1620 26th St, Santa Monica, CA 90404, United States, also simply known as the Water Garden Office, is a building with several restaurants, offices, green spaces, and other amenities for renting.[1] Jacknjellify annually leases office space for crew members to optionally[2] work in during the summer.[3] In 2023, it was rented from at least July 25[4] to September 30.[5]

At 9:28 AM on July 25, 2023, a four-message thread was made on the official @jacknjellify X (formerly Twitter) social media page, regarding their then-new office.

On July 25, 2023 (the same day as the previous post) at 11:02 AM, crew member Braden Whiteside made a post from within the office containing a video and a caption reading:

Seven minutes later under the same post (11:09 AM), he responded to a comment with another image and caption, showing the back of the stand (this is relevant as it shows one of the only twenty publicly available images or videos from within the office, which this article documents).
