IloveRumania sockpuppets

So, as many of you may know, IloveRumania has been blocked indefinitely for sockpuppetry. I’d like to say who is who, which account is which.
There are several imposters, like “Evil IloveRumania” or “I Hate IloveRumania”. But are they imposters? Or are they really IloveRumania?
Doing an IP check, MLG Doge V6 and REVENGE OF EVIL ILOVERUMANIA are not connected to IloveRumania because they use a different IP.
Evil IloveRumania, I Hate IloveRumania, and I Hate IloveRumania 2 did use the same IP as IloveRumania.
What does this mean? He is now a vandalism account? No.
I checked the contributions page, they vandalized userpages, not normal pages (except MLG Doge V6).
This can only mean two things: One, he’s been hacked, or two, which is sadder, is he has low self-esteem, and he would do that only if he had that, not when he didn’t.
We need one more chance for IloveRumania, rather than perma-blocking him.
