Golf Ball and Snowball have shown a major conflict throughout BFDI. Snowball hates Golf Ball due to her insulting him and his intelligence.
Episodes suggesting a conflict[]
In "Take the Plunge: Part 2", Snowball calls Golf Ball's plan "too confusing". Golf Ball then tells Snowball that his brain is small, enraging Snowball, causing him to push Golf Ball off a cliff and into the water (This moment is what likely started Snowball's grudge against Golf Ball).
In "Sweet Tooth", Snowball (unknowingly) throws dirt into Golf Ball's cake when complaining that a cake made without recipes is as bad as a cake made out of dirt, causing the latter to get a zero in the challenge.
In "Bridge Crossing", Snowball remembers what happened in "Take the Plunge: Part 2" while talking to Coiny. He says he's "got some business to take care of" and throws Rocky at Golf Ball but Rocky is dodged. He starts chasing Golf Ball, eventually catching her and throwing her off the bridge.
In "Power of Three", when Golf Ball is chosen to be on his team, Snowball screams "NO!" for quite some time. Snowball and Golf Ball continue to bicker throughout the episode.
In "Puzzling Mysteries", when Golf Ball says she's spinning seven basketballs, Snowball asks her "You think anyone cares?" Later, you can see Snowball chasing Golf Ball when everyone is screaming in the room. When the puzzle was about to be finished, Snowball steals Golf Ball's jigsaw so he could finish the puzzle instead of her.
In "Cycle of Life", Golf Ball angrily stares at Snowball when he brags that he's the strongest one before spinning the wheel. When Golf Ball is randomly selected to run for their team, Snowball is shocked.
In "Lofty", Snowball chose Rocky over Golf Ball, because she said his brain is small.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 3", one of Golf Ball's tips in The Book of BFDI Tips and Tricks is to not be Snowball, implying that Snowball is an example of a loser to Golf Ball.
In "Welcome Back", Golf Ball is visibly horrified when Coiny suggested to bring Snowball back and scolds him, shouting he should stay in the TLC/LOL forever.
In "Getting Teardrop to Talk", when 8-Ball suggests that Tennis Ball, Snowball, and Golf Ball should join his team since they're balls too, Snowball refuses due to Golf Ball and the rest of the team being weak and armless.
In "Don't Dig Straight Down", when Ruby says that "bossy bot" Golf Ball is right above them, Snowball becomes very uneasy and nervous, asking if "bozo brain" Golf Ball is actually there. He and the rest of the team actively avoid digging in her direction every time Golf Ball got in the way. Although Golf Ball may not have known which team was underground, she actively prevents Snowball's team from reaching the surface so that they would be up for elimination.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Golf Ball makes fun of Basketball when Snowball is the only one left who can join her team, implying that being teammates with Snowball is a bad thing.
In "Fishes and Dishes", Snowball assists his team in stealing Golf Ball's robotic fish monster.
In "I SAID CAREFUL!!!", Snowball says Golf Ball's idea to protect the eliminated contestants is dumb and that he could just beat the others up. After Snowball and everyone else got into a fight with Golf Ball's team, Golf Ball creates a laser and Snowball is the first person she kills with it.
In "Bottle For Dream Island", Snowball agrees with Marker to help Pen with sabotaging Golf Ball. Before Marker betrays him, Snowball attempts to throw Golf Ball off, calling her a 'bossy bot.'

In "Take the Plunge: Part 2", despite their earlier conflict, Golf Ball and Snowball are later seen among the contestants standing on Spongy without any sign of fighting or arguing.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", when Golf Ball tells that Leafy has stolen Dream Island, Snowball, along with the other contestants, gasps.
In "Bottle For Dream Island", they both express skepticism of Bottle's ability to host.

- Out of the ten original Squashy Grapes, they were the two least voted for to compete in BFDIA and were the only Grapes who weren't in the top 20 most voted in order to qualify.
- Golf Ball would end up competing anyway due to being chosen by a contest winner.
- Both were the second ones safe on their respective teams in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off".
