Battle for Dream Island

In "Barriers and Pitfalls", when they were declared "safe" after only receiving one vote, despite not being a contestant and the Announcer not even knowing who they were.

Battle for Dream Island Again

In "Taste the Sweetness", Sam makes their physical debut as one of the many characters running inside the Shadeshouse, clamoring for free ice cream.

In "We're Not Friends", Sam was one of the many characters to be voted for to host BFDIA. Exactly how many votes they had received is unknown, other than that they were in the top 200, meaning they had received at least eighteen votes.

In "Shattered!", Sam appears as one of the recommended characters who asked "Anyone?" when Tennis Ball said he would rather anyone hosted the episode.

Deaths

1. "We're Not Friends" (debatable): Possibly got killed from the LOL's propeller due to not winning the host vote.

Trivia

• Sam most likely refers to Jacknjellify's friend, Sam Lee (voice of Stapy, Pie, and Lollipop), since the vote was cast by their other friend, David (xxkayd).
• Sam could also represent a voter who thought the Announcer's name was Sam, about the Microsoft Sam voice of the Microsoft Speech Server Platform (Microsoft SAPI).
• In the storyboard for "Barriers and Pitfalls", the vote for Sam is not mentioned.
