This article is about the rivalry of FreeSmart and W.O.A.H. Bunch, two major teams in Battle for Dream Island Again.

The conflict began all the way back in "Get in the Van", when Pin wanted Ice Cube to swing with her, and falsely accused Book into making decisions for her on going to Match's dance party, and threatens Book with a knife.
As a result, in Lots of Mud, Ice Cube removes Pin's face for revenge, which made Pin unable to talk.
Later, Ruby asked Pin if she liked FreeSmart in "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4". Since Pin's face was removed, she was unable to answer, making Ruby shrink her body. Afterwards, Needle gets swapped over to FreeSmart, causing W.O.A.H. Bunch to lose a teammate.
When Pin regains her face and size in "PointyPointyPointy ♫", she decided to get revenge on FreeSmart. With the help of Coiny. They steal Book and Ruby's jetpack, and later when Book and Ruby try to steal Pin's song to win the challenge, Pin snaps and electrocutes the duo (along with Bubble, who almost immediately popped), putting them up for elimination.
In "Spore Day", when Pin is forced to work with Book (and Nickel), she is still very upset over how Book didn't let Ice Cube. Later Book and Pin start arguing on if they should steal from Pencil or Coiny. Pencil and Pin fight throughout the whole episode, getting in each others way throughout the whole challenge, Pencil even starts taking control of Pin's mech-suit at one point. When Pin tries to avoid Pencil by hiding inside of Book, Pencil convinces Book to let her in to continue fighting Pin. Pencil then later shrinks Pin even further after Pin cries out that she doesn't want to be hit with lead.
In the same episode, another branch of the conflict between FreeSmart and W.O.A.H. Bunch appears: Bomby is outraged that Needle has switched to FreeSmart, saying that it makes her disloyal to the W.O.A.H. Bunch. To prove otherwise, according to Bomby, Needle must perform an act of generosity.
The conflict with the act of generosity was not properly developed, because in the very next episode, "Respect to the Wicked", Bomby was eliminated.
In “Launch Party”, Book attempts to befriend Pin in order for both of them to be safe for the challenge, by placing Pin’s basket inside Book’s, forcing her to collaborate. After some hesitation, due to Book being a member of FreeSmart, Pin agrees to this and they both create the ‘Ultimate Alliance’.
Over the challenge, they place items in their baskets, for example: The Dream Island created in “Zeeky Boogy Doog”, in order to fill them. They then both try to advertise their material, first failing due to trying to give away ‘Dream Island but Ugly’, and managing to succeed as Ruby heard Pin’s toilet advertising, which Book and Pin fought to keep it or not. Later on, Coiny throws knives at the two and Needle, preventing Book from giving her immunity ticket to the Fish Monster. They all try to come up with a plan to stop him, with Needle eventually convincing him to stop by telling a believable lie.
Later, Book shows Pin a taped version of the map Leafy gave her, making Pin question the location of where she found it. With her finding out Book got it from Leafy, she breaks the bond between them, also breaking the alliance. She does Leafy’s map teleportation method, but the map quickly gets shredded again by Pin. Finally, Book gets launched to the “Really Weird Planet in the Orion Nebula”, where she lands and gets shredded by Pin while she was chasing Coiny.
