Trivia[]
- Why We've Had to Stop Animating on YouTube is the first video where Michael shows his face. In the video, he discusses YouTube shutting down the monetization of numerous channels, including their own, after two years of keeping it in secret. Because of this, their incomes were blocked, leaving them penniless, and unable to make videos. However, their AdSense got reinstated June 14th, 2016[8] and they were able to start making videos again.
- He is around 5'10-6'3.
- Michael has a Nintendo Switch, and his friend code is SW-2196-6671-3613. As of now, his friend list is open for friend requests.[9]
- He voices the most characters in the series, voicing 28.
- He is the only voice actor who voices at least one character on all eight teams of Battle for BFDI.
- The same can be said for the three teams in Battle for BFB.
- Death P.A.C.T. Again is the first team in BFDI history with no contestants that he currently voices.
- Out of the contestants making their competitive debut in "Battle for BFDI", Michael only voices Robot Flower, Loser, and Cloudy.
- Michael confirmed in one of his videos that Loser was his favorite character in BFB.
- However, in his BFB 11 reaction, he states that Lollipop was his favorite character in BFB.
- His username for Minecraft, the Nintendo Switch and Roblox is Michael as of January 29, 2021 (formerly Fuchsiania).
- He bleached his hair on June 20th, 2018.[10]
- His favorite animal is the otter, as mentioned in his stream where he builds an IKEA desk and his new (now old) Soundcloud username, Shrill Otter.
- He appears in Battle for Dream Island: Official Character Guide. In the intro, he is mentioned and appears in a photo with Cary.
- He made the course Object Animator's Toolbox on Graphy.
- The music program Reason was his childhood when making music.[11]
- He also made a lot of music around the year 2012 (which was also the year he uploaded videos on his channel).[12]
- Michael has an old music channel called notverlis, created in 2013, which he doesn't use anymore now having moved to YOYLECAKE Michael.
- He animated the first parts of BFDI 1a.
- OZGQ doesn't stand for anything.[13]
- Michael helped design Suitcase in "Inanimate Insanity II".[14]
- He crashed his car while streaming on an alt during the BFB 13 hiatus.[15]
- Michael animated all the parts in BFDI-IDFB that had smoother positions.
- Since 2017, Michael uses a Wacom Cintiq 16 Pro (2016) for drawing, before that he used what appears to be a Graphire 3 which he used from 2007 until 2017 when he upgraded. The reason why he jumped from a low-end pad-tablet from 2003 to a higher-end display tablet from 2016 instead opting for a mid-range pad-tablet is currently unknown but he could've upgraded for 2 main reasons:
- He became more experienced at Flash animation, thus he had to upgrade from a lower-end tablet.
- He upgraded to an iMac Pro (2017 with an Intel Xeon) which made his Graphire 3 incompatible with newer versions of macOS since the last driver released for his Graphire 3 was released in 2012 for macOS, and Mac OS is notorious for breaking compatibility with old software, which includes Wacom tablet driver 5.2.6-5 (the last supported driver for the Graphire 3). Though he could've downloaded unofficial drivers, he probably didn't want to struggle with using unofficial drivers, especially when he's using an OS that has a smaller user base compared to Windows and breaks compatibility more often than Windows.
- Loser is the hardest character for him to voice.[citation needed]
- He dyed his hair brown as of September 18, 2023, and probably will not dye his hair.
- He voiced Tyler Bombard in "Inanimate Insanity Invitational" episodes 16 through 19.
- He also voiced the friendly cop in "ONE Investigations: Garrett Dennis", by Cheesy Hfj.
- Moreso, Michael voices Pan’s cousin in "Paper Puppets Take 2", a show by YellowAngiru.
- He voiced acts Four, Pen and Eraser in a Sacri video.
- He voiced Right Square Bracket Key in "IT'S TIME FOR THE", by Derpadon.
- Michael, along with Cary, competed in the object camp "Barely Involves Any Stress", hosted by Niall Burns. Michael played as a character named Cow Box, who placed 15th.
- He dyed his hair pink in 2019 as seen in this video.
- He made a whole BFB Soundtrack Playlist in June 14, 2024.
- He had a channel called Shrill Otter in 2018-2019 but he deleted all the streams/vlogs because he thought it was 'cringe', but they are a few archives of his vlogs and streams found when you search up "Shrill Otter".
- Michael has 2 individual Twitter accounts, fernozzle and shrillotter.
- Michael's favorite character is Four, as stated in What the "BFDI & II Tour" in NYC Was Like.
