Volcanic Forest

The Volcanic Forest is a biome located around the Volcano which is first seen in Battle for Dream Island.

Geography[]

The Volcanic Forest fully surrounds the Volcano and is near the Plains. The biome itself is a mixed forest of deciduous and coniferous trees on a flat landscape, although the latter have only appeared in the BFDI design; these trees are packed densely, but not nearly as much as in the Evil Forest; despite that, they still block all sunlight from the floor in the TPOT design.

Battle for Dream Island[]

In "Don't Pierce My Flesh", the final five of BFDI (except Flower) decide to do the "Escape the Volcano" challenge, and are thus dropped inside via a Spaceship; they fall past the Volcanic Forest on their way. The Volcano later erupts into the biome, presumably damaging the plantlife.

in "Hurtful!", Bubble wins the challenge, and gets an immunity ticket from the Announcer; since the last part of said challenge was to escape the Volcano, she exits into the Volcanic Forest.

Battle for Dream Island Again[]

In "Intruder Alert", it appears on Rocky's icon in the intro; the TPOT design for the area is used instead of the BFDI one.

Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]

In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Are You Okay are sent to the area to fix a crack in the Volcano. The team collectively bans Golf Ball and Puffball from participating, but struggle to find a way to fix it themselves; eventually, they go to Robot Flower's Stuff For Your Self to get some glue. When Golf Ball, Puffball, and the rest of the team all return, they fix the volcano by gluing the destroyed gates of Dream Island onto the cracks.

The Volcanic Forest is known to be in Southern Goiky due to Pen's map in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky" showing a "you are here" marker in the south-eastern corner of Southern Goiky; since that map was shown in this area, the marker would be pointing towards the forest.

Trivia[]

Despite appearing in less episodes, the Volcanic Forest appears in more seasons that the Volcano due to it being on Rocky's icon in "Intruder Alert".
