Seashell is a contestant in BFDI Mini Natural, one of 10 contestants that were picked for the season, originating as a recommended character from "A Leg Up in the Race".
Appearance[]
Seashell is an armless half of a clam's shell who is beige in color.
Personality[]
Seashell is usually rather blank in terms of their facial expressions, but they are more often than not surprisingly aware of their surroundings and the things going on and they will sometimes use their unassuming façade to their advantage. They will be snapped out of their blank expressions however upon pain or fear but will otherwise keep their face blank and expressionless, presumably on purpose. They are willing to do bizarre things to be safe and they have a rather slow or delayed reaction time overall, waiting until the last second to do things.

Battle for Dream Island[]
In "A Leg Up in the Race", they appear during the recommended characters crowd scene for that episode being recommended by AlphaZaver. In that scene they were running backwards and forwards and panicking along with all the other recommended characters due to Firey setting them on fire previously off-screen.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", they are seen with all the other recommended characters from season 1 during the panning scene on the bleachers watching the last Cake at Stake of the season, being seen with the episode 12 recommended characters. They are part of the recommended character "Every Recommended Character" recommended by marioluigi0128 in the previous episode.
Battle for Dream Island Again[]
In "Get in the Van", they appear in the anniversary wheel that starts the episode with all the other season 1 recommended characters.
Battle For Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
In "BFB 31", Seashell is in the back of the crowd watching Loser perform with Rose. They are unimpressed with the performance.
BFDI Mini Natural[]
In "Grab A Leaf", Seashell spends the majority of the episode staring blankly into the distance and not doing anything even going so far as to let Geode jump onto them and use their body as a springboard to launch them into the sky and onto the top of the tree in order to grab a leaf and be safe. Later, when the leaves from the tree are all falling down towards Seashell and the other contestants that are still at the base of the tree, the last leaf up for grabs is about to be caught by Grapes when Seashell suddenly kicks Grapes out of the way and grabs the leaf for themselves keeping them safe from elimination.
In "Mow the Lawn", Seashell is seen happily sitting on the ground and eating multiple tufts of grass which allows them to be safe from elimination. As they are eating the grass, they accidentally put a tuft of grass into their mouth that also contains four bees causing their happy facial expression to change to a negative facial expression, presumably because of the sensation of having bees in their mouth.
In "Survive Evil Leafy", Seashell is seen scared as Evil Leafy possesses Autumn Leaf and after spotting that Grapes has ran away and then seeing Evil Leafy teleport right in front of them Seashell screams and quickly runs away. They aren't seen for the rest of the episode and are so safe from Evil Leafy and safe from elimination.
In "Climb Over the Garden Wall", Seashell is seen as the only contestant sitting down as they stare at nothing in front of the garden wall. Later, right before Redcurrant is about to go back through the tunnel they dug in order to reattempt the challenge while going "over" the garden wall like the challenge instead of incorrectly going "under" the garden wall, they are interrupted by spotting a shadow emerge from the top of the garden wall. Somehow, Seashell is seen standing atop of the garden wall still with their blank expression before Seashell suddenly tips over the edge of the wall and unceremoniously falls off the wall landing flat face down on the floor and thus they are safe from elimination.
In "Balance Off the Evil Canyon", Seashell is seen looking down at the Evil Canyon land bridge with a somewhat worried expression. When Chestnut causes the middle of the land bridge to collapse by jumping on it and is about to fall, Seashell quickly stretches their foot down and grabs them, before smiling and flinging Chestnut forwards at the other contestants with force. This leads to Spruce Tree rapidly spinning around the land bridge and creating a strong wind in which Seashell struggles to keep their eyes open, however then Beehive suddenly grabs them from behind and begins dangling Seashell over the edge of the land bridge. Seashell is scared and starts wildly flailing their legs and sweating heavily in distress but Beehive does end up dropping them off the land bridge. As Seashell falls down, Aurora Borealis quickly starts racing downwards after them with various scenes appearing depicting Seashell and Aurora Borealis as friends such as them being near each other in the intro, them having a tea party while smiling at each other, and them wearing black sunglasses next to each other smiling. Aurora Borealis manages to get underneath them and uses their wind blowing abilities to blow Seashell back onto the Evil Canyon land bridge to which Seashell smiles at now being safe from elimination, although they also inadvertently knock Chestnut off the land bridge.
In "Survive the Swarm of Bees", Seashell is seen blankly staring forwards when they notice the angry swarm of bees approaching them from their right. In response, Seashell quickly runs away scared, but when the bees start swirling around the stuck Spruce Tree, Seashell decides to use a bunch of rocks to take the bees out by throwing the rocks at them. This causes the bees to divert to them instead though, to which they scream and run away, ultimately retreating to the forest before panicking and running backwards and forwards. This results in them getting stung by one of the bees, which not only kills them and turns them yellow but also means they've failed the challenge which puts them up for elimination.
In "3-Legged Race", Seashell is seen blankly staring ahead as the votes are revealed, with Seashell being eliminated with 67% of the votes. A bunch of bees then suddenly fly in from offscreen and surround Seashell before flying them up into the sky with Seashell screaming and flailing wildly. The bees then drop them with the other previously eliminated contestants to compete in a rejoin challenge, being paired up with Autumn Leaf for the 3-legged race. During the rejoin challenge Seashell doesn't move and just blankly stares ahead again. Later, a chunk of Geode ends up smashing into them causing them to shatter to pieces and die.

Trivia[]
- They are the earliest BFDI Mini series character to be recommended, dating back to BFDI 12 and being the same age as Basketball, Marker and Quarter (from which Nickel is derived).
- Their recommender, AlphaZaver, also recommended Candle and Purple Marker (along with alexlion05's Orange Marker) in the same episode.
- In their appearance in BFDI 25 they, along with all the other recommended characters from BFDI 12, are seen in a different pose than their original episode with them no longer running back and forth, frowning, or being on fire. These recommended characters are the only ones to get a purposeful new pose in that episode.
- They, along with Autumn Leaf, are the only contestants in BFDI Mini Natural to not originate in season 4 of the main series. Additionally, Seashell is the only one to originate from season 1.
- Seashell's scream in "Survive Evil Leafy" is reused from Pencil's scream in "Lick Your Way to Freedom".
- Seashell panicking and running backwards and forwards in "Survive the Swarm of Bees" is a reused animation from their appearance as a recommended character in BFDI 12 when they were set on fire by Firey.
