In Battle for Dream Island, Battle for Dream Island Again, Battle for BFDI and The Power of Two, there's a running gag where vomit (frequently Rocky's or Barf Bag's) is added to (or presented as) food.

In "Vomitaco", Pencil made an "ice cream", part of which was vomit.

In "Get Digging", Ruby added vomit to her team's Yoylestew.
In "Taste the Sweetness", Ruby added vomit to her team's ice cream.
In "PointyPointyPointy ♫", the bugs' recent contacts list includes their "next meal", which turns out to be Barf Bag.
In "Start the Shift", Rocky vomits on the cake used for Cake at Stake.
In "Launch Party", after Evil Leafy possesses all of the WTFers, Tennis Ball offers her some "delicious" rocks, tree bark and barf. Evil Leafy refuses, and disappears along with the possessed WTFers.

BFB[]

'In "Lick Your Way to Freedom", Balloony makes Rocky barf on Beep's jawbreaker to speed up the process, and Woody and Nickel lick the jawbreaker after it gets barfed on. Balloony also refers to Rocky's barf as "salt and vinegar".
In "Today's Very Special Episode", the cake mix used to make a Four-shaped cake is made from Rocky's barf. Also earlier in the episode there was some of Barf Bag's vomit that fell on the cakes.
In "Questions Answered", Fries told Gelatin to eat the innards of someone else, and then Gelatin was transferred to Barf Bag.

In "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters", when Pin said that her team forgot to bring food to the restaurant, Coiny asked "Or did we?" and put Barf Bag on the block in front of him.
In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", The S! cooked and served Two a cereal using Rocky's vomit. It later reappeared in Yellow Face's commercial during "The Seven Wonders of Goiky".
In "Outbreak At Stake", Barf Bag's vomit diluted by Teardrop is used to cure the zombie objects.
