Purple Face hosting cake at stake with the Have Nots.
This article lists the relationships and interactions between Purple Face and the other characters.
Purple Face started as a rude and impatient character. He also appeared to be insecure and has a hair-trigger temper. In late BFB however, he's shown to be more carefree and kind, wanting nothing more than to hang out with everyone.
Announcer[]
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", Purple Face attempts to get rid of the Announcer with a freestyle rap, but he's flung away before he can get started. He's later shown in a cage for the contest, but doesn't seem to harbor any negative feelings about it.
In "Chapter Complete", Purple Face steals the BFDI from Flower and Announcer, which makes both chase Purple Face to get it back. Purple Face assumes that everyone would prefer he stayed in his box, to which the Announcer responds "A little bit". After the bus almost falls off a cliff, he, Flower, and the Announcer continue to fight over the BFDI. The Announcer says he waited years to return for it, to which Purple Face asks why it's so important. The Announcer explains that it's the only known copy of the show, which shocks Flower and Purple Face. The Announcer calls it his life's work, making Purple Face argue that everything he's done on the show could be counted on one hand. The Announcer retorts that the hand gag is his. After some kind words from Flower, Purple Face says that they're maybe being selfish for wanting the BFDI. The Announcer replies that he has an interesting definition for the word "maybe". In one of the last shots of the episode, Purple Face can be seen planning a possible sixth season with Four, X, and the Announcer.
Blocky[]
In "The Game Has Changed", Purple Face takes Blocky in for Cake at Stake. When Blocky asked him if he got permission to do Cake at Stake, Purple Face lies and says he did, when he clearly didn't. Blocky realized this and left, and Purple Face had to use a stick to substitute for him.
In "Chapter Complete", when the bus drives off a cliff and is barely dangling, Blocky is surprised that Purple Face didn't stop the bus. Purple Face claims that it drives by itself and that everyone distracted him, and also claims it's everyone's fault and not his.
Bubble[]
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", after boarding the gold bus, Bubble asks "Purple Guy" where're they're headed and Purple Face replies that they'll see.
CRT[]
In "Uprooting Everything", when CRT agrees that they should leave the room, Purple Face angrily asks who she is and shuts the door to stop anymore characters from appearing.
Firey[]
In "The Game Has Changed", Purple Face takes Firey into a bush for Cake at Stake, and then sings a song. Firey critiques the song by saying that Cake at Stake isn't fun. This makes Purple Face mad. Firey also critiques the lack of cake recently in Cake at Stakes, making Purple Face improvise by giving members of Have Cots.
In "Chapter Complete", after Purple Face lies about being on the show all along, Firey demands a real answer for why he's stealing the BFDI. Purple Face then exclaims that it's because no one respects him.
Flower[]
In "Fashion For Your Face!", Purple Face approaches Flower and asks her why she has been kicking people, saying it's awfully rude.

She says that they deserved it, but admits that she was being a bit harsh. She explains how it was always a dream of hers to distribute her own fashion line, and how it hurt for everyone to bash it. Purple Face says that he likes her sweaters, which makes Flower happy, so give one to him. They both dance together as the episode ends.
In "The Game Has Changed", Purple Face calls Flower in for elimination. He sings a Cake at Stake song, which Flower and Firey critique, which makes Purple Face mad. In the elimination, Purple Face accidentally confuses Flower for stick (Blocky) when saying who was eliminated, and Flower is devastated. Flower and Purple Face do realize the mistake, and Purple Face tells Flower she is safe, prompting her to be happy and dance, although he ruins the moment by giving her Leafy. He at first thinks her sarcastic thank you is genuine before realizing it wasn't, and he also gets mad at her for calling him "Purply Head". Later, Purple Face has Flower go behind him and raise her arm to start the intro.
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", when Flower isn't sure how she's supposed to free Four from jail, due to them sinking into the desert, Purple Face tells her not to worry as he's taken Four's spot. Flower says she doesn't care and just wants to know how she can free him, but he laughs and says it's a secret.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", after asking Gelatin if he's proud that he made it to the finale, Purple Face asks Flower if he's proud of him. Flower is confused at the question, upsetting Purple Face since she didn't answer. Purple Face then asks Flower her favorite thing about his mustache, and Flower angrily demands to have the same questions as Gelatin. Flower also points out that he doesn't have a mustache, which he is genuinely distraught to hear.
This makes him transition to the next part of the show, which involves torturing Flower with bugs. Later, Purple Face calls Gelatin saying his own name in different ways good television, and Flower argues that anyone could do that and gets on stage to prove it. However, everyone hates her performance, and she starts to get bombarded with many items and bugs. Leafy asks Purple Face if they can help Flower, but Purple Face chuckles and says no. When the show's budget gets so low that everyone is made from storyboards, Purple Face begs Flower to hurry and give her money to the show, and she reluctantly listens.
" So give me the BFDI right this second!"
In "Chapter Complete", Purple Face steals the BFDI from Flower and Announcer. Then Flower tries to chase Purple Face with the BFDI. On the golden bus, Flower mentions the sweater that she gave Purple Face in order to cheer him up. Then Flower tells Purple Face to give her the BFDI, which he still refuses. When the bus was about to fall off, Flower, Announcer, and Purple Face were fighting over the BFDI. Then, Flower tells Purple Face that he is not giving himself enough credit. She mentions that he hosted a Cake at Stake and went in an oven with them. She tells Purple Face that they all enjoy being with Purple Face on BFB, and then Purple Face thanks her. Purple Face says she's really changed and leaves the bus, not wanting the BFDI anymore.
Four[]
In "The Game Has Changed", Purple Face is shown to be intimidated by Four as he did Cake at Stake in secret, and rushed through it whenever he heard Four's voice. Purple Face gets despawned by Four when he finds out he did Cake at Stake. Later, Purple Face gloats that he and X stole Four's news, prompting Four to despawn him again. When Purple Face claims he'll be a judge for the challenge, Four immediately tells him he won't, upsetting him.
Purple Face's song for Lollipop's party includes the lyrics Four, I love you so much. You are such a cool little number. It's unknown whether he actually feels this way or wrote what he thought Four would like to hear in a party for him.
"Not on your life, Purpley!"
In "Uprooting Everything", Purple Face asks Four to tell let him on the bus due to The Desert’s sweltering heat. Four refuses and says he’s tired of Purple Face constantly interfering when he isn’t supposed to. Purple Face proposes that he could be a co-host but Four turns down the idea. X however likes the idea, and makes Purple Face his "co-co-host". Four protests but Purple Face tricks Four into changing his mind by with reverse psychology. Four then tells Purple Face to get rid of the bugs on the roof, and he happily obliges. Four also tells Purple Face to blow Lollipop in the BRB's direction and he listens. When Four says that he's thinking about getting into stand up, Purple Face says he wouldn't watch him. Purple Face starts to feel claustrophobic inside the World's Largest Oven and asks Four to snap the hosts out. However, Four only teleports himself and X. Purple Face angrily says he'll do something if Four doesn't snap him out as well, but Four angrily asks "OR YOU'LL WHAT?!!", which makes Purple Face nervously take back his comment.
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", Four tells Purple Face to get rid of the Announcer. Being a co-co-host he listens and gives it a try with a rap that fails.
In "Chapter Complete", Four thanks Purple Face for saving the show in his absense. Near the end, Purple Face, Four, and the other hosts are shown planning for Season 6.
Gelatin[]
In "Fashion For Your Face!", Purple Face chases and eats Gelatin, along with the rest of the Have Cots.
In "Uprooting Everything", when Gelatin tries to look under a box to find a key, Purple Face stops him, saying he already looked and found nothing. Later, Gelatin asks if anyone wants to tell a story to pass time. Purple Face goes first, with his story of hoping he'd be freed from the box he used to be trapped in. Gelatin says that wasn't much of a story and Purple Face argues that he was trapped in a box for 8 years, so most of his stories would be related to boxes. When Leafy is arguing with Gelatin, Purple Face says they can fight later and that they need to find a way out, or else he'd start eating them again. Gelatin then looks under the same box and to his shock finds a key. He angrily points this out to Purple Face and Purple Face responds that he lied about looking under the box before because he couldn't be bothered to look.
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", Purple Face tells Gelatin to drop a beat so that he could get rid of the Announcer with a rap. Later, he's freed from a cage(supposeldy the I.D.K.) by Gelatin.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", during the interview portion Purple Face's TV show, Purple Face only asks Gelatin reasonable questions, but not Flower. Later, Purple Face says they need a new act and Gelatin tells him not to worry as he has an idea. He gets on stage to say his name in different ways, which the crowd seems to love.
In "Chapter Complete", Purple Face votes Gelatin to win to just to spite Profily off.
Leafy[]
In "Fashion For Your Face!", Purple Face chases and eats Leafy, along with the rest of the Have Cots.
In "The Tweested Temple", after Purple Face's tour ends, Leafy says that they were only shown 1% of the temple. This angers Purple Face and makes him give Leafy and Woody purple totems, and kicks them out of the temple.

In "Uprooting Everything", when Purple Face shuts the door to a room, Leafy asks if he checked to make sure it wasn't locked first. Purple Face responds that you can't tell if a door is locked until it's been closed. He then tries opening it to find it's locked. When Leafy is arguing with Gelatin, Purple Face says they can fight later and that they need to find a way out, or else he'd start eating them again. After they are freed, Purple Face gets thrown at the oven door by Leafy and burns to death.
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", after asking what Purple Face's plan to save the show is, he makes her his new assistant before answering. As his assistant, she frequently gives him updates on much money they're making with the TV show. As Flower is bombarded with bugs on stage, Leafy asks if they can help her, but Purple Face just laughs and says no. After thanking Flower and Gelatin for saving BFB, Purple Face asks if he could get some thanks for his idea, Leafy looks at him silently in response.
In "Chapter Complete", when Leafy finds the BFDI under a bus seat, Purple Face swipes it back. Leafy says she knows how it feels to want to steal something, and asks him why he's doing so with the BFDI. Later, Leafy tells Purple Face that she think his contribitions have been great, which makes him smile.
Lollipop[]
In "Fashion For Your Face!", Purple Face chases and eats Lollipop, along with the rest of the Have Cots.
In "The Game Has Changed", Lollipop tells Purple Face that she needs his singing voice for her party. He happily accepts. Later, Lollipop checks in to ask how his song is going, and he acts very irritably, saying he was practicing in peace and calls her annoying. Later, Purple Face performs his song to Four for Lollipop's party.
In "The Tweested Temple", when Purple Face says he's the tour guide for the temple, Lollipop questions his qualifications since he's been locked in a box for eight years. Purple Face angrily says that their purple allegiance is over. Lollipop says that she didn't know they had one, but still goes on the tour. After Purple Face shows the first room, Lollipop leaves the tour with Gelatin.
Loser[]
In "SOS (Save Our Show)", Purple Face apologizes when his TV show idea does worse than expected and says it might've been a terrible idea. Loser nonchalantly agrees that it was a bad idea, but reassures Purple Face that they can figure something out.
Profily[]
In "Chapter Complete", Purple Face wonders why Profily got to vote but not him. He votes for Gelatin just to spite Profily.
Spongy[]
In "Chapter Complete", Purple Face was in the bus and says that no one is here. Then he finds out that Spongy is in the bus and saw him hiding the BFDI. Then he made a deal with Spongy that he will not tell anybody where the BFDI is if he lets him sit in peace. After the gang arrives on the bus, Spongy tells them where the BFDI was. Purple Face gets angry at Spongy for telling them, but Spongy clarifies that he broke the deal when he didn't allow him to sit in peace, making Purple Face groan in response.
Taco[]
In "Chapter Complete", Taco angrily asks Purple Face why he's stealing the BFDI.
Teardrop[]
In "Fashion For Your Face!", Purple Face chases and eats Teardrop, along with the rest of the Have Cots.
Woody[]
In "The Game Has Changed", Woody makes his party based entirely around Purple Face.
In "The Tweested Temple", after Purple Face's tour ends, he gives Woody a purple totem and kicks him out of the temple, due to Leafy pointing out that they were only shown 1% of the temple.
In "Chapter Complete", Woody and a group of people were chasing Purple Face when he stole the BFDI.
Yellow Face[]
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", Purple Face interrupts Yellow Face's ad for Non-Slip Shoes So Ha, and they get into an argument. Yellow Face tells Purple Face he doesn't know anything because he is purple, to which Purple face calls him a racist. Purple Face says to not buy the product, and Yellow Face gets mad and eats him.
In "Let's Raid The Warehouse", it is revealed that Yellow Face had locked up Purple Face in a box due to him being dangerous. In "Fashion For Your Face!", the Have Cots knock into this box, cracking it open and freeing Purple Face.
X[]
In "Uprooting Everything", X accepts Purple Face as his co-host. X later asks for a prize for Cake at Stake, so Purple Face gives him some bugs.
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", X manages to successfully recover Purple Face.
In "Chapter Complete", in one of the last shots of the episode, Purple Face can be seen planning a possible 6th season with Four, X, and the Announcer.
Everyone[]
In "The Tweested Temple", Purple Face appears out of nowhere in the temple, scaring everyone. He clarifies that he will be the tour guide for the remaining contestants, calming them down. After losing half of the tour, due to his lack of knowledge on the temple, he speaks incessantly about how upset he is before continuing with only Leafy and Woody.
In "The Hidden Contestant", Purple Face claims that he's following everyone on the bus to hang out with them.
In "Chapter Complete", Purple Face steals the BFDI, making Flower, the Announcer, and several contestants follow him to get it back. He then fights over the BFDI with everyone on the bus. Near the end, Purple Face can be seen enjoying Four's party with everyone else.
