The Skatecats[1] or Kittyboards were a group of extraterrestrial creatures that inhabited an unknown planet. They first appeared in "Alone" and died in the same episode.
Appearance[]
The Skatecats are anthropomorphic skateboards with a dark blue color and conjoined eyes. They have mouths, but they are normally hidden.
Behaviour[]
The Skatecats seemed to have a culture of skating around their planet due to being skateboards themselves. They also seem to also be slightly soft, and they enjoy being pet. They may be easily tameable, as Nine appears to be friends with them. They communicate with captions.
Diet[]
The Skatecats seem to simply eat anything that is being thrown at them, even if it is inedible (i.e. Nine's marshmallow stick), but they do eat edible food as well (i.e. marshmallows).

Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
In "Alone", they first appear skating with Nine. They first skate around a loop, causing it to collapse, before skating up a slope, turning, and skating down a slope. They then continue skating as they fall off of a cliff, as Nine follows them shortly afterwards. They appear happy, before Nine collapses into them. Nine expresses their joy, and then tells them to roll out, telling them to clean up and go home.
The screen fades to a camping site, with Nine setting down a bucket full of debris. He dusts his hands, and opens a bag of marshmallows. He then applies three to a stick, roasting them over the fire and then eating them. He tosses the stick over to one of them, and it eats it. It then burps heavily, knocking down a bucket, and Nine cleans up the debris back into the bucket. It tells Nine that the area was a mess before he arrived. Nine responds that it's fine, and that one of his old buddies was really good at repairs, saying that he owes it all to her. A Skatecat then picks up a stick, applying a marshmallow to it, and roasting it over the fire. Nine pats it. He says that he misses those "rad cats" a lot lately. They appear sad, to which Nine says that he cherishes them a lot as well. He says he's stoked to find a new home after what happened with One, and gives cheers to them. All of them hold their sticks together on Nine's hands. Nine continues chatting with them, as the screen pans upwards to see One watching them from above.
Near the end of the episode, it cuts to One staring at their planet. She spawns a chalkboard with multiple algebraliens drawn in a circle, with "MUST TAKE" written above. She crosses off Nine with a piece of chalk. She eagerly calls out that she found him, before splitting their planet apart into many pieces. They appear to have gone extinct — or at least have had a heavily diminished population — with all of them having X eyes.
