This is a list of recommended characters that have somewhat notable appearances in Battle for Dream Island, but have a small (not insignificant) role, and not enough information to have their own page.

Recommended characters that later were up for debut, that competed in the main series, that competed in the BFDI Mini spinoff, or that appeared as relatives of other characters are not included due to the high amount of them.

For non-recommended minor characters, see List of minor characters. For minor characters seen outside the series, see List of minor characters in non-episodes. For Algebralians that do not play a major role, see List of minor Algebralians.

Battle for BFDI[]

In "The Four is Lava", they appear during the credits of the episode, in the red section specifically, and in the ending stinger of Clock walking away from his team while talking to himself both times being recommended by Nicholas S.

Trivia[]

  • In BFDI 13 Dice's name is shown with a "[sic]" next to it. This is because technically the correct way to refer to a singular dice is "die" but Dice was recommended with the name "dice" which refers to multiple die.
  • Due to being a season 2a recommended character they are one of the few recommended characters to be involved in some form of voting without ever being up for debut voting and without being a mini series contestant, as they were voted on for their appearance in BFDIA 2 ultimately getting 13th place overall.
    • If they had received first place in the voting they would have likely appeared in BFDIA 5b as an npc character instead of Lego Brick.
    • Unfortunately due to Google Moderator shutting down in 2015 it is impossible to know how many votes Dice received.

Pencil, right before using Emergency Button on Firey, "Rescission"

Emergency Button is a recommended character that first appeared and had a major role in "Rescission".

Appearance[]

Emergency Button is a light grey remote with a long antenna. Their face is on their button which is red and turns yellow when pressed.

Personality[]

Emergency Button doesn't do much other than smile when pressed, implying they enjoy being pressed and/or used.

Coverage[]

Appearances[]

Battle for Dream Island[]

In "Rescission", they appear in the cold open for the episode being used by Firey to impress Pencil by disintegrating Bubble. Pencil doesn't like this and then takes Emergency Button from Firey and disintegrates him instead, Leafy is upset at this and so Pencil disintegrates her as well and then randomly disintegrates the recommended characters for that episode. They were recommended by yummysimon4.

Trivia[]

  • Emergency Button is likely based off a conversation that happened between Eraser and Coiny in BFDI 18 where the contestants in the TLC were in danger but Eraser wasn't bothered because he thought they could just press the emergency button and be rescued, to which Coiny informs him that "there is no emergency button".
  • Emergency Button is one of the few recommended characters to not appear as a part of the recommended character "Every Recommended Character" in BFDI 25.
    • Because of this they also don't appear in the BFDIA 5a anniversary wheel, since it uses the same data as Every Recommended Character.
  • Non-living versions of Emergency Button appear in BFB 20 and BFB 28 and appear to work the exact same way. Leafy uses one on Lollipop in BFB 20 and Announcer uses one on Taco in BFB 28.
    • The non-living version appears again in BFB 29, except in a broken form as Taco destroyed it to prevent Announcer from using it.

Evil Bubble[]

I'll give it to Leafy! To prove to her that I am a nice person after all... AGAIN!

Bubble, becoming Evil Bubble briefly while saying "again", "Gardening Hero"

Evil Bubble is a recommended character that first appeared in "Rescission" but had a major role in "Gardening Hero".

Appearance[]

Evil Bubble is identical to Bubble in terms of her base appearance. However, the key differences are that Evil Bubble's main body color is red rather than blue. She has a somewhat realistic face, consisting of 2 large white scleras with tiny pupils in each and 2 large bushy eyebrows to express her anger. Unlike Evil Leafy, Bubble's mouth uses normal mouth assets instead of the usual straight wrinkled mouth that evil variant recommended characters usually have.

Changes[]

BFDI 19

BFDI 20

  • Evil Bubble has Bubble's asset but coloured entirely red.
  • Evil Bubble uses the normal mouth assets.

Personality[]

Evil Bubble only appears briefly in the place of Bubble while she's expressing anger, therefor Evil Bubble is presumably usually angry. She likely also shares traits with Evil Leafy.

Coverage[]

Appearances[]

Battle for Dream Island[]

In "Rescission", she appears during the recommended characters crowd scene for that episode being recommended by KaraidsLair. Pencil is apparently tired of her, along with all the other recommended characters, and so she disintegrates them all using Emergency Button.

In "Gardening Hero", when Bubble is given the reward of being able to choose another person to have immunity along with her she decides to give it to Leafy to try and prove to her that she is a nice person. This is the second time she has done this and Bubble points it out by shouting "again" while briefly turning into Evil Bubble. She was recommended by KaraidsLair, Rhinobuddroblox, and 1dra7.

In "Return of the Hang Glider", she is seen with all the other recommended characters from season 1 during the panning scene on the bleachers watching the last Cake at Stake of the season, being seen with the episode 19 recommended characters. They are part of the recommended character "Every Recommended Character" recommended by marioluigi0128 in the previous episode.

Battle for Dream Island Again[]

In "Get in the Van", they appear in the anniversary wheel that starts the episode with all the other season 1 recommended characters. They appear once in the wheel due to being recommended in only one episode.

Trivia[]

  • Evil Bubble is the only evil recommended character other than Evil Leafy to appear in any notable way beyond just being a recommended character.
  • Ironically, Evil Bubble's first recommended appearance happened in BFDI 19, which is the same episode where the first instance of Bubble giving Leafy immunity happens. This matches up with Evil Bubble's appearance in BFDI 20 being when Bubble gives Leafy immunity for the second time.
  • Evil Bubble's appearance in BFDI 20 is very similar to Evil Leafy's appearance in BFDI 25, with both evil variants appearing in place of their normal counterpart in moments where that character is feeling intense anger or frustration.
  • Despite being recommended twice Evil Bubble only appears once as a part of the recommended character "Every Recommended Character" in BFDI 25.
    • Because of this she only appears once in the BFDIA 5a anniversary wheel, since it uses the same data as Every Recommended Character.

Invisible Coiny is a recommended character that first appeared and had a major role in "Hurtful!" as the name of Coiny as he slaps Firey when he peaks inside the TLC. It is unclear though if Coiny was being referred to as "Invisible Coiny" because the viewers couldn't see him or if a seperate Invisible Coiny managed to get inside the TLC and was slapping Firey with Coiny.

Leafy Speaker Box[]

We're glad you managed to recover the funds we've lost during this campaign.

— Leafy Speaker Box, "Return of the Hang Glider"

Leafy Speaker Box is a recommended character that appeared in "Return of the Hang Glider" after the Announcer Transportation Device crashed and later reappeared with a speaking role in the same episode. She said that she was glad for recovering the money they lost in BFDI's costs.

Trivia[]

  • Despite possibly being made by Leafy, Leafy Speaker Box sounds nothing like Leafy. This could mean that speaker boxes are optionally programmed to sound and act like their creators.
