, and Team No-Name's elimination is over with, Bomby and Coiny take Rocky, after he agrees to join W.O.A.H. Bunch. During the challenge, the team decides to find shelter and sleep in an abandoned Aerospace Manufacturing Plant. However, as they are all about to fall asleep, a cloud forms inside the building, due to it being large enough to sustain weather systems. Luckily the team uses a dehumidifier to shrink the cloud. Unfortunately, the FreeSmart Supervan crashes into it, and eventually starts turning it, because of the weight.
Bomby calls for the rest to help him get it back in place, but their efforts fail. Both teams now are on opposite ends of the balanced dehumidifier, and start fighting. Bomby fights Ruby using one of Yellow Face's products, although being a "stick". The teams eventually stop fighting, and W.O.A.H. Bunch tries to disrupt FreeSmart's sleep with spooky stories about Evil Leafy. This, however, actually attracts Evil Leafy to their location, and puts both teams at a stalemate on the dehumidifier (which is now dunking each team as Evil Leafy teleports to them). Ice Cube eventually gets her team the win, and W.O.A.H. Bunch is put up for elimination.
In "Intruder Alert", he wins the prize with the most amount of likes ever. His prize was getting a different color, which excites him. His new color becomes purple, and Nickel tells Bomby how he looks like a cute little yoyleberry. Bomby doesn't like this nickname. Later in the episode, Yellow Face captures Bomby because he is purple, then turns his gunpowder into grape flavored powder. His team has to suck out all the water in the Aerospace Manufacturing Plant. They say the water tastes gross, and Yellow Face pours the "grape" flavored powder in the water. Their team wins the contest.
In the stinger, Coiny congratulates W.O.A.H Bunch for winning the contest, and Needle says they should congratulate by eating fiery hot chili peppers. This makes Coiny feel queasy, and he asks where Bomby has been this whole time. Then he asks if the grape flavored powder was Bomby's gunpowder. Nickel says that fiery hot chilli peppers and gunpowder is not a good combo, and they all explode. Their elimination chamber exploded in the process, too.
In "Meaty", Bomby is still purple. In the challenge, he expects an apology from Yellow Face. However, Yellow Face pushes him off, which causes him to explode and paint the tower. They do this repeatedly and they stay in the lead. However, Puffball Speaker Box can't see purple because of her glasses, so she assumes that W.O.A.H. Bunch loses. Him and his team are up for elimination.
In "Catch These Hands", Bomby is first seen at the Clubhouse of Awesomeness during cake at stake. He states that he is too young to die when he learns that they are sinking in vomit, which Spongy agrees. Bomby then wins the prize, with 27,405 likes. His prize is swapping the vocal cords of 2 team members, and he chooses Needle and Coiny. Puffball Speaker Box asks Bomby how he keeps winning the prize, which Bomby simply replies with a "Wow!". Later on, Bomby volunteers to be the first person to do charades. When him and Needle are the last two standing on W.O.A.H. Bunch they go on a correct guessing streak. Later on, Needle gets distracted and can't figure out what Bomby is doing, but Team No-Name all die before Bomby is crushed.
In "Taste the Sweetness", him, Needle, Ice Cube, Ruby are the only survivors, and they dance together. When Puffball Speaker Box says it time for Cake at Stake, they tell her that they are the only survivors. Puffball Speaker Box tells them that they can use Lewis' second car. When Needle says "But Lewis owns that car!", Bomby replies with "Not for long!", and stabs Puffball Speaker Box with Needle. Then, he uses Puffball Speaker Box's vomit to push Lewis out of the car, and to propel the car when they get in. Later on, he switches to FreeSmart alongside with everyone except Fries.
They rename the team to The Beautiful Face Devotion Institute. Later on, Fries kidnaps him and tells him to get digging. Bomby says that won't work, and that he is a more independent thinker now. But Bomby somehow obeys Fries offscreen. When Needle comes to get Bomby back, Bomby doesn't listen, and he keeps digging the air. Fries then gets Needle to get digging as well. Later on, because he is technically still a The Beautiful Face Devotion Institute member, he is up for elimination.
In "Lots of Mud", Bomby tells the other members of The Beautiful Face Devotion Institute that he's scared of the elimination, which Pin agrees to, having sweat ooze. He, along with the team, calm down when Ice Cube makes her beautiful face, but quickly grow worried again when Icy stops. This goes on for a loop before Golf Ball tells Puffball Speaker Box to get on with the elimination. Bomby gets safe with 6651 dislikes, but doesn't earn the prize, ending his prize streak to Ice Cube.
Later, when Ice Cube's beautiful face is revealed to just be her ugly face but upside down, the teams split up, leaving Bomby with Coiny, Nickel, Needle and Pin as the Bad Face Destruction Institute, before they rename their team at Coiny's request. Bomby suggests they bully Ice Cube by meeting her at ice's simplest component, water, which forms the "W" in Water's Open Aperture Hater Bunch (W.O.A.H. Bunch). The new logo is also purple, and the "O" resembles Bomby. Later, Coiny gets a jumpstart on the challenge by ripping one of Flower's petals off. Bomby sets off a firecracker with the ripped petal on it, creating an explosion reading "Flower Is So Ugly!" to celebrate the team's lead.
After Flower locks up her remaining petals, W.O.A.H. Bunch searches for keys in the lake. Needle comments on her lung capacity being not great, which Bomby responds "Your drive to win's not great!", and shoves her into the lake. Needle calls him rude, and he makes it up to the team by crafting snorkels out of spare bananas he had. Fries attempts to sabotage Needle's snorkel while she's using it, and Bomby retaliates by punching Fries out of the vicinity and fixing Needle's snorkel.
When Coiny can't find where to put Pin's snorkel (since her face was removed), Bomby takes a guess by splatting her with a banana. Later, Black & White Cookie and Vegemite on Toast mistake Bomby's snorkels for mini-portals that give 3.13 years of luck if you pour fish food inside them, resulting in his team regularly coughing up fish flakes. Bomby also didn't have enough bananas to make snorkels for the whole team, so one snorkel had to be juggled around. Bomby and Nickel repeatedly traded snorkels before they tried to simplify the process by putting one end of the snorkel into each of their mouths, but this backfired and made them both drown.
IDFB[]
In "Welcome Back", Bomby walks up to Fries' garden, and Fries remarks that he hasn't heard Bomby say anything for a long time. Fries asks how many lines he has in the episode and Bomby says "Two". Fries then asks Bomby if he could help him loosen the soil. Bomby suddenly explodes offscreen later, which presumably helped Fries with the soil.
Battle for BFDI[]

In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", Bomby is first seen reacting with fear to Naily nearly being punished by Pencil. He then notices Loser and holds a sign up saying "Loser" in all capitals when everyone is reacting to his appearance. Later he is seen with everyone else when Four announces the prize. He reacts the same way as everyone else does. When teams are forming, he, along with Firey Jr., joins Spongy's team, which later gets named "Team Ice Cube!" by Bracelety. Firey Jr. later tells Bomby to grab Bracelety while she's still incapacitated, to which Bomby complies. When they're doing the challenge, Gelatin says that they can ignite Bomby to get up to the basket. Bomby runs away scared. They end up winning the challenge anyway.
Bomby, partially exploded in BFB 3
In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", Bomby cheers along with everyone else after Donut's speech. However, their team's plan doesn't work, as they only did 47/50 swings, their swing set is destroyed, and Bomby is partially exploded for unknown reasons. His team is up for elimination.
In "Today's Very Special Episode", he, along with everyone else on his team except Donut, is seen climbing Bell's string during Cake at Stake. Bomby is first safe with only with 684 votes. He is seen with bandages where he exploded in the previous episode (which have stayed on him until Don't Dig Straight Down). Once Lightning electrocutes Bell, he is seen shocked and falls along with the rest of the climbers.
In "Fortunate Ben", Gelatin suggests that Bomby should be used to blow up the other team's paper airplanes, to which Bomby appears apprehensive towards and Donut angrily declines it, stating that Bomby is their friend.
In "Four Goes Too Far", Bomby is only present in the heart scene.
In "The Liar Ball You Don't Want", Bomby is one of the people to greet Loser. After Loser says a lie, Bomby is seen surrounding him. He also triggers the intro, by flying up from a popper and doing Four's intro pose. He is later seen when Taco is crushed by the Liar Ball.
In "Questions Answered", Bomby can be seen moving from the moon to earth and when Barf Bag answers correctly for their team.
In "This Episode Is About Basketball", Gelatin says that they should use Bomby. Everyone else on the team is expecting this to end with him blowing up, but he says that Bomby should be used to throw balls into the basket, which he does.
In "Enter the Exit", Bomby first appears arguing with Dora due to the contestants wanting to revive Four after learning that X cannot recover contestants. He later appears when Naily is revived by Four, whereupon he hugs her, repeating his first line in BFB: "Oh my gosh, Naily!"
Bomby being pushed off
In "Get to the Top in 500 Steps", Bomby was chosen off-screen as the participant in the challenge by his team to climb the stairs and press the button. Bomby was directly in front of Tennis Ball for most of the challenge. When he was pushed off by Flower, Black Hole used his gravity to sling Bomby back up, preventing Bomby's death but sucking up his banana in the process. Bomby was once again saved in the same fashion when Dora knocked him off in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment. Bomby placed 5th for Team Ice Cube!, securing their victory.
In "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", Bomby gets angry at Black Hole because he sucked his banana up last episode, and demands for another banana. Black Hole protests, saying that he doesn't owe him anything because he saved his life, but Bomby says that "life is cheap" and demands for the banana one last time until Black Hole agrees to find him one. During the last moments of the challenge, the other members of Team Ice Cube suspect that Bomby is the impostor, although Donut doesn't seem to want to believe it. However, before they can decide, iance finds their impostor off-screen so Bomby and his team are up for elimination.
In "Return of the Rocket Ship", Bomby receives 2791 votes in Team Ice Cube's second Cake at Stake. Bomby appears to have a new banana that Black Hole gave him prior to the events of the episode's elimination, only for it to, again, be warped by Black Hole after he gets "souped" by Four, making him shriek in indignation. Bomby, along with the rest of Team Ice Cube, follows Gelatin into the hole dug by Lightning after Fanny says the emeralds are down that hole.
After plunging and descending downwards into the hole, Bomby and Team Ice Cube start to near iance at the bottom of the pit and land on Bubble, who briefly holds them up before being popped by Flower. Bomby and Team Ice Cube recover after being knocked out from the fall and dig in the opposite direction of iance. Bomby and Team Ice Cube then bump and encounter an unknown location as the episode ends as a cliffhanger.
Bomby sacrifices himself to save his friends
In "Don't Dig Straight Down" Bomby and his teammates find a Buried Forest, Deciduously Insulated. He rolls down the entrance and starts playing with his teammates. After Barf Bag gets punctured, Bomby fills her up with the water, making her conscious again. When Team Ice Cube is surrounded by lava, Bomby sacrifices himself by igniting his string and propelling his team members (excluding Naily, who was quickly pushed off by Gelatin at the last second) to the surface. He remains dead for the rest of the episode.
In "The Escape From Four", Bomby gets recovered. During his recovery, his team gets called for Cake at Stake. Bomby is the second safe with 2,592 votes, and is seen catching his speck of dust. Later in the episode, he is seen attempting to free the eliminated contestants by pulling Spongy out of Four. When Two appears and proposes their new show, Bomby is hesitant at first to join. When Two turns the sun into a spiky ball and repeatedly stabs Four with it, Bomby decides to switch over and become a participant on TPOT.

In "X Marks the Spot", Bomby is in the crowd of characters who gasp when X is lassoed away by the Four Colored Team.

In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Bomby and Naily decide they're staying together. He mostly stands quietly as Naily gets their team more members. Book later joins his team, claiming that she and Bomby go way back and asks if he remembers the days they spent cranking the HPHPRCC. Bomby replies "Kinda?". During the challenge, his team takes the elevator to get to the stop. He urges his team to hurry as the elevator door is closing. Along the way, the elevator stops moving due to Snowball forcing the elevator door open. Snowball and Basketball end up fixing the elevator and it gets bounced up to the roof floor, with Bomby's team walking out. They're the 4th team safe.
In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", Bomby and Book start stacking the blocks, but Book accidentally bumps her block into Bomby's, which really angers Bomby and makes Book stop. After a while, Eraser comes and kicks Bomby's stack, which frustrates Bomby so much that he turns and throws his banana. Eraser tells Bomby that they missed, which results in Bomby turning around and kicking Eraser. He is the only one stacking blocks for the most of the time, and his team stacks six blocks in total.
In "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters", when Cake suggests they make a pile of stuff, Bomby says he loves the idea. At the hotel, Bomby raids Robot Flower's shop and finds "random things behind the desk" including batteries, a jawbreaker, and garbage. Nickel tells him not to call it that, but Naily points out that some of it is literal garbage. Bomby grabs Robot Flower's string with the rest of his team to be pulled back to the challenge area. Just Not gets a 3/10 and is safe from elimination.
In "Gardening Zero", Naily asks Bomby if he is cool with dying for this challenge. Bomby replies with a "sure". Naily then takes his string and holds it up to the sun until it's lit, much to his sudden realization of what's about to happen. She then throws him into a cactus and he blows up, allowing her to get the water from inside for their Funny Plant. His team ends up destroying the funny plant due to Cake finding cursed water on a Yellow Face skeleton and is up for elimination, along with Death P.A.C.T. Again.
In "Fishes and Dishes", Bomby is first shown getting blown up by Pillow, destroying a Funny Plant. During Cake at Stake, he is the third safe with 2,989 votes. During the challenge, after getting blown up by Pillow again, the team manipulates the definition of gravity and starts flying into the sky by repeatedly tossing items. Along the way, the team gets attacked by Fries and Puffball, who bites onto Nickel. In order to help Nickel, Pillow ignites Bomby again and throws him at Puffball. Bomby's team is safe when Pillow drops into the water and retrieves a plate.
In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", in Tree's treehouse, Bomby's team were continuing their 38-week long campaign of "Goikys and Dragons", where they were defeating a dragon, but he (as the healer of this game) was blown up thanks to Pillow after Price Tag rolled a four. He was shook out by Tree and regrown back to normal size by Two. After Four bans the TPOT contestants (and Two) out the restaurant, Two decided to make everyone make them dinner. Book suggested that maybe they can slay a dragon for dinner, and so the quest began. After the awfully disturbing song, Just Not found the dragon. Pillow throws Cake into the dragon's mouth, not knowing a chocolate ball was also feed to the dragon, causing breathing difficulties. Bomby then says that being the healer, the dragon is mad because it's choking in pain, and prevents the dragon from choking to death. But since Cake is deceased, Just Not made his dead body dinner, giving them a 3/10 (safe). In the end, Bomby and everyone else in X's side were zapped away.
In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Bomby asks Price Tag if they should trade a "useless block" for a roller-coaster track. Him and his team goes around to other teams to trade with them. When they finally get a roller-coaster track from Are You Okay, it turns out to be a bomb, and Bomby dies from the explosion. His team, along with The S! loses and are up for elimination.
In "Balancing P.A.C.T.", Bomby was in the bottom 2, but survived with 4,941 votes. Later in the challenge, him and his team except for Pillow hang below the Balance beam. Needle then hits Nickel after he mocks her, which angers Bomby and he says "Don't hit my buddy!". Him and Needle fight, but Bomby loses and falls off. His team is safe from elimination.
In "Outbreak At Stake", his team hides in Gelatin's Steakhouse. However, because of how far the steakhouse is from Two, the signal gets interrupted and his team can't hear the contest. Pillow interprets the contest to kill everyone on the team, which causes Bomby to hide. Later in the episode, Price Tag finds Bomby and tells him that they killed Pillow. Bomby says "Pillow is a tough foe", but it cuts off to Pillow killing Price Tag. Pillow asks Bomby if he wants to "settle it the easy way, or the other easy way". Bomby says that he is going to settle it the "even easier way". He then lights his fuse, exploding, killing both himself and Pillow. His team, along with Tear Drop, loses. However, because Tear Drop was a single member team whose member got eliminated by default, his team is the only team up for voting.
In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", Bomby is safe with 18858 votes, and he later helps Price Tag and Pillow save Book from her nightmare as part of the challenge. At the end of the nightmare, he starts to get blended by Pillow, who defies dream logic by spawning an object (a blender) outside her dream.

- Bomby has the highest kill count out of all of the BFDIA newbies at 20+.
- Bomby's favorite screen is a circle, possibly due to him being a bomb, since string bombs have a circular shape.
- His most common phrase was "Oh no Firey, you lit my fuse!" along with just: "OH NO!" during BFDI and early BFDIA.

- Bomby's explosions have an inconsistent effect on the contestants standing around them. Sometimes his explosions kill everyone standing next to it ("Lofty" and "Zeeky Boogy Doog") or simply propel them away ("Insectophobe's Nightmare 3" and "Don't Dig Straight Down").
- However, his explosion in "Don't Dig Straight Down" could most likely be the case of his power being weakened due to him being partially exploded in "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", hence how his team was able to survive.
- In "Meaty", his explosion no longer seems to be destructive as he now explodes on purple paint thanks to the prize he obtained in "Intruder Alert".
- During Bomby's only lines in "Gardening Zero", his voice is noticeably low. This is most likely an audio issue, with someone forgetting to pitch up Satomi's voice, as his was voice was back to normal in the next episode.
