You two teams shall improve the Sun, so X's crops can grow better!

The Sun is a star located in Space. Earth and the other planets in the solar system orbit the Sun.

It played a significant role in "How Loe Can You Grow?" and a major role in "A Taste of Space".

According to Taco, it is much more than 2.6K miles (4,345.2 kilometres) away from Earth.

Coverage[]

The Sun first appears in the first episode, "Take the Plunge: Part 1", as a background effect. It appears in some more episodes with little to no role.

In "Don't Lose Your Marbles", the Sun is shown rising at the end of the contest.

In "The Reveal", it is used to tell who gets a penalty or not when it sets.

In "Reveal Novum", it brings the TLC out of the lake when rising. It crushes the LOL in the stinger.

In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 2", it gets teleported into the TLC.

In "Lick Your Way To Freedom", the Sun appears as a recommended character while Donut was flying over to his team.

In "How Loe Can You Grow?", the Sun played a significant role in the episode, as part of the challenge. The Have Nots made the Sun hotter with a laser to help X's aloe vera plants grow faster with more sunlight, deeming them safe for the episode.

The Sun played a major role in "A Taste of Space". The Have Cots were on it for a majority of the episode, thinking of ways to cool down X for the challenge, still being on fire since the last episode. At the same time, the Have Nots also tried to affect the Sun's heat, but from Earth.

In "The Hidden Contestant", Flower and Lollipop arrive here to retrieve the Have Cots’ cardboard ship.

In "Chapter Complete", Four flies the BRB onto the Sun and sinks into it.

In "Fishes and Dishes", Fries tries to plant a dead Funny Plant on the Sun, but it fails.

Trivia[]

  • The Sun has feelings, as Blocky made fun of the Sun, which then the sun turned into an ice cube.
  • Blocky claims that the distance between the Earth and the Sun is 2.6 miles. In a storyboard, this was the same exact distance between Goiky and Yoyleland, which is 2,763 miles (4,446.6 kilometres). It is 0.003% of the distance between the Earth and the Sun in reality, which is 93 million miles, 150 million kilometres or 1 astronomical unit (AU).
    • If Blocky is correct, The Sun is likely much smaller than its real-life counterpart, as Earth cannot have liquid water 2,763 miles away from the Sun. The smallest known star's habitable zone is 139,433.711 miles (224,396.806 kilometers), making 2,763 miles 2% of that distance.
    • However, Taco immediately says that "it's way further than that", so Blocky is likely incorrect.
  • The Sun seems to have a very odd similarity to Needle's Cake, to the point where the texture of both look very similar.
  • In BFDI, the Sun is shown to have a physical surface as well as being significantly cooler compared to its real counterpart (The surface temperature of the Sun in real life is 5,055°C, or 9,941°F). This may mean it's not star, as it also has feelings.
