— Golf Ball, "Get in the Van"
|
Team No-Name is one of the ten teams in Battle for Dream Island Again. The team was named by TV in "Get Digging" because he was the first character to say Team No-Name's team name in the season. At the beginning of the season, they were the much larger team, having 19 members compared to the W.O.A.H. Bunch's three members. But in the episode "Get in the Van" they became tied with W.O.A.H. Bunch because Spongy and Nickel switched to W.O.A.H. Bunch, and Pencil, Ruby, Ice Cube, and Book formed their own team with Match and Bubble called FreeSmart.
After their second consecutive loss in "The Long-lost Yoyle City", they had 6 members compared to the 7 of W.O.A.H. Bunch, which soon decreased yet again to 5 once Rocky switched to that team in Well Rested. The team then decreased to 3, when Tennis Ball requested Firey and Gelatin to switch to FreeSmart and steal their meteorite, with the promise of letting them switch back to their team the next episode. While Firey was eliminated, Gelatin eventually swapped back to the team in "Catch These Hands". After Golf Ball's elimination, Tennis Ball is now the only remaining member of the team.
The team later dissolved in "Taste the Sweetness" after every remaining member of this team (except Fries) switched to FreeSmart, forming The Beautiful Face Devotion Institute. It was then reformed in Lots of Mud.

Strategies[]
The team's strategies were one-track minded at best, and sloppy at worst. In the case of the former, Golf Ball seemed to almost immediately think up a strategy without thinking too deeply about the flaws or any backup plans. This can be seen in their losses, as in "Get Digging", Golf Ball gave little to no direction to her teammates, instead giving out simple commands to her team at random. This led to many members pointlessly digging underground, and the Yoyle Stew getting filled up with toxic, dangerous, or inedible ingredients. Their over-reliance on Puffball also resulted in their third loss, as they were powerless when she betrayed the team in favor of receiving a prize. Upon further reduction of the team's members, the former members of Team No-Name rely on sabotaging the other teams while the current members put in the effort of doing the challenges.
Coverage[]
In "Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know", the team at first consists of all of the original contestants, but after realizing their team is bigger by one, the newbies all switch to this team, except Donut. Coiny then leaves and Pin is encouraged by the entire team to switch, making them a team of 19. This team dominates the much smaller one in the tug of war challenge.
In "Get Digging", Teardrop is removed from the team by Pin and Coiny since they're down to two members. For the challenge, Golf Ball takes charge and has the contestants split into doing different tasks. Book, Ice Cube, Gelatin, Spongy, Needle, and Puffball are sent to get yoyleberries for the yoylestew, but along the way Gelatin pushes Spongy, Ice Cube, and Book off. They're chased out of the Evil Forest by Evil Leafy, except for Spongy who gets caught. The others make it to Yoyleland without them and get the yoyleberries they need, but get chased out by Leafy. Pencil, Match, and Ruby all take part in filling the stew with ingredients, albeit toxic, inedible ones. All throughout, Fries tells some of his teammates to dig for ingredients. In the end, their stew falls short due to the overabundance in quantity and ingredients.
In "Insectophobe's Nightmare 3", during Cake at Stake, Puffball wins the prize and gets the Puffball Speaker Box, and Dora is eliminated. The team also loses Needle to W.O.A.H. Bunch. Before the bug killing challenge begins, Pencil, Match, and Ruby choose to sit out. The rest are left to fend off against the bugs, with some of their members dying from poison in the process. They win by having Firey light Bomby in order to blow up all of the bugs at once.
In "Zeeky Boogy Doog", Bomby and Yellow Face both switch over to W.O.A.H Bunch. For the challenge, the team follows Golf Ball into her underground factory in order to build Dream Island. After pushing her vat of dream sauce into an oven, Golf Ball pours it all out and it turns into Dream Island. Coiny notices their process, calling their Dream Island "amazing" and tosses Bomby into Golf Ball's incinerator, destroying Dream Island and killing everyone who was in the factory.
In "Get in the Van", during Cake at Stake, Puffball once again wins the prize. Match and Golf Ball are in the bottom two, but Golf Ball manages to just barely come out on top and is safe. Before Match is sent away, Pencil ties some rope to her legs to stop from being sent to the TLC. Team No-Name loses both Spongy and Nickel to W.O.A.H Bunch, annoying Golf Ball and Tennis Ball. Golf Ball suggests that everyone else promise that they won't ever switch. Everyone promises except Pencil, Ruby, Book, and Ice Cube, who leave to form a team with Match and Bubble. For the challenge, everyone rides Puffball in order to get to Yoyleland. Along the way, Gelatin pushes Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, and Rocky off of Puffball, and the three end up chased and eaten by Evil Leafy. Fries demands Puffball to turn around to get them.
In "No More Snow!", Puffball and Fries are the only remaining members of the team, as Gelatin and Firey apparently fell off earlier and were eaten by Evil Leafy. Later, Fries spots Evil Leafy and tells Puffball to follow them so that they can get their teammates back. However, they both end up getting crushed to death by a weight cut down by Book.
In "It's a Monster", Puffball is recovered by W.O.A.H Bunch so that they could threaten her into flying them to Yoyleland. Their plan fails as Puffball breaks free from Needle's grip, recovers Gelatin, and has him freeze the W.O.A.H Bunch members. With that, the rest of the team is recovered and they continue flying to Yoyleland.
In "The Long-lost Yoyle City", the team continues flying to Yoyleland, experiencing several hiccups along the way such as Gelatin and Firey almost falling off again and getting frozen by FreeSmart. They reach what they believe to be the summit of Yoyle Mountain in second place, but the actual summit turns out to be way higher up than expected. Pencil has Rocky killed in order to slow them down, delaying the team from easily flying up. Golf Ball tasks Fries and Puffball with recovering Rocky, which Fries does three times. Afterwards, everyone hops back on Puffball in order to win the challenge. However, Puffball, now remembering how she's won every prize when her team lost, decides to sabotage her team by pulling away from the summit and shrinking so that her teammates all fall off. As a result, Team No-Name loses for the second time in a row.
In "Well Rested", the team is recovered by W.O.A.H. Bunch so that they can do Cake at Stake. Firey wins the prize and Golf Ball and Puffball are in the bottom two, with Puffball being eliminated. Before the challenge, Rocky switches from Team No-Name to join W.O.A.H. Bunch and Gelatin is given a pair of revolutionary headphones. The challenge is to find a building to sleep in. They come across a hotel with a broken sign that appears to read "Live Here Hotel". After looking through all of the rooms, Golf Ball notices a mirror at the end of the hallway. The team continues staring at it, which seems to summon Evil Leafy. The team runs away as Evil Leafy gives chase. They run in to the iffy room, but Evil Leafy phases her body through the glass. They run into the decent room next, which has some boards and glue on the floor. They glue the boards on the window, and this manages to keep Evil Leafy out for a while. Sometime after the sun sets, some water splashes onto the glue, which causes the boards to fall off. They run into the fancy room next, but Gelatin's headphones trigger the motion-activated door, allowing Evil Leafy to come in. The only room left to hide in is the bad room, but the walls immediately fall over when the team enters it. With nowhere left to run, the team braces for Evil Leafy to do her worst, but she ends up leaving when she hears Coiny repeatedly chanting her name. With Evil Leafy gone, they head to the fancy room to go to sleep. Team No-Name is the first team safe.
In "Intruder Alert", Tennis Ball convinces Firey to switch to FreeSmart just for this episode to get the piece of Yoylelite they have, and Firey brings Gelatin with him, both promising to abandon FreeSmart and come back to Team No-Name the next episode. The challenge starts, being to build a new place for future eliminated contestants to stay at, and the team (now consisting of only Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, and Fries) decide they need wood first, and they need to go to the Yoyle Woodlands to deforest some trees. They travel around a lot of places in Goiky, including the desert, the Evil Forest, and the Yoyle Mountain Summit until they arrive at the Yoyle Woodlands. There, they kick down some trees and follow Golf Ball's instructions: saw some wooded planks, and glue the planks. Fries ends up gluing Golf Ball to a tree, since Fries said Golf Ball just said "glue", and not what they should glue. Golf Ball annoyed notices that from her new perspective, the team seems to be missing some team members, along with Tennis Ball sweating, with Fries pointing out how she is just noticing all of that now. Tennis Ball confesses that he told Firey and Gelatin to switch to FreeSmart, much to Golf Ball's disappointment, but she changes her mind when she heard that it was because of the Yoylelite. She seems excited for what that could mean for scientific purposes, and talks about it happily with Tennis Ball. This ends up annoying Fries, who walks away. Some time passes, and the conversation about the Yoylelite gets interrupted because of the 5 minutes left to do the challenge, with both Golf Ball realizing they had been "nerding out too hard", and desesperately tells Tennis Ball to build something quick. He starts to put the planks together fast, and after time passes, he ends up creating the Weak Trembling Fortress, which the Firey Speaker Box dislikes. Since it looks rushed and unfinished, and not really that secure, it gets a 2/10. They end up in 2nd place, since FreeSmart did not build a Loser Chamber at all.
In "Meaty", Tennis Ball and Fries observe in awe Lewis' new car, because of that, Fries goes to answer the lottery. After that Team No-Name, along with the rest of the cast, suddenly appear on top of the Eiffel Tower thanks to Fries' car. The contest is to paint the Eiffel Tower, the team's color is green and Tennis Ball and Fries start quickly painting it, then Tennis Ball realizes that Golf ball is gone and wonders where she is, then the camera cuts to Golf Ball still stuck on the tree in the Yoyle Woodlands being sure that her team would come to rescue her. Pencil sees Team No-Name way ahead of everyone else and then attempts to shoot Tennis Ball and Fries with the Zap Ray, Tennis Ball then tries to make a shield but fails because according to him his inventions suck without Golf Ball there to help, then Fries uses the car's mirror and knocks FreeSmart's paint bucket off the Eiffel Tower. Team No-Name is then seen trying to avoid the pink paint from Pencil's paint shooter, resulting in Tennis Ball getting painted pink, then Fries asks TB how to stop FreeSmart's rampage, and then Tennis ball looks at Ruby's Yoylite and has the idea of hitting it with their car resulting in Fries, Tennis Ball, Ruby and Pencil Dying near Gelatin's Shadeshouse. At the end of the episode, Team No-Name gets dead last, fortunately thanks to their former member Gelatin, their declared safe by Puffball Speaker Box and are saved from eliminatiom
In "Catch These Hands", Gelatin runs up to Book, Ice Cube and Nickel and appears with Ruby's corpse that he states he found in his backyard. The challenge is to play Charades inside trash compactors and Gelatin tells Puffball Speaker Box if she could switch to Team No-Name since now the Yoylite is in his backyard, then since Tennis Ball and Fries are dead and Golf Ball is stuck to a tree, but she states that the Hand-powered Recovery Center But It's French Because Of The Eiffel Tower was destroyed in acid and she could recover them. Then Gelatin grabs Book's Spaceship Laser Shooter and recovers Tennis Ball and Fries from a distance, then he tells Tennis Ball to go inside the trash compactor and obey what the machine says. Tennis Ball's prompt is "having hands", and because of his lack of them, it's very hard for the team to guess it and then Gelatin jokes about Tennis Ball being a bad inventor which angers Fries because that could kill him, then Gelatin and Fries bicker instead of guessing the prompt, and then Fries say "Wanna catch these hands?" and the machine detects the word "hands" and sets TB free. Then Fries is seen doing a dance that Gelatin cannot guess, then Tennis Ball asks him if he really meant what he said about him being a bad inventor, which confuses Gelatin since the compactors are sound proof, then Tennis Ball explains that he can lip-read since he and Firey left the team and he gets mad at him for insulting him even after Gelatin explained it was just a joke. Then Fries is seen crushed at the montage, Tennis ball also takes part in it but survives, then Gelatin gets the "Sender Scoop Thrower" as a prompt, which Tennis Ball guesses, then Tennis Ball is horrified at his prompt being "acetylsalicylic acid" since he doesn't think Gelatin knows what it is, after a few attempts, Tennis Ball gets frustrated at the low intelligence of his teammates and then remembers about Golf Ball. Then Tennis Ball proceeds to make a laser out of the trash compactor and uses it to draw the molecular structure of acetylsalicylic acid on the Moon so Golf Ball could see it and guess it, which makes him and Gelatin happy for a moment before they realize that Golf Ball doesn't know what to do and is subsequently crushed by the machine. Gelatin then wraps his headphones around Needle's mouth so her team would lose, but unfortunately, he forgets about Tennis Ball and guesses his prompt incorrectly, killing TB, and then Gelatin is stepped on and killed by Needle afterwards, because of that, Team No-Name loses and is up for elimination.
In "Taste the Sweetness", Tennis Ball wins the prize, which was a Swap Token. Fries and Gelatin are in the bottom two, Golf Ball celebrates not being in there again, Gelatin gets eliminated. Later in the episode, Tennis Ball goes along with the W.O.A.H. Bunchers and switches to The Beautiful Face Devotion Institute (formely FreeSmart), Golf Ball refuses to switch, arguing that getting along with the traitors would be a disadvantageous choice to make, so Tennis Ball forces her to switch by using his Swap Token, Puffball Speaker Box asks Fries if he wants to switch teams as well, which he quickly refuses to do, disbanding Team No-Name and transforming it into Fries.

Trivia[]
- In the episode "No More Snow!", No-Name was the only team to not have all their members present.
- They are the largest team in BFDI history, having 19 members in "Yeah, Who? I Wanna Know".
- Team No-Name has lost the most members out of any other team in the BFDI series, this includes team switches and eliminations. As of "PointyPointyPointy ♫", they would have lost 18 original members in total.
- They are the first and only team that lost twice in a row in BFDIA.
- In Cake at Stakes, the members of this team are usually arranged based on the order of votes they got to join the season. This stopped happening after "Well Rested".
- Teardrop is the first member who got eliminated while competing on another team.
- Golf Ball stayed on Team No-Name the longest out of any female contestant.
- "Intruder Alert" marked the first time a male contestant who competed on Team No-Name was eliminated.
- This is the only team that Puffball competes on without Eraser, due to him not being in this season.
- This is the only team that Match competes on without Bubble and Snowball, due to them also not being in this season.
- This is the only team in the show that lacked both an official logo and stylized spelling. Later, It got an official logo and stylized spelling. With the "O" in the name was half and half of Golf Ball and Tennis Ball's logos.
- Due to the large amount of contestants, almost every team in the series has at least one member who competed on Team-No Name. The only exceptions are Death P.A.C.T., Death P.A.C.T. Again, The Strongest Team on Earth. and Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again.
- Every Death P.A.C.T. team has had this be the case.
- Gelatin is the highest ranking member of Team No-Name in BFB as of "SOS (Save Our Show)", with switching being accounted for. Meanwhile, Pencil is the lowest ranking member, having placed last place. If switching isn't accounted for, then Match would be the lowest ranking member.
- Shown in "Intruder Alert", Team No-Name only has three members, the same amount of players W.O.A.H. Bunch started out with against Team No-Name's 19 members in BFDIA 1.
- As of "Intruder Alert", Fries is the only contestant on Team No-Name, who wasn't on teams created and disbanded in the past, like Squashy Grapes and Another Name, or on teams created in BFB, like A Better Name Than That.
- He is also the only contestant on this team who is not a ball and a Season 1 contestant.
- All of the remaining 3 contestants on this team as of "Intruder Alert" are members of Are You Okay.
- Gelatin's brief return to the team in "Catch These Hands" makes him the only contestant in the team to compete in BFB after the split.
- As of "Insectophobe's Nightmare 4", due to Fries leaving the team and recreating his own team, this makes this team the only team in BFDI history to have all contestants that are balls, and the second team outside of BFDI to have no recommended characters, with the first team being W.O.A.H. Bunch in the time between Donut's elimination and Bomby's joining. The third team would be the Have Nots after Taco's elimination, and the fourth would be Tear Drop.
- They're also the first team to have exactly 2 members after the challenge starts.
- As of PointyPointyPointy ♫, it is the fourth team (third chronologically) to consist of only one member, that being Tennis Ball. The other three are Another Name, Fries and Tear Drop.
- Excluding members who switched to W.O.A.H. Bunch and FreeSmart, Tennis Ball is highest ranking member of Team No-Name.
- Ice Cube holds the most dislikes at 28,362.
- But excluding members who switched to W.O.A.H. Bunch and FreeSmart, Gelatin holds the most dislikes at 21,768.
- After Golf Ball left, This is the third team to have a single member following Another Name (with Firey), Fries, and Tear Drop.
- Interestingly enough, Tennis Ball and Golf Ball were also a member of Another Name.
