The Worst & Best Line is an item used in "Today's Very Special Episode" that Four and X use to place their judgements of the teams' makeovers of Four by placing each teams' tag on either end, with better ranked teams being placed on the right and worse ranked teams being placed on the left.
To show the teams' scores, each one had a specific tag that represented their team that would be hung upon the line like a clothes hanger. The team's tag that was the closest to the left would be up for elimination. In "Today's Very Special Episode", the team that lost was Death P.A.C.T. and so their tag was placed all the way to the left, while Free Food's tag was furthest to the right, meaning they did the best.

The Worst & Best Line is a dark gray horizontal pole held up by vertical poles with a white sign above stating "Worst & Best" with an arrow next to the word "worst" pointing left and an arrow next to the word "best" pointing right. Above the very left side of the pole is a gray sign depicting a red frowning face with two x's for eyes and above the very right side of the pose is another gray sign depicting a white trophy with a star in it's center.

Battle for BFDI[]
The first appearance of the Worst & Best Line is after Teardrop draws a simple number four drawn with straight lines which Four states as being a "feast for the eyes" despite the supposed lack of "frills" and X places the 
tag slightly to the right on the line.
Next Woody presents a slice of a vaguely Four-shaped cake to Four which he states is "pretty good" and X places the Beep tag slightly to the left on the line just behind . After that Marker presents "the year's hottest look" which seems to delight Four causing X to move the Beep and tags further to the left and place the Free Food tag where the tag originally was. Then Barf Bag and Gelatin show a depiction of Four created using abandoned trash which Four describes as "crafty and good" which causes X to place Team Ice Cube! between Beep and causing Beep to move further to the right and and FreeFood to move further to the left.
Match and Ruby present a roleplay of Flower and Pencil respectively to Four and X and when Four asks for X's opinion he states that he doesn't like roleplay. Golf Ball hurriedly scribbles a bunch of Four related doodles after her team spends the entire episode wasting time at 8-Ball's command. Pen quickly draws a more typical depiction of the number four which is lost briefly but eventually is caught inside of Bottle which X states is the worst depiction yet and causes Death P.A.C.T. to be placed behind The Losers! whose depiction isn't seen yet, also revealing that Iance was placed behind Beep. Finally Four himself decides to place the A Better Name Than That tag behind Iance which causes the Death P.A.C.T. tag to fall off the pole and the team to be put up for elimination.
Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[]
The Worst & Best Line is briefly seen again in the background in "I SAID CAREFUL!!!", being majorly damaged in the storm from the previous episode. It is heavily bent and broken off. The sign is completely torn off and can be seen in a separate shot.

- The Worst & Best Line looks visually similar to a clothes rack, which fits with the team tags looking like clothes hangers.
