The Host Bug is a host in "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4". There are many bugs, but this is the principal one.

In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4", Bomby is taken by the bugs over to the challenge wheel, the bug jumps onto Bomby's hand and explains that they are the hosts now. Nickel is surprised Bomby knows Bug-ese, before the bugs start to go inside him, the Bug starts talking through Nickel to tell Bomby to spin the wheel. The challenge is Bug-filled Dodgeball Insanity. Nickel spits the bugs out and the Bug uses its stingers against Book, poisoning her. Later Golf Ball uses Anti-Poison on Book to see if it works, Book revives to normal before Golf Ball stabs her again with the Bug.

In "Well, Look Who It Is!", the bugs were hosting Cake at Stake, before they realized that everyone wasn't present. So, Cake at Stake had to be delayed until the next episode.

Trivia

• The Host Bug is the first host to speak a different language other than English, that being Bug-ese.
• The Host Bug, along with many other Bugs, got crushed by Spongy near the end of PointyPointyPointy ♫'s elimination, killing all of them.
  • Later in the episode Host Bug gets replaced by the contestants in the Locker of Losers as the hosts of BFDIA.
