- For the hotel seen in "Well Rested", see Evil Here Hotel.
The hotel is a residential apartment building, that was once a tourist lodging, owned by Two that appeared in "Paper Towel" and many scenes in BFB and TPOT. All the failed Season 5 debuters, as well as a majority of Season 5 contestants, are renting rooms in the building, and Two (the landlord) owns an apartment elsewhere in the complex. It is unknown if the kitchen staff are residents here as well.
It is the filming location of "Paper Towel" and a good deal of BFB. It served as the Cake at Stake Place from "Lick Your Way to Freedom" until "Enter the Exit". It was succeeded by Gelatin's Steakhouse from "What Do You Think of Roleplay?" up until "The Escape from Four". It is also the Cake at Stake area in most TPOT episodes.
One of the hotel's amenities is an outdoor swimming pool located behind the facade.
Appearance[]
The bathrooms on top of the hotel appear to be a dark purple outhouse that is rather modern. Initially. it had a sloped roof, two doors which presumably lead to separate stalls, a faucet, and a lantern.
In its first appearance (as just the bathrooms), its doors are light colored with a white gradient.
In BFB, the doors on the bathrooms are now the same color as the details on the building. The light gradient doors would make a return in "What Do You Think of Roleplay?" when Bomby is finished using the stall on the left.
In "The Escape from Four", Two revealed a six-story high-rise building below the bathrooms as a show of their power.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", the interior of the hotel is shown in more detail and has a very hotel-like appearance, with a first floor that looks like a lobby and many rooms. There is also an elevator that leads to each floor, as well as to the roof. Each floor also has a different color, with the lobby being red, the second floor being orange, and so on.
In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", a room on the fourth floor called Basketball's Aboveground Factory is revealed.
In "Fishes and Dishes", a swimming pool to the side of the hotel has been installed by Two. However, in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", this pool appears to have gone away, as it is not seen on the side of the hotel where it was in that episode.
As of "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", the previously unnamed room on the first floor gained its name as the "Kitchen", where Four and X make food for the hotel's inhabitants. In an attempt to prevent Two and their contestants from getting food, the door was protected by a laser gate and a lock that would eventually be removed. Clock also temporarily worked for them in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" right after his elimination until "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", since Two wanted him to stay around to help have his conflict with Winner be resolved, which ended up being in the same episode.
In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Lightning destroyed the roof of the bathrooms on top of the hotel. Due to this, Two makes The Strongest Team on Earth. fix this roof for the challenge. To fix it, Robot Flower, with BFDI Flower's personality, glues the failed TPOT debutants (excluding Nonexisty and possibly others) to the top of the roof, and the team ends up winning. These failed debutants would later end up being unglued in "Outbreak At Stake".
In "Balancing P.A.C.T.", the roof is used as the Cake at Stake place like usual, and both Rocky and Cake are eliminated.
In "Outbreak At Stake", Are You Okay, Team8s, and Tear Drop use the hotel to lock themselves from Zombies, which results ineffective, as Zombies ended up getting inside. Then, (part) of Are You Okay, Two, and Tear Drop hide in Basketball's Aboveground Factory, but Two getting infected made Golf Ball and Tennis Ball take the lab for themselves, so Teardrop and Eraser went though the hotel's ventilation system. Eventually, Teardrop drops inside of Barf Bag and the cure to the infection is discovered.
In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", The hotel is given broken off moon chunks placed on the roof of the bathrooms to redecorate after the failed debutants left the top. These chunks later broke off and flew away into the storm during "Category One". In "The Power of Four", the original roof has been brought back.
Floors[]
Basement[]
- Main article: Basement
The basement is a room underneath the hotel to the left of the stairs first seen (and visible) in "Outbreak at Stake".
In the same episode, it is shown to be a dimly lit room, and it's revealed that the basement leads right down to the underground sewers of the Grasslands, however, the stairs to said sewer system have been broken down.
In "Category One" the basement seems to have been repaired since its last appearance, with the lights being fully on and the stairs being fixed after being broken by the zombie Puffball.
First floor[]
The first floor is pinkish red. It is seen in almost every BFDI:TPOT episode, with some primary examples being episodes 1, 2, 6, 9, and 13. This is where the main kitchen and the Stuff For Your Self shop are located.
Coverage[]
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Two lets the contestants out of the Ground floor to pick teams. Just Not tries to use the elevator to win while TSTOE chases them, but after they fail to catch up being trapped outside the elevator, Snowball then breaks it. Marker then explains to his team that they can't use the elevator they then decide to take the stairs and run past Basketball who is trying to fix the elevator. Snowball gets annoyed with how long it's taking to fix so he picks a random pulley which drops the elevator containing Just Not onto Basketball. However, the elevator gets fixed just as Foldy and Eggy return, so the four of them take the elevator.
In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", Death P.A.C.T. Again are in Stuff For Your Self trying to get Robot Flower to give them a battery for Remote. They have tried many times collecting a pile of 2760 items or so. Cloudy notices the pile and asks if he can have it. They realize Cloudy probably has their battery so in trade for the battery Cloudy receives all the items except for Marker's paper clip.
In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", Four and X's Kitchen is revealed, and part of the episode revolves around the contestants trying to steal some of their food.
In "Outbreak At Stake", Are You Okay, Team8s, and Tear Drop hide inside the first floor of the hotel to protect themselves from the Zombies. It's also used as the Cake at Stake place in that episode.
In "Category One", Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again tries to prevent Bugs from entering the Hotel through the entrance on the first floor. It's also used as the Cake at Stake place in that episode.
In "I SAID CAREFUL!!!", after Gaty gets eliminated, she is brought to the kitchen by Two to help out Four and X. She is later kidnapped by One in "Seasonal Shift".
Second floor[]
The second floor is orange, and the other kitchen (the one the EXITORS work at) is located there.
Coverage[]
In "Out Of The Blue", Liy begs Two to not send them back into the EXIT, and luckily Two doesn't. Instead, they hire all of the EXITORS as chefs to cook for the hotel guests, which in their mind, would make both sides happy. Instead, this angers the EXITORS, leading them to break the windows of the kitchen and, in "What's Up Bell's String?", escape from the kitchen.
In "Category One", when Death P.A.C.T Yet Again teams up against Robot Flower, Tree enters the kitchen to escape the wrath of Robot Flower, throwing some of the ingredients at her. However, it's all in vain as Robot Flower pushes Tree out of the window.
As of "Seasonal Shift", the EXITORS that failed to debut were sucked into the storm and are left stranded around the Earth, so their status in the kitchen is currently unknown, although it's likely they wouldn't be working for Four any time soon.
Third floor[]
The third floor is yellow. Two, Price Tag, ITRD, and Battery are renting rooms on this floor.
Coverage[]
This floor is seen in "Uprooting Everything", teasing the first episode for TPOT, "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?". In said teaser, Income Tax Return Document ducks to avoid Needle whilst sitting on a couch that seems to be blocking off the door behind it.
In “Category One”, Battery was killed by Robot Flower, much to the dismay of Fanny.
Appearance[]
The third floor is a yellow floor beginning with a hallway, one of the lights held in this hall has fallen to the ground, weather it's been restored or not is unknown at this moment. At the end of this corridor is a window like most other floors. This floor must contain a minimum of three rooms to hold it's residents.
Two's room[]
This room's door is engraved with a "2" to show its owner, the door is also home to a small hole on the bottom and is one of the two rooms shown to have a lock on the door. The room contains a window in the center across from the door. On the left wall is Two's bed with two bedside tables placed next to it. On the left one is a lamp and a picture frame of Two and Gaty. In The Power Of Four, Gaty is ripped out from that picture, and there is a digital clock that's turned off. There are three shelves in Two's room, with the top shelf containing a green lava lamp, a white mug on top of a green book, three vertical yellow books, the second shelf containing a pot of pink flowers, the moldy cheesecake from Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters and a box of crayons. The third and final shelf contains a Rubik's cube, a figure of a planet, a red crayon, and a bowl.
Income Tax Return Document's room[]
Whilst not much is known about this room as it is never shown onscreen, it is known that it contains a yellow sofa and bed, alongside several small holes in the wall from Team8s scaling the hotel in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?".
Price Tag's room[]
Their room is a dark room that is filled to the brim with several valuable items from past episodes, some of which are contained in small capsules.
Fourth floor[]
The fourth floor is green. Basketball is the only one known to be renting on this floor, and she has rigged up an entire factory of sorts in her room, which is a recurring location in TPOT.
Fifth floor[]
The fifth floor is blue. The remaining failed TPOT debutants are all renting rooms on this floor, including Rubber Spatula and Discy. This was confirmed in “Plan Dissolve Adhesive”.
The Roof[]
The Roof is on the top most of the hotel, before Two appeared, the roof was formerly known as the bathrooms that were frequently used as the Cake at Stake place in BFB.
The bathroom's roof lost its slope part in "The Seven Wonders Of Goiky" leaving it flat until the Hotel's residents were glued on to patch it up. However, in "Outbreak at Stake", upon the zombie infection, the zombified residents pulled themselves down from the roof and have been free ever since. Unfortunately, this has left the roof flat once again only with a meek pile of glue. Fortunately, in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", several parts of the now cracked Moon were used to patch up the roof once again. Unfortunately, in "Category One", One's continentally ruining storm reached the hotel and blew the moon parts into the heavy storm winds, leaving the roof once again as a pile of glue.
In "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", the roof is used as the Cake at Stake place, where Winner and Price Tag debut. The challenge of the episode also involves the roof as the challenge is to climb the hotel and get to the roof before the other teams do. It went on to be the Cake at Stake place in every TPOT episode afterwards, with the exceptions of episodes 4, 7, 9, 12, 13 (if the EXITOR debut is excluded), 14 and 19.
Functionality[]
Indicator[]
The indicator at the top of each bathroom door seems to have three permutations.
| Permutation | Meaning | Description |
|---|---|---|
| off off ( - - ) | Vacant | The room is empty. |
| off on ( - O) | Occupied (Stage 2) | Finishing up. |
| on on (O O) | Occupied (Stage 1) | Fully occupied. |
When someone finishes using a bathroom stall, the door the user was in shines and makes a ding sound.
Faucet[]
Near the left door, there seems to be a faucet. It is revealed to be as such when Eraser uses it to fill an empty water bottle in Paper Towel.

Trivia[]
- It is unknown on how the basement exists even though the door to the basement is at the right side of the hotel. Which has no part there.
- The hotel is the only place to have part of the building demolished, the first being the fences of the rooftop, second being Bathrooms roof, third being the kitchen wall, the fourth being the basement stairs, and the fifth being Two's room wall.
- The bathrooms appear to have a water fountain, as seen in "Paper Towel".
- The name "bathrooms" is confirmed in The Secret Behind BFB's Split at 4:14.
- The only episodes of BFB (Pre Split) and BFDI:TPOT that bathrooms are not seen in are BFB 3, BFB 9, BFB 11, and TPOT 4.
- The bathrooms is Satomi Hinatsu's favorite location in BFB.
- It is unknown how or when the building got buried underground so much to the point that only the bathrooms were present from the surface.
- The door on the left is an entrance to the hotel, as seen in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?" and the other is a bathroom. Though in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", Yellow Face uses this other door as the stairwell of the hotel, though this is likely a continuity error.
- The contestants, or at least Bomby and Basketball, must've known about the hotel before Two revealed it.
- The elevator has two openings and can support 42 people using it at once.
- The hotel is where the TPOT debuters who failed to join are currently located.
- It also appears that Basketball, Robot Flower, Four, and X also live inside the hotel (although Four does not recognize Basketball and Robot Flower as residents).
- According to TPOT 1, one from ground level cannot hear voices from those standing at the roof of the hotel.
- The first floor is also the kitchen area.
- The colors in each floor from the bottom to top are in rainbow order.
- Despite this, the basement, acting as the purple floor, is at the bottom of the hotel.
- As of TPOT 12, "Gardening Zero" is the only TPOT episode where the hotel doesn't appear.
- "Gardening Zero", "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", "Outbreak At Stake", "Category One" and "Last One Standing" are also the only TPOT episodes where the top floor is not used as the elimination area.
- The hotel has some sort of non-Euclidian properties as seen in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky".
- If counting the EXITors that failed to debut, the total population for the hotel is 32 (as of Seasonal Shift).
- For unknown reasons, the elevator doors on the fifth floor seem to be paler.
