This article lists the interactions between Fries and Golf Ball.
Episodes suggesting a friendship[]
In "Get in the Van", despite Fries being killed by Golf Ball just one episode prior, he promises not to never leave the team.
In "Intruder Alert", both want TV to be punished for his Cake at Stake song attempts, with Fries even holding up Golf Ball by the legs to yell at TV and Firey Speaker Box. They both later cheered on the elimination of TV alongside each other.
Fries stayed the longest in Team no-name (Golf Ball's team), except for Golf Ball itself and Tennis Ball. Also, he was the only one who did not change the team in "Taste the Sweetness". He would have remained the only member of the Team no-name if he had not been reformed in Fries.
Despite his dislike of Golf Ball, Fries does not hesitate to join her team in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?". (Although, most likely, he did it because of Puffball)
Neutral interactions[]
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", they discuss why Golf Ball would have an underground factory as they walk down the stairs. Golf Ball suggests that Fries should build one.
In "It's a Monster", when Fries asks what they should do with the frozen bodies of the W.O.A.H. Bunch members, Golf Ball says to leave them because they are traitors.
In "The Long-lost Yoyle City", Golf Ball asks Fries how they'll get Gelatin and Firey back on top of Puffball. Fries says that they should kick them off their team which doesn't amuse Golf Ball. Later, Golf Ball tells Fries to recover Rocky after Pencil kills him. He begrudgingly listens, replying "Yeah, yeah, whatever."
In "Well Rested", Golf Ball refers to herself as "team tyrant" and Fries is confused as to why she'd refer to herself as that. Golf Ball says that she likes titles with alliterating letters. Fries then asks if that is similar to how everyone calls her a "bozo brain bossy bot".
In "Lots of Mud", Fries and Golf Ball calmly greet each other.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", when Golf Ball refers to her team, Are You Okay, by name, Fries replies with "I've been worse."
In "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters", Golf Ball tells her team to grab some blocks and hurry to her factory, which Fries quickly does with a bored look.
In "Gardening Zero", Fries sarcastically acts like he knows why the "Aw, seriously" reverberation level being 2,763 is bad but soon questions Golf Ball if it’s actually bad.
Episodes suggesting a conflict[]
In "Get Digging", after Golf Ball has assigned all of her teammates jobs, Fries angrily states that she didn't give herself a job. Golf Ball says she's team manager, which Fries calls a great excuse. When Golf Ball walks away, he mumbles, "Let's see what you say when you get kicked off."
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", Fries tells Golf Ball that having an underground factory built is a waste of time, just like hers is, which makes her angry enough to kick him into the incinerator.
In "Intruder Alert", Fries once again calls Golf Ball a bossy bot when she orders them to run. When Golf Ball tells the team to glue, Fries purposely glues Golf Ball to a tree. Fries is later glad about this since this means he can just walk away when Golf Ball starts rambling about the Yoylite.
In "Meaty", when Tennis Ball asks where Golf Ball is, Fries fakingly responds that she's on her way. Later in the stinger, Golf Ball demands she gets more screentime, but Fries denies this, literally covering her with his arm to make sure it doesn't happen.
In "Lots of Mud", Fries gets angry when Puffball Speaker Box sends him to the same team as Golf Ball.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Fries is likely one of the "useless people" she complained about, as she is seen looking dubious when he joins her team.
In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", Fries can be seeing angrily glaring at a triumphant Golf Ball after she decides to submit a single block for a stacking challenge, due to her believing that it is the "perfect way to stack".
In "Gardening Zero", Golf Ball tells Fries he can't provoke the Davids, and reminds him of how he did so the last time they were in Davidland. Shortly after that, Fries says that he can't even say "that the Davids look like absolute—" but then Golf Ball quickly covers his mouth. The David looks around but didn't hear anything, so they were relieved.
In "Fishes and Dishes", when Golf Ball tries to exclude Puffball from the challenge, Fries angrily points that this is the third time she’s been mean to Puffball and tells her to back off. Golf Ball tells Fries that he needs to understand that Puffball can’t be trust since she’d just sabotage their team. Fries looks at her angrily as she says this and then decides that he and Puffball will both sabotage the other teams instead of helping in the challenge. Leaving Golf Ball to angrily watch as Fries and Puffball fly away.
