This article is a timeline covering near future events in the Battle for Dream Island community. Most of these events and their predicted dates are hypothetical, meaning they are not confirmed. They will be removed once or if they occur.

2025[]

July 19-August 3, 2025: The BFDI x II 2025 Tour takes place in six different cities with a live premiere of two new episodes.
- Mid-July 2025 (sometime during July 15-18): BFDIA 21 is released.
- July 19-20, 2025: BFDIA 22 will be premiered in the Harris Theater in Chicago, Illinois. The episode will be released on YouTube in the days following.
- July 26-27, 2025: BFDIA 22 will be premiered in the SIFF Cinema Downtown in Seattle, Washington. The episode will be released on YouTube in the days following.
- July 31-August 3, 2025: BFDIA 22 will be premiered in the Saban Media Center in Los Angeles, California. The episode will be released on YouTube in the days following.
- Early August 2025: BFDIA 22 is released on YouTube.
September 2025: BFDI:TPOT 20 is released.

2026[]

January 1-4, 2026: "Thanks for 4 years of Thanks for 4 years of Thanks for 4 years of Thanks for 4 years!" will be released.
- This could be the last video in this series, as the title borders on the 100-character limit. This could be solved by using abbreviations.
March 2026: Approximately 6 months before IDFB 1's release date, a possible short featuring Pin could be released.
September 1, 2026: BFDIA's canonical timeline occurrence overlaps with IDFB 1's release date.

2027[]

November 3, 2027: Presumed IDFB canonical timeline occurrence overlaps with BFB 1's release date. May or may not happen depending on if the IDFB revival happens and how many episodes it has. But and could also be shortened do to where episodes and events take place.

Unknown date[]

BFDI Mini Resort 6 is released.
Battle for Dream Island Again concludes.
Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two concludes.
IDFB's hiatus ends and the season resumes production.
A sixth BFDI season begins, as hinted at in the past. However, for that to happen, all five previous seasons must be completed.
A remake of BFDIA 5b is released, as recently revealed at the QnA panel at VidCon 2025.
