Spike balls are reoccurring objects that appear in Battle for Dream Island, Battle for Dream Island Again, Battle for BFB, and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. They are used as projectiles and are utilized by the Spike Ball Speaker Box.
Appearance[]
In BFDI, the spike ball is a black color with a small shine near the top-left corner, shaped like a bent line.
In BFB, the spike ball appears in a darker grayish color. The shine is also located in the top-left but is thicker than its BFDI counterpart and is shaped like an oval.

Battle for Dream Island[]
Spike balls first appear in "Hurtful!", where the Spike Ball Speaker Box mentions that they uncontrollably throw spike balls, which hit Spongy, Cheese Orb, and Announcer.
In "Return of the Hang Glider", a spike ball flies into Rocky’s mouth, smashing his infinite matter generator and preventing him from vomiting. Pencil celebrates this before Rocky spits the spike ball into her face.
Battle for Dream Island Again[]
In "Well Rested", the Revolutionary Headphones version 2.0 are introduced. They are designed to constantly shoot out spike balls. They are placed on Ice Cube and Gelatin, and launch spike balls that hit several people.
Battle for BFDI[]
A spike ball is part of Cloudy's collection, appearing in the episodes "Getting Teardrop to Talk", "This Episode Is About Basketball", "Return of the Rocket Ship", "The Four is Lava".
In "The Escape from Four", during a demonstration of their powers, Two turns the sun into a spike ball and uses it to attack Four.
Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
The aforementioned spike ball is still part of Cloudy's collection, appearing in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", "Outbreak At Stake", and "Seasonal Shift".
