Golf Ball's Twitter takeover

The icon used during the takeover

On August 19, 2024, Jacknjellify's official Twitter/X account was taken over by Golf Ball. The account's layout was changed to be more Golf Ball-themed, and all posts were written from her perspective. The event coincides with the official release of the Golf Ball plush, and the YouTube channel reaching 2.5 million subscribers. Yellow Face, Firey and Rocky also joined in for a single post each on August 20, August 22 and August 25th respectively. It was an ongoing repossession until August 27 where Golf Ball got hit by the golf club.

Timeline

Monday, August 19

The event began after the official Jacknjellify account posted a tweet initiating the takeover. The account name was changed to "Golf Ball", and the description was edited to the following:

I AM GOLF BALL, THE INCREDIBLE INVENTOR/YOYLITE RESEARCHER WITH AN IQ OF 156!!! 🧠 BUY MY PLUSH!!!

”

The location listed with an account was also changed to "The Weak Trembling Fortress", referencing her recent elimination in "PointyPointyPointy ♫".

Later, the livestream was announced in a reply to one of the posts.

Tuesday, August 20

Golf Ball posted a poll which was made from arguing with Firey on which activity is better while staying in the Weak Trembling Fortress. The poll received 6,055 votes, with 38.5% of users voting on doing basic trigonometry, while the other 61.5% agreed on tying legs together. She then responded, posting "Idiots".

Wednesday, August 21

Golf Ball takes a selfie, not knowing that Firey gave her the "bunny ears" until she was informed.

Thursday, August 22

While Golf Ball, to her dismay, was busy tying her legs with the others, Firey took her laptop and mocked her by insulting her and posting her low Flappy Bird score. Once she found out, she was livid. To calm down, she went to the Yoyle Fountain with an open flame, but the candle fell off, causing the fountain to burn and her running away.

Friday, August 23

Golf Ball confirms she survived the fire in the Yoyle Fountain.

Saturday, August 24

Golf Ball explores many science-related equipment at Yoyle City. One of the images linked to the post is her exploring the science museum, although her face looks scared, which could be referencing the Bozo flashback in Welcome Back. There's also some science equipment in the other images that were either destroyed by acid or Firey.

She also posts a reply with the quote "I'm not as impressed by this particular piece." with an image of her staring at a Yoyle Toilet.

Sunday, August 25

Golf Ball decides to challenge herself by wandering around Yoyle City with her eyes closed, only to end up back at the Weak Trembling Fortress.

Monday, August 26

Rocky takes Golf Ball's laptop, spamming random gibberish.

Firey and Gelatin dotted Ice Cube with Yoyleberry Juice to "replace" Golf Ball in case if she "goes missing again". Rocky is shown walking away from the WTF.

Firey is shown returning a messy Rocky after he walked away in the former tweet.

Tuesday, August 27

Golf Ball spotted a flying golf club, It was swiftly approaching the Weak Trembling Fortress.

Golf Ball gets hit by the golf club, sending her flying at a speed of 246 kilometers per hour, returning the account back to Jacknjellify.
