This is a list of the interactions and relationships between Four and the contestants.
As the host of the show, Four was initially often neutral towards the other characters, but could get easily tempered, sadistic, and violent. After he was multiplied by zero and brought back in "Enter the Exit", he was noticeably calmer and a little bit nicer to everyone while only acting occasionally violent. In later episodes, Four was shown to value what the contestants think of them, and is dissatisfied with how uncaring they often were towards them.
8-Ball[]
In "Enter the Exit", Four screeches 8-Ball for saying the number 8 is more important than the number 4.
Announcer[]
In "B.F.B. = Back From Beginning", the Announcer returns to see what's happened to his show. Four says that he took over it in his absence and says they're doing a great job. The Announcer disagrees and takes back his hosting privileges by doing Cake at Stake. Four asks the Announcer what they think they're doing but the Announcer just dismisses them and tries to proceed. Four gets angry and throws the Announcer away, yelling that BFDI is their show now. Four then tries to get X and Purple Face to get rid of the Announcer, to no success.
After flinging Purple Face, the Announcer gloats to Four that it was easy to get rid of him. Four reassures him that Purple Face will be back and says that it doesn't matter what Announcer does as the contestants have grown attached to them. After being proven wrong, Four actually agrees with the Announcer's earlier claim that they've lost all control. Even so, Four argues the show is still theirs and that the Announcer can't make the show without them. The Announcer replies "Wanna bet?" and in response, Four says they'll be a constant presence and sinks into the desert.
In "Chapter Complete", near the end of the episode, Four thanks Announcer for taking care of the end of the season and apologizes to him for taking his show. Announcer then accepts their apologies and credits them, saying the fourth season wouldn't be possible without them and calls him cool. Four and Announcer are last seen planning a possible sixth season with X and Purple Face.
Balloony[]
In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", Four grows suspicious of Balloony when he tells Cloudy about the EXIT.

However, they seem to be on good terms as of "Chapter Complete".

In "A Taste of Space", when Four asks the Have Nots if they enjoyed their trip to space, Blocky tells Four to ask him if he landed on the sun. So Four repeats Blocky's question, and Blocky answers "HAVE NOT!". Four mutilates him, and then recovers him, hoping that taught Blocky a lesson. Four says that something bad will happen if they hurt X in the contest. Blocky asks if they'll just lose points. Four stands quietly before giving a small "yeah".
When Blocky complains about how ridiculous the points are in the challenge, Four gives his team 6 points, calling him buddy and for being a fly-guy. At the end of the contest, when Blocky says they did awesome, Four subtracts more points from his team.
In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Four attempts to make a speech for Cake at Stake, but Blocky ends up guessing exactly what it was gonna say, so Four just throws it away. Blocky asks if he has to keep his pottery shard and Four tells him that he should keep it always. At one point during the trial, a grape appears on the stand, confusing Four. Four figures out it's a prank and pulls the grape costume off of Blocky, calling him "you annoying thing".
In "The Game Has Changed", Blocky tells Four that he got eliminated and tells him to beam him away. Four says whatever and does so annoyed, as he didn't get to do Cake at Stake.

In the same episode, Bracelety tells Four that she hates him and Four tells her to get lost.
Bubble[]
In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Bubble asks why she and her team should bother trying to expose which Have Not stole the diary when they could just do nothing. This encourages Four to make the court case a challenge. Bubble volunteers to ask questions first and starts with Four. Four explains that he gave the Have Nots specific instructions to watch the diary, only to come back moments later, and it was gone. Bubble finds it suspicious how Four came back so quickly, making Four furious enough to pop her.

In "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", Four tells Eggy and Leafy to pay attention to the contest rules. When Eggy claims that they know each other well enough, Four informs them that they are missing someone. Eggy can't figure out who it is, but Four says missing contestants are X'qzd. (excused)

In "Chapter Complete", it is revealed that while Four is in The Desert, he's been hosting seasons in his mind with imaginary versions of the EXITors who love him. After Four realizes that he is making them up, all of them (except Dora and Roboty) berate and criticize him, and he snaps them away.
In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", in a flashback that happened three years ago when the EXITors escaped, Four is shown trying to capture them.
Fanny[]
In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", when Fanny says she'd hate to live in a world where recovery is impossible, Four says "Too bad."
In "The Escape from Four", when Four changes the prize of the show from A BFDI to A BFB, Fanny exclaims that when she joined the competition, she joined with the intention of winning the BFDI, but since the prize had been changed, not only was the BFDI being denied to her, but to all the other contestants with the same intention, this statement causes even more contestants to leave Four's show and Join Two's show instead.
In “X Marks the Spot”, when Fanny wanted the Have Cots gone, she said they should stick to their “lame host”, who she hates since she switched to Two’s show.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", when Yellow Face suggests to switch back to Four upon seeing the BFDI being added back as the prize, Fanny refused to do so as she says how Four betrayed their trust and how can they trust that they won't just keep switching the Prize over and over again, to which everyone seems to agree.

In "The Four is Lava", when Gaty tells Four that all of the still alive contestants are everywhere and wouldn't hear him with his indoor voice, Four growls angrily and then raises his voice so everyone can hear him. Later, lava comes out of Four's eye and Gaty burns to death, making four smile.
In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", Gaty instructs Four to zap Two and they happily oblige.
Gelatin[]
In "Why Would You Do This on a Swingset", Four zaps Gelatin for throwing forks at him, and would've killed him if X didn't interrupt.
In "Return of the Rocket Ship", when Gelatin asks Four to cool down the soup before continuing, Four in a very frustrated matter obliges by dropping Ice Cube into the soup and then flinging it in Gelatin's face.
In "The Escape from Four", Four calls Gelatin out on his attitude during Team Ice Cube's Cake at Stake. Later, Gelatin stays on BFB instead of joining TPOT, saying he'll always appreciate the value of Four's prize idea; Four isn't too thrilled, and gives a sarcastic "hooray".

Gelatin then notices the bars bending, which turn out to be made out of cardboard, with metal paint. After the bars are bent, Four thanks Gelatin for freeing him from the cage and says that he'll be forever grateful to him before flying off into the distance.
In "The Game Has Changed", Gelatin made a party for X instead of Four, which Four is not happy with. Four later compliments Gelatin's party for X, calling it a sweet party with things X loves. However, Four gives Gelatin's party a 0 out of 10, as the party was meant to be for him.
In "The Tweested Temple", Four gets slapped by Gelatin for not calling Cake at Stake "Brake at Flake". Four then angrily asks he if he just got slapped by Gelatin's arm, while insulting it. Later, Gelatin brings Four a vomit-filled totem, which grosses Four out and makes him furiously announce that he is up for elimination.
In "The Hidden Contestant", Gelatin asks for his cake, so Four gives it to him despite not thinking it would work. When the Carrot Cake goes into space, Four asks if he was surprised that happened, which Gelatin responds to with awkward banter while Four looks at him unamused. During the challenge, Gelatin tells Four that he should give him immunity so that doesn't cause anymore damage. Four stares blankly at him in response. When Gelatin argues that he should be safe for getting X to send Profily to the BRB, Four angrily points out that he cheated.
In "Uprooting Everything", when Gelatin asks why it's getting so hot, Four says it's because they're there. When Four tries doing stand-up, Gelatin boos their jokes. This prompts Gelatin to stop booing which Four is happy to see.
In "Chapter Complete", when Gelatin scolds Four for the things he has done and says he may have been too harsh on him, Four says he's right and apologizes. Gelatin thanks him and apologizes as well, saying that they all had a fun time in the season. After showing him with archives from the BFB, Gelatin thanks him for hosting. Four returns to his normal form and says he's welcome. Four congratulates him for winning before Gelatin corrects him that Flower actually won. Four says this is bad news, since he was betting a lot of money on Gelatin winning, Gelatin says that they could discuss this later.
Ice Cube[]
In "Return of the Rocket Ship", Four asks Ice Cube what she's doing at the Cake at Stake for Team Ice Cube when she's on the other team. Four only allows Ice Cube to stay when X asks if it wouldn't hurt if she just watched. Four later drops Ice Cube in a bowl of hot soup to cool it down.
Leafy[]

In "What Do You Think of Roleplay?", Four tells Leafy and Eggy to pay attention to the contest rules.

In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Four gets angry when Leafy is present since she's on the other team. During the contest, Leafy calls Four "Your Fournor", which Four doesn't really acknowledge besides mild confusion. After Firey finishes his story, Leafy asks Four if she can speak with Firey in private. Only now does Four realize that he actually really liked being referred to as "Your Fournor", as he'd only give Leafy permission if she says it again. Leafy does so on one knee, and Four lets her and Firey go, and thanks her for asking so nicely.
In "The Tweested Temple", Four refers to Leafy and Woody as his "friendos" when they appear out of the temple, but puts both up for elimination when he notices their Purple Face totems.

Four happily kicks Flower and Lollipop to the sun.
In "Uprooting Everything", Lollipop requests to be sent to the BRB as to not waste more time. Four complies and has her point to where she thinks the BRB is. Lollipop points to the left and Four floats her away. She then alerts him to recover her if she is not sent to the BRB before floating away entirely. Four mourns her elimination, calling her Naily. Flower then tells him that Lollipop was the one eliminated and he realizes he wasn't paying as much attention as he thought.

After Nine says "totally tubular" and a laugh track plays, Four begins freaking out.
In "Thanks for 1,000,000 subscribers!", Four congratulates the Algebraliens and tells them that the sub count hit 1 million, Nine says "awesome" in reply. When Four asks where One is, Nine says that they're trying to "skip on their duties" and angrily says she'll clobber them before Four tells her to "hold her horsies". When Four says the challenge is to not be a purple number, they tell Nine that he's neither purple nor a five.

Profily attempts to convince everyone that they were there all along by showing flashbacks of past episodes where Profily was present. When Four asks why he doesn't remember them, Profily refers to Four as their old chum and claims they're in the intro.
Four eventually lets them on the show, bringing them back to the final 6. However, when Four tries to announce the next challenge, Profily interrupts him twice, making Four want to immediately find a way to get rid of them. Four makes up challenges to make Profily lose, but Profily does them with ease, angering him. Four decides to eliminate Profily due to being annoying, placing them 6th. The final 5 object to this and want to throw Profily a party, angering Four. Four's decision on Profily being eliminated is final and he decides to make the episode's challenge to eliminate Profily.
In "Chapter Complete", Four seems to be annoyed by Profily telling him to wake up. When Four appears out of the sand, Profily makes a joke and Four tells them to close their mouth and to leave him alone. Near the end, Profily says they threw him a party which Four loves. Four simply responds that she should get over it, making Taco give an annoyed gasp.

In "X Marks the Spot", when Four is shown to be upset that X isn't with them, Taco reminds him that he told X to leave and that they know exactly where he is. This gets Four excited as they might be able to get X back if they already know his location. However, when Four asks Taco if she wants to help get X back, she says no.
In "A Taste of Space", Taco points out to Four how the Have Cots have an unfair advantage in the challenge since they are in space.
