Milkshake is a male contestant in BFDI Mini Delicious, originating as a recommended character from "The Reveal".
He has also gone by the name Birthday Cake Milkshake and was recommended by the same recommender (NovaThePerson) and also appeared in BFB 13. Since the two have identical assets, they are likely meant to be the same character.

Milkshake is a birthday cake flavored milkshake with sprinkles inside of him. He is topped with a dollop of whipped cream and has a red plastic straw in him, contained inside of a transparent disposable plastic cup with a circular lid.
Personality[]
Milkshake is quite the cheerful, yet potentially unlucky person. He is shown to not hurt anyone, but constantly be put up for elimination due to possibly being unlucky.

In "The Reveal", Milkshake is sitting in the crowd watching the Cake at Stake with everyone else.
Battle for Dream Island Again:[]
In "Taste the Sweetness", Milkshake is seen shocked and excited when Fries mentions he has ice cream. Milkshake also falls into the hole left of Fries, being the last one before the holes get patched up.
Battle for BFDI:[]
In "Today's Very Special Episode", Milkshake boos Pen's drawing of Four.
In "Four Goes Too Far", Milkshake is seen watching A Better Name Than That slide down a hill to multiply Four and Donut together.
In "The Liar Ball You Don't Want", Milkshake is seen gasping at Loser's elimination.
In "This Episode is About Basketball", Milkshake is one of many hit by one of Coiny's balls.
In "Return of the Rocket Ship", Milkshake is watching Team Ice Cube!'s elimination.
In "The Escape from Four", there are two Milkshakes, both watching Four chase Loser and Spongy. Notably, one is much more poorly drawn than the other.

In "X Marks the Spot", "Take the Tower", "How Loe Can You Grow?", and "A Taste of Space", Milkshake is seen at the end of each episode, holding Puppet.
In "Chapter Complete", he is also seen at the end of the episode, during the credits, but with a different asset and no longer holding Puppet.

In "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", Milkshake's asset from "Chapter Complete" is used, and Two is holding it while talking to Gaty.
BFDI Mini Delicious:[]
In "Balloon Toss", Milkshake is paired with Cereal Box. He tosses the balloon upwards, and Cereal Box jumps to catch it, making them both safe.
In "Survive the Desert", Milkshake is off-screen for most of the episode. However, while viewing Chips chilling under an umbrella with lemonade and a key-lime pie, Milkshake is spilling over, knocked down and dead, being put up for elimination against Raisin.
In "Stay on the Balance Beam", Milkshake is safe with 21% of the votes. While on the balance beam, he is chatting with Cake's Dad, until they, along with Chips and Vomit, see Popsicle and Jordan coming. Milkshake, Cake's Dad, and Chips all get knocked off, with Milkshake being put up for elimination against Cake's Dad.
In "Screaming Contest", it is revealed Milkshake is eliminated with 53% of the votes. He is crushed by the number, causing Cake's Dad to scream.
In "Last to Leave the Circle", Milkshake is excited for the chance to rejoin. However, this is very short lived thanks to Jordan, who instantly pushes Milkshake out of the circle. Karma comes to bite Jordan, however, since they also accidentally went outside of the circle while pushing Milkshake.
In "Don't Die", Milkshake is sitting on the bench watching the fight, furthest to the left, resting his head on his hand. When Cereal Box is crowned the winner, Milkshake lifts the top of the dish that the Dream Island Mini Delicious is on.
