The High-Speed Express Train is a train that first appears in "Let's Raid The Warehouse", where it is used to transport contestants to Yellow Face & Taggy's warehouse. The train operates on the railway, which connects Yellow Face & Taggy's warehouse to both the Pillary Ruins and the Grasslands. It is capable of traveling over 2,763 miles.
It resembles a bullet train, and can traverse rugged terrains like the Mountain Range. In "Fashion For Your Face!", it is destroyed after Firey accidentally sets it on fire. By the events of "Chapter Complete", the train has been repaired, and Four uses it to travel to the Pillary Ruins.

In "Let's Raid The Warehouse", three members of each team ride the express train to and from Yellow Face & Taggy's warehouse to steal gifts for their teammates.
In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Four punishes Firey by making him clean the entire railway as a consequence for stealing Donut's Diary. Leafy offers to help, but she burns to death after they hug. The express train is accidentally set on fire and is destroyed off-screen.
In "Chapter Complete", the group returns to Yellow Face & Taggy's warehouse in pursuit of Four. The express train is operational again, and Lollipop suggests using it. Four hears this and possesses the train, allowing him to make an escape.

- The train appears to be based on metro trains from cities such as Seoul, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
- Alternatively, it could be inspired by the British Rail Class 185.
- The train is not fireproof, as shown in "Fashion For Your Face!".
- The Steam Train is an alternative to the express train.
