Yoyle Oil is a purple, flammable type of oil that first appears in "Well, Look Who It Is!". It is found within the Yoyle Fountain and is native to Yoyleland.
Yoyle Oil is visually distinct from water, having a light purple hue with a yellow shine. It is highly flammable, as shown when Firey jumps into the Yoyle Fountain and accidentally ignites it.
Coverage[]
Battle for Dream Island Again[]
In "Well, Look Who It Is!", Gelatin, Ice Cube, and Rocky jump into the Yoyle Fountain. Firey hesitates to join them since water is his poison, but Gelatin reassures him that the fountain is filled with Yoyle Oil, not water, meaning it's "safe" for Firey. Firey excitedly leaps into the fountain, only for Ice Cube to panic mid-jump and shout that oil is flammable. Firey lands in the oil, igniting it and causing Gelatin, Ice Cube, and Rocky to burn.
Non-canon appearances[]
During Golf Ball's Twitter takeover, Golf Ball visits the fountain, bringing a candle. A photo taken shows the fountain on fire, implying that the candle fell into the Yoyle Oil and ignited it. However, the events of the Twitter takeover are considered non-canon.
Trivia[]
- The recipe to create Yoyle Oil is unknown, but it is theorized to involve a mixture of Yoyleberries and traditional oil.
- It might have once been an important cooking ingredient used by the ancient Yoylese people.
- Gelatin is able to recognize Yoyle Oil immediately, meaning he may have interacted with it prior to "Well, Look Who It Is!".
