Bomby[]
In "Catch These Hands", Puffball Speaker Box asks Bomby what's his secret due to when his team is up for voting, he always gets the prize. Later on the same episode, Bomby angrily tells Puffball Speaker Box not to be so rude to Pin.
In "Taste the Sweetness", Bomby stabs Puffball Speaker Box causing her to vomit rainbow again.
Book[]
In "Catch These Hands", when Book attempts to cheat out the challenge by lip-reading, Puffball Speaker Box promptly places a blindfold over her eyes. When she eventually takes off the blindfold, Puffball Speaker Box kills her in retaliation.
Bubble[]
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", when Bubble attempts to enter the Underground Factory, Puffball Speaker Box halts her and reminds her that she isn't an official BFDIA contestant. She hands Bubble a soda, which Puffball Speaker Box is thanked for.
In "Catch These Hands", Pencil accidentally brings Bubble to life, much to their delight. Technically, as Pencil's word was not "Bubble", FreeSmart made an incorrect guess, and Pencil and Bubble were crushed by the trash compactor.
Coiny[]
In "Get in the Van", Puffball Speaker asks Coiny and Needle to guess what time it is. Coiny replies that its time for Cake at Stake. Puffball Speaker Box says he's right and tries to restate that it's time for Cake at Stake, but couldn't finish her sentence due to a knife stabbing her.
Dora[]
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 3", she tells Dora to go "explore" the TLC.
Flower[]
In “Taste the Sweetness”, Puffball Speaker Box calls Flower “a friend of mine” when asked who’s driving.
Gelatin[]
In "Meaty", when Puffball Speaker Box is about to announce which team came in second place, Gelatin asks if she'd like to wear some shades, and she gladly accepts them.
Nickel[]
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", she immediately turns to Nickel to get the contestants down from the Eiffel Tower.
In "Meaty", Nickel asks if there's an HPRC on the Eiffel Tower, to which she says there is, which is how she recovered the dead members of W.O.A.H. Bunch. Nickel then says he wants to recover Bomby, and she says to go for it, and Nickel thanks her. Later, due to the shades that Puffball Speaker Box is wearing, she believes that Nickel's team didn't get any purple paint on the Eiffel Tower. Nickel says there is so much purple paint right in front of her eyes. Puffball Speaker Box just replies that she has no eyes.
Pencil[]
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 3", she tells Pencil to stop touching her, as she liked how fuzzy she felt. She also says that Pencil is overreacting after she panics over her alliance all being in the final seven in Cake at Stake.
In "Meaty", after Firey Speaker Box breaks down crying over his creator being eliminated, Pencil decides to remove the knife from her and allow her to remain hosting duties.
In "Catch These Hands", when TCOA is sinking, Puffball Speaker Box is the first to take note of it. However, she then tells Pencil that the latter doesn't have time to be startled, since Cake at Stake is about to start.
Pin[]
In "Get in the Van", Pin accidentally stabs Puffball Speaker Box instead of Leafy, causing her to vomit rainbows out of distress.
In "Catch These Hands", Puffball Speaker Box mocks Pin's newfound lack of arms on two occasions.
Profily[]
In "The Hidden Contestant", Puffball Speaker Box seems to be on good terms with Profily, as she laughs at them using a flamethrower and calls them cool. She then tells them that it would probably do nothing against fire-proof bugs.
Purple Face[]
In "Catch These Hands," the Puffball Speaker Box allowed Purple Face to steal Yellow Face's Win Tokens. When she announces the latter's elimination, she lets them sort out their argument, locking them both in the Clubhouse of Awesomeness.
Ruby[]
In "Meaty", Ruby happily holds her when she's brought back and requests for her to remain hosting the show. And she called her "Weird One"
Yellow Face[]
In "Catch These Hands," she let Yellow Face discuss his rivalry in private, locking him inside. This ended up killing him as he couldn't escape the acid and got corroded.
