Personality[]
Onigiri is happy, calm and childlike, seen by them just randomly holding Camera's lens cap in their mouth, just like how Ice Cube did in "Welcome Back". They feel no pain from hard objects, as they get hit in the face with a cannon ball and feel no pain.
Appearance[]
Onigiri is a triangular Japanese rice ball, made of white rice wrapped in a rectangular nori at the bottom. Their body is detailed in texture to signify the rice.

Battle for BFDI[]
In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", Onigiri appears as Donut flies over the recommended characters.
In "The Escape from Four", Onigiri was selected as one of the 26 recommended characters that could join Two's new season, The Power of Two. Onigiri's audition is them getting hit in the face with a cannonball, similar to Eggy's audition in BFDI 17. They later are seen with it removed in Snare Drum's audition, when the cannonball falls off their face and onto Snare Drum.
Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Onigiri is with their fellow eligible debuters on the ground when Two flies up to the top of the Bathrooms. Due to being high up, the contestants cannot hear Two's calls to do Cake at Stake. After Nickel fails to hear their calls, Two uses their telekinesis to bring the contestants and the eligible debuters up.
They are announced to have failed at joining along with Blender and Camera, and is for some reason holding a lens cap in their mouth. Blender pulls it out to place on Camera before they're all sent falling through the floor.
in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Onigiri is seen climbing Bell's string to get out of the hotel but was presumably glued to the bathroom roof by Robot Flower for the challenge.
in "Outbreak At Stake", Onigiri is seen infected, chasing after The Strongest Team on Earth. They help tear apart Snowball with Rubber Spatula and continue chasing the team. Eventually, Onigiri and Rubber Spatula go after Death P.A.C.T. Again on sight. Black Hole attempts to stop them and Rubber Spatula using Cloudy's collection, but they swim right underneath. Black Hole then throws the stack of items down as a large pile, so they start to climb over it to get up to Tree. However, they are flung away by Snowball, and aren't seen again for the rest of the episode.

- They are the only character to be named by Japanese pronunciation instead of the usual English.
- Their audition is most likely a reference to Eggy's audition in BFDI 17.
- Onigiri is one of the three food TPOT debuters, along with Leek and Avocado.
- They're also the only one who isn't produce.
- Onigiri, 9-Ball, and Avocado were each one of the many recommended characters that were recommended on Reddit for IDFB 2, but were instead put in BFB 2. And due to being recommended on Reddit and not on Patreon, Onigiri, 9-Ball, and Avocado are the only TPOT debuters that were recommended for free, since a price for recommending characters (on Patreon) was only added in BFB.
- Onigiri and Avocado originated from Recommended Character Totally Impromptu by Satomi Hinatsu, as evidenced by the "2-3" .fla file.
- They are one of the few characters who appeared in another character's audition, along with Battery, Camera, Clapboard, Lightning, and Woody (off-screen).
