In "Uprooting Everything", Income Tax Return Document is sitting in a room when Pin's sharp end suddenly breaks through the wall. They try to get take a closer look and duck before they are stabbed by Needle, who reveals the release date for TPOT 1.

Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two

In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Income Tax Return Document is first shown with the contestants and the eligible debuters on the ground when Two flies up to the top of the Hotel. Due to being high up, the contestants cannot hear Two's calls to do Cake at Stake. After Nickel fails to hear their calls, Two uses their telekinesis to bring the contestants and the eligible debuters up.

Income Tax Return Document is later told that they didn't get enough votes to join, along with VHSy, Salt Lamp, and PDA. Before they're sent falling through the floor, they swear that Two will pay. They can later be seen in one of the rooms with Rubber Spatula as Two and the contestants use the elevator.

in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Income Tax Return Document climbed up Bell's string to get out of the hotel but was presumably glued to the bathroom roof by Robot Flower.

In "Outbreak At Stake", Income Tax Return Document is bitten and turned into a zombie, along with the other debuters. They are first shown attempting to attack Team8s, with Needle slapping them to fend them off. Despite never being shown falling into the sewers with the other zombies and contestants, Income Tax Return Document inexplicably appears in the water and attacks Donut. Needle attempts to pull him free but they both end up ripping him in half.
