What I Did On the Weekend, by Jack Frew. On the weekend, I learned a very important lesson. I was walking in the park with my friend, Tim, and I had to throw away a piece of trash. There was lots of other trash around the trash bin...
Fade to the park, where Jack and Tim are walking.
You know what I also don't like?
Tim
What?
I just hate it when I trip, and then I just land in lots of mud. Oh, I gotta throw this candy wrapper away.
Jack throws the candy wrapper towards the trash can, but he misses and it lands on the ground. He walks over to come pick it up.
Oops.
Jack looks around and notices the slew of garbage littering the park.
Woah, there's lots of trash! We'd better help clean up.
Tim
Yeah, we should.
The two boys start to pick up the trash, putting it in its respective bin. Cut to later, in which it's now sunset and the boys are starting to lose energy. Another boy starts approaching them.

Montage of the team of kids cleaning up the park. Eventually, the park is fully cleaned, with even a few sparkles.
That was amazingly quick!
Fade back to the classroom, where Jack is reading his report.
And so, I learned that everybody can make a difference, including you and me.
When Jack finishes his report, he receives a round of applause from his classmates and his teacher.
