Clapboard is a character who was up for debut in TPOT. They were recommended by MS K. and first appeared in "The Four is Lava".
Personality[]
Clapboard is witty and alert. They also like to use their 'hand' to get people's attention. Similarly to Camera, they use film making allegories.
Appearance[]
Clapboard is a clapperboard made of plastic, their body is black with their "hands" colored green, yellow, blue, red, white and a gray gradient finishing it. They only have legs for limbs and their face is drawn with white.

Battle for BFDI[]
In "The Four is Lava", Clapboard appears both in the credits and when Clock walks away from his team.
In "The Escape from Four", Clapboard was selected as one of the 26 recommended characters that could join Two's new season, The Power of Two. Clapboard's audition is them interrupting Camera's audition by clapping their top happily.
Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Clapboard is with their fellow eligible debuters on the ground when Two flies up to the top of the Bathrooms. Due to being high up, the contestants cannot hear Two's calls to do Cake at Stake. After Nickel fails to hear their calls, Two uses their telekinesis to bring the contestants and the eligible debuters up.
As Two announces that Clapboard, Conch Shell, and Boom Mic aren't joining, Clapboard says that it looks like it's curtain for them, just as Two was about to say the same thing. Two becomes upset that they didn't get to say it first, so Clapboard uses their clapper to snap Two out of it. Two then sends the three of them falling through the floor.
in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" Clapboard climbed up Bell's string to get out of the hotel but was glued to the bathroom roof by Robot Flower.
In "Balancing P.A.C.T.", when Two is about to start the Cake at Stake and they say that they have a large crowd watching today (referring to the glued debuters on the roof), Clapboard demands Two to free them, but they just grab some of the glue from the roof.
In "Outbreak At Stake", Clapboard is bitten and infected by the zombies. Clapboard attacks Team8s in the hotel, but is briefly incapacitated when Needle slams their face against a zombified Shopping Cart. They both eventually get back up and follow Team8s into the basement, along with Coiny and Puffball. Eventually, they all fall into the sewer water below. Clapboard and the other zombies continue their chase underwater until they collide into some rocks, putting most of them out of commission for the rest of the episode.

- Clapboard is one of the few characters who appeared in another character's audition, along with Battery, Camera, Lightning, Onigiri, and Woody (off-screen).
- Clapboard is one of the eight TPOT debuters with white facial features. The others are Anchor, Avocado, Camera, Price Tag, Shampoo, Shopping Cart, and Snare Drum.
- They appear to have the ability to use their clapper as a hand, using it to wave at the viewers at the end of their audition.
